Not sure I have anything good to say about this company's "foundation" of people or if they truly stand for what they claim to.

These guys are professionals. Well stocked with tools and materials. In my experience, it was evident that the folks working here are seasoned with experience in the electrical industry. They're friendly and courteous, but to an "Average Joe Homeowner" off the street, they might be a little intimidating. I didn't get the vibe that they were in-tune with helping those types of folks figure out what they needed.

I already knew the parts I needed, called ahead and they pulled them for me, and the transaction was very simple, but I have experience with electrical construction and was fairly well prepared.

My read is that they're bread and butter is market really electrical contractors and those looking to buy professional electrical tools and materials that know what they're after. Your experience may vary if you're just looking for a niche part, you're looking for guidance, or if you're less experienced in general with the electrical trades.

Would not shop anywhere else unless I have to.... Dedicated staff /team... And their likable 🙂 definitely recommend

Brandon came in to fix what was supposed to be a simple outlet fix..until it turned out to be not so simple. but he did absolutely everything he could to figure out what was wrong and finally he found the cut wire and replaced it! he even cleaned up the dust from removing the outlet which was unnecessary but appreciated so much, one less thing for me to clean! he was so kind, and explained everything to me and didn’t treat me like a dumb girl who didn’t know anything at all and that made me beyond happy! especially since that’s how most people treat me. i would 100000% recommend Brandon to anyone who needs electrical work done! or any other work if he does it!

Professionals who do a good job friendly techs, reasonable prices, very good office staff

They have done several jobs at my house and even fixed a few messes I made trying to do electrical work on my own. Their guys were fast and efficient and the pricing is fair.

He was a professional electrician that was so helpful in explaining how things work and how to improve my electrical system. I was able to put surge protectors on my main systems. Thanks

Really delighted by the responsiveness from Mister Sparky and especially the professionalism of the service Trevor provided. I have an old home with quirky electrical and Trevor was super respectful of the property and thorough in the inspection (including highlighting already was to standard and working well, to rightsize where the focus should be for safety and compliance). I went into the process dreading what I would hear (and really confused about the mechanics of any necessary rewiring to update my knob and tube for insurance coverage), but Trevor's patient explanation and clear expertise put my mind at ease. Definitely glad to be moving forward!

Colby was very thorough and professional. He explained all of our options in a clear and concise manner. Very friendly and personable as well.

I recently purchased an older townhouse and knew from the inspection report some work had to be done. What I didn’t know was that the breaker panel had some double wiring that was a concern. Getting that problem fixed, along with those identified earlier, gives me tremendous peace of mind. In addition, it was easy to make an appointment, confirm arrivals in real time, and set up yearly inspections by professionals who know what should be done for safety and efficiency takes that monitoring pressure off my shoulders. Their electricians were polite, agreeable about my choices, and very capable.

I have an old house and I need to replace my kitchen exhaust. Colby is very knowledgeable and made sure I understood what to expect. He found the exhaust fan for me so in would not have to guess about the purchase. I would recommend Colby and Mr Sparky for your electrical needs.

Colby was totally excellent in breaking down our estimate and what I know and didn’t know in detail. His manner was down to earth. I’ve e had multiple elec co. come in to give us an estimate to upgrade our breaker box and prepare for a hot tub. I totally understand all we already have and do not have now because of Colby and taking that time with us which other companies did not but we’re in a rush if we did t have money on hand or finance at that moment. Excellent experience with Jacob Holley, Electrical Technician. Replace smoke detectors, added surge protection to panel box, heat pump, replaced outlet with weather protection outside. Very friendly and professional.
