Matt Armstrong arrived when expected. He diagnosed the problem quickly, set about fixing the issue promptly and efficiently. Matt was most respectful and courteous. Repairs were made in a timely fashion. Thank you Matt! We will call again when the need arises for electrical work.

Colby came as scheduled to give an estimate on an electrical safety project. I was very pleased that he was prepared to stay and execute the project if I decided to go through with it, which I did. I was thrilled not to have to reschedule.
Colby was amicable, knowledgeable and worked steadily to complete the project. He had to move my dryer to get to the fuse box to add wiring, and vacuumed the area and back of the dryer which I much appreciated. He is definitely an asset to the company, and I highly respect and recommend his work to others.

I have used this company before and quite satisfied. For a kitchen lighting project, the rep came right over. Listened carefully to my idea. Made some useful suggestions.
He was obviously knowledgeable as to doing the work and equipment options. It was easy to schedule the work without delay. Definitely recommend them.

Needed some electrical work done and called Mister Sparky. They have always been really good to work with and they do a great job. For this job they sent Colby. He is an excellent electrician who is thorough and took the time to explain and answer all the questions I had. This was a multi-day job. He was on time every day and worked diligently each day. Glad I contacted Mr. Sparky and will definitely use the again.

New post -- called Mister Sparky because we had an emergency. Colby was there within the hour. Was very pleased .. this was a weekend. He took care of the problem in no time.

H O R R I B L E!!!! I purchased 6 fire alarms from Mr. Sparky 5 months ago & got Mr. Sparky to install, with a 10 year warranty. This weekend, ALL 6 alarms went off on their own & wouldn’t stop. Since they are bluetooth operated, when 1 goes off, all the alarms are activated. After trying to cut the alarms off for 2 hours, we called the Fire Department. 911 came & deactivated the alarms, but 10 minutes after they left, the alarms went off again & wouldn’t stop. We had to permanently deactivate the alarms & now Mr. Sparky won’t reinstall, reimburse, or anything. I feel like I got robbed for $1,100.00 & was left with faulty equipment.

We had an outlet short on us. They came out in less than two hours and replaced it for a great price. Colby was nice when my son wanted to hover over him and watch.

The technician removed old unit and replaced it with a newer model. An inspection was performed and recommendations were made. The tech did not try to sell me anything but left it to my decision. I will be using Mister Sparky for all electrical needs.

I have used Mister Sparky Electrical services three times thus far! Colby Noel has hung six ceiling fans, two counter pendants, one front door light fixture, a beautiful very large (31 inches) dining room chandelier and placed two motion lights in our garage ceiling!

Colby arrived as scheduled for each of the three visits, immediately got to work, cleaned up after each job was done and has a great personality!

Robert O. came out to my house for an electrical issue and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was honest and extremely helpful. I couldn’t ask for better service.

Needed two light fixtures hung

It took over a week to schedule as I had to follow up about an appointment inquiry I submitted, and then they cancelled my appointment during the window they were supposed to arrive. No worries, I went ahead and rescheduled. Once again, during the window they were supposed to arrive for my rescheduled appt and they cancelled. This happened twice within a week’s span. I won’t be recommending them or using again in the future.

Colby Noel was perfect! My guy helped us beyond anyway we expected. I really appreciate him.

These guys were professional and did an excellent job We changed 3 light fixtures and they look good thanks guys They even came back the next day to adjust the height of the light so that it can be seen through the window

Matt did a great job trying to diagnose the problem and then resolving the issue. However, he stated when quoting the cost of the repair he would put mudd over the drywall he would cut so I would only need to paint afterwards. This sold me on using your company as I would not have to hire another contractor. However, after finishing his work he then referred back to the contract that stated drywall damage repair was not included. I hate contractor double talk and false promises. Very disappointed now.

We recently had a new washer/dryer delivered from a local appliance store. The 240-volt outlet sparked when I plugged-in the dryer, and then the dryer didn’t seem to be getting any power. I called Mr. Sparky and they sent Robert Owen to figure out what was going on.
I instantly recognized Robert from a previous visit, so I knew before he even stepped in the house that he would be able to diagnose and resolve the situation quickly.
Robert first found that the dryer’s circuit breaker had been blown. After installing the new breaker, he knew that something still wasn’t right. He asked me if I had installed the dryer’s power cord myself. The delivery team from the appliance store (let’s call it “West Coast Appliance”) had verified that I needed a 4-prong plug and installed the power cord before they brought it into the house.
I told Robert he was welcome to remove the access panel from the back of the dryer to check the power cord connection. He found the problem as soon as he removed the cover – the delivery team had attached the ground to the wrong terminal. I guess that blowing the circuit breaker was the least amount of damage that this incompetence could have caused. It could have also blown the dryer’s motor or even started a fire.
Robert re-wired the power cord properly, tightened the vent hose connections, and then helped me push the dryer back against the wall.
A little about his last visit back in the summer – I was prepared to spend a couple thousand dollars on a dedicated circuit in the kitchen, but Robert made a couple of adjustments, told me what I needed to do to ensure the circuit wasn’t overloaded, and saved me a lot of money.
Robert is a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond what the job requires. I will everything I can do for him to maintain his 5-star rating. This is my official request to Mr. Sparky to make Robert my preferred technician. I know I will ask for him by name anytime I need electrician support! Thank you, Robert!

Definitely five star service! Matt Armstrong with Mr Sparky came to check out some electrical issues I was having with appliances. It turns out one of my breakers was partly burned up and my 40-year-old panel box needed replaced. He did what was needed to make everything safe for the night and came back the next morning to replace the panel box. Matt was very personable, kind and capable. I also wanted him to install a flood light on my shed, but I bought one without a motion sensor by mistake. I ordered the right one from Lowe's but couldn't go pick it up since I had three other guys in my house as well, working on my bathroom tile. So Matt offered to come back in 2 days and install that at no extra charge for that visit.

I've used this company before and they have always done a great job! Their prices seem a good deal lower than other companies, too. I trust them, as I do Matt, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In fact, my sister asked me for their contact information, and I'll be recommending them to others.

Your drivers need to learn to drive properly, riding my bumper at less than 5 feet away on the highway going 70 is not acceptable.
