What stood out and was complimented by our realtor as well was the fact he brought in folding chairs for us to sit in because the house was empty. Even our realtor said she had never had an inspector do that and we were blown away by the thoughtfulness and customer service that showed. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, choose options for the inspection and prepay electronically. Jacie sent timely reminders of our appointment and Joe, the inspector met us at the property on time. He explained the process and was really thorough! Upon completion, Joe took the time to review his findings and pointed out urgent repairs that were needed. Jacie emailed the inspector report s couple of hours later. It was easy to read and color coded according to urgency and whether the findings were structural or aesthetic. Would highly recommend House on a Rock for all of your property inspections!!!

Dwight conducted the inspection at a home we are considering for purchase. He spent over 4 hours inspecting the property and was extremely thorough. We accompanied him for most of the inspection and he answered all of our inquiries or concerns with a detailed explanation. His 59-page inspection report provided detailed documentation of all issues, accompanied by photos and, in most cases, an estimate of repair costs. This will be invaluable for us in estimating both short and long-term costs as well as serving as a potential basis for negotiating the purchase price or purchase preconditions. The cost of the inspection was the lowest of the four inspection companies we compared. House on a Rock has my highest recommendation for home inspection services.

Came to my home and walked through the project asked a lot of questions and then never followed up. I never received a quote for the project or heard from the company again. I would not recommend as they are unreliable.

After a horrible experience where a bathtub replacement took 6 months a few years ago (to include a portion of the tub and piping coming through our kitchen ceiling, we recently moved and had to deal with Homelinks “cut corners”.

The home inspector for our buyers found that corners were cut, safety regulations weren’t adhered to and the install was done incorrectly. We were on the hook for having a plumber come out and basically redo the entire motor and drain work to our tub that is only a few years old because Homelink didn’t do it right the first time. Extremely frustrating and advise others to stay far away.

I can't say enough good things about Homelink. Bill and his team are so easy to work with, and their services are incredibly versatile as well as affordable. Highly (highly) recommend!

We had a full bathroom renovation completed . They did great work. We love our new bathroom! The renovation included tearing down a wall, replacing the cabinet , and tiling the entire bathroom. We are very happy!
