Someone came for a test more than a month ago. I have called for results . I have not heard a word about the results. I don't know what the issue is. I will re-rate after I hear from the company. I am concerned.

This was the third company that we called when our AC stopped working. They were the only ones that called us back and showed up promptly and as promised. Well satisfied with the installation and service that we received.

Affordable, honest, professional! My unit completely failed and these guys came out gave us a detailed explanation of failure and options to repair or replace. I highly recommend them or at least get a estimate for service. FANTASTIC!

The technicians were here fast and was thorough with their inspection on what I needed to be done. They were very professional and polite. they assure me that they can do the work.

Great guys and a very fast response time. We had a unit upstairs go out in the middle of summer and they were over the same day to get it fixed. They also modified some duct work that was causing the unit to work harder than it should. Would highly recommend them!

Update: not complaining about not being professional and appreciate military discount. Fully understand the operarting cost, overhead, G&A and profit, as this is what i do for living....never seen this much of a mark up...$30 part and charged $359...if this would have taken even an hour to replace and fix issue i would understand. It took techinician less than 5 min to do their job. Not complaining abt diagnosis fee either, as i was informed about the fee....all in all to do diagnosis and fix issue, it took less than 10 min.

Came on time, professional. For $30 dollar part (may be little more base on brand) but company charged me 300+. Other than price, other factors was good.

The technicians were extremely nice and helpful. There was a bit of miscommunication, but I was contacted by management and everything has, quite pleasantly, been resolved. Customer service is a key focus and I would not hesitate to recommend or to use this company in the future..

First time scheduling with this company! Spoke to Raja last Saturday who said someone( Jeff or Curtis she said ) would call me FIRST thing Monday morning. On Monday They opened at 7:30am . By 8:30am I called CAT because I had no calls from them . I spoke to Sandy who said she has to put me on hold while she finds out what I and Raja were talking about on Saturday. Instead of hold she hang up on me . I tried to call back 6 times and each time I got a Vm that said “ This person you are calling is not available and the voicemail box hasn’t been set up yet !” Two people are working at the office and nobody answers the phone ? . The voicemail doesn’t even say hello This is Clean Air Technology... it sounded like a personal vm . Very disappointed!
Updated and response to their response: So after not getting them on the phone, I did not know what was going on with my appointment from 8-12am! I went into the office because I had to know the status of the appointment! I went in and spoke to Sandy who said AHS did not schedule their company with me! I said that is not true because I received an email from AHS about Clean Air Technologies as my contractor. Sandy then called out to Raja to let her know I was there. Then Jeff Covington, the owner, came out and accused me of being uncooperative! I did not make any demands. I can't help it if his employee lied or told to lie.I simply asked them to send a licensed plumber and they obviously could not verify that Curtis is licenced ( because I asked to see the license number when he gets to my house ). Why did Raja tell me Curtis is licensed when he is not? That you have to ask Jeff Covington because he is the owner of this company.The obvious answer is they wanted the business but they could not fulfil the customer's request of a licensed plumber. Instead of being honest, they lied to get the business and hope the customers won't pursue the license issue..This explained why they did not call me back first thing and also why they refused to pick up their phone . When contractors call AHS ,the wait time is about 10 minutes for contractors only, so to say that they were on hold, trying to call AHS ( American Home Shield) and that was why they couldn't answer my calls, that was a lie. Besides it doesn't take but one quick phone call to explain the situation to me. Instead they tried to let an unlicensed plumber come to my house. But I caught them in the act so they were nasty to me. Raja told me that Curtis is licensed. Otherwise I would not have made the appointment with Clean Air Technology in the first place! . They even tried to say I was not assigned with them when they had an email from AHS!!! They tried to lie about something that is in black and white!
AHS did not want to schedule me with CAT at all. They said CAT is at a CRITICAL rating on their ranking ( meaning at the BOTTOM of their list). To think I fought with AHS to use their services due to their good online reviews (wonder where these reviews come from) and then proven that AHS has been right all along for NOT scheduling me with them!....AHS is well aware of how I was lied to and treated by this company. There are many other good and honest contractors out there people...don't fall for this one!
