Absolutely loved Kathleen's Cleaning Service! Jennifer was great, she got my townhouse looking brand new. Communication was easy and fast. Can't recommend them enough

I've used Kathleen's Cleaning this entire year. I have felt very safe having their cleaners in my home. They have all done a great job for me and have provided a huge service during this pandemic. My home is always spotless when they leave and I've found them to be very professional and friendly. Katie has been working with me for my last several cleanings and she has done an exceptional job. I'm very pleased with the service provided. Thank you SO much!

Kathleen’s cleaning service went above & BEYOND! I had a move out clean and they were so patient and understanding when my power and then water were shut off earlier than expected. We got things up and running again for them but I truly appreciate their generosity and the amazing work they pulled off! I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend! 🤩

I have been EXTREMELY happy with the services I have received from Kathleen's Cleaning Services. I started with a deep clean of my house before my mother visited and she actually pulled me aside and asked, "did you get your house professionally cleaned." I was confused and said yes, and she replied with "You could lick these floors they are so clean!"
Kristen has been so amazing, she is sweet, starts the work as soon as she walks through the door, always on time, and makes my house sparkle. After one deep clean I knew I needed them for life!

This is our second time using Kathleen’s Cleaning Service. We used them in our rental property to prepare for new tenants, and now to help in our home to prepare for the arrival of our first baby in just a few days! There is nothing like a fresh, clean home! I will absolutely recommend and keep using Kathleen’s! They are professional and provide quality service! Erika and her coworker specifically were very kind and did a thorough job! 10/10!

Kathleen’s cleaning Service is amazing. They are quick to respond, have great communication, and are willing to work with your schedule! Billie Jo did an amazing job cleaning my house and I have no complaints! Highly recommend this company for any cleaning services needed. I did a move out clean and was not disappointed with the finished work!

I HIGHLY recommend you read the poor reviews. I did not and after a terrible experience with Kathleen's reading the poor reviews sound suspiciously like mine and each other. That's a big RED FLAG. This company must contract local people willing to work for them. I was upfront from the beginning that my home is not new, modern and that due to health reasons I had been unable to deep clean as needed. I was surprised that only one "cleaner" showed up for my home size, a Deep Cleaning, and she already was just starting in the afternoon. The last company I used sent 2 cleaners and were here roughly 3hrs and 40mins. Kathleens one cleaner was here a little over 4hrs. Obviously much wasn't cleaned and I'm still finding them. Basic areas not cleaned such as under, behind coffee and end tables. In fact, their bottom shelves were all untouched. I found the ends of my mantle dusted, but that's it. That seems to be a theme, go around things, do just part like the most visible, if it was "visually" clean to begin with move on. Cobwebs remain in easy to see and reach areas, on and on. The company scheduled an 8am arrival until I had to call as they disregarded my "afternoon only" that they initially said would be no problem. I scheduled a one time only deep clean and said based on the price and results, I may schedule recurring cleanings, but I did not schedule any further cleanings. Today, while cleaning still what I'm finding untouched five days after the cleaning, I received an email addressed to a person I don't know, but with my correct address telling me my "cleaner" will arrive between 8-9am two days from today. The contract says you must request a cancelation 24hrs in advance or be charged. The email, sent on Memorial Day 48hrs before a cleaning I never scheduled, said I must request a cancelation 48hrs in advance. After the initial phone call, they contact you only by text and/or email. Since noone answered their phone as I expected, I replied to the email telling them I never scheduled any cleaning and it must be canceled. I also told them I wanted to cancel the contract with them. I received a reply email addressed again to a stranger confirming the cancelation. I should've read the poor reviews and save myself time and money. Based on what I've now read, I have great concern about ACTUALLY being released from the contract and whether I will continue to get emails telling me of yet more (un) scheduled appointments! Its virtually a scam. I agree with another review in regards to this company making up their own reviews for positive ratings. Its so bizarre that similar reviews to mine sound like just what I'm experiencing with this company. I will never be requesting the services of Kathleens Cleaning again.

I had surgery and needed help with cleaning. It became urgent when a few guests called for an unexpected visit. Kathleen’s service immediately responded to my request. Abigail cleaned for me today and did an awesome job. She was right on time, self motivated and very detailed. The whole process was so smooth and easy. Very professional. Awesome experience! Allowed for getting an easy quote and scheduling over text and then a quick call to provide payment and address details. Our cleaning tech was friendly and efficient. It was our first cleaning so it was pretty extensive but she tackled all issues. They asked if there was anything specific to focus on before starting and asked if we'd like to check everything before leaving. Overall great experience and a great price! Will use again!

Sierra is the best. She is very friendly, and speedy in her clean. She’s respectful of us working at home. I also like being able to schedule appointments via text which makes it very easy.

Reached out for a last-minute moving clean and was able to make an appointment very easily the tech, Nina, came and did a great job. She was very thorough and I noticed she even dusted very high up ceiling fans.

Sierra is an outstanding cleaner! She is incredibly thorough, ensuring every detail is spotless, and her kindness makes the experience even better. She goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, and her positive attitude is truly appreciated. Highly recommend her!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We hired them for a move-in "deep clean" and it was anything but. After the first tech cleaned I went to check it out and found a dirt pile (that I had swept into said pile) still in the floor, visible and textural grime still on the bathroom countertops, toothpaste splatters still on the mirrors, thick scaly soap scum still in the tub, and random areas of dust an dirt still on the floors. They had definitely been there as the kitchen counters had been wiped down and I could smell bleach in one of the showers but I was very disappointed. We had even discussed paying extra for the windows to be cleaned (because they "don't do windows") and the windows still had cobwebs in the corners and visible grime on the glass. I called and they sent another tech out to redo it the next day and I was hopeful. After the second round I could tell they had been there and it was a little bit better but overall still dirty and not a good experience. I'm very pregnant and have to re-clean pretty much everything. They took a credit card number when I booked the cleaning and ended up charging us $345 after the second cleaning without reaching out to see if the work was satisfactory, which it was not. Hire anyone else. I honestly feel scammed or like this must have been a prank.

Edit: They saw this review and offered to give me HALF of my money back in exchange for taking the review down. I hired them because of their good reviews and now I know that their reviews can't be trusted. I felt it was more important to leave this review in place as a public service than to get some money back.

Nina and Sharon did a great job! I hired Kathleen’s for a move-in clean, and I was very happy with the results. Every person I spoke to on the phone/in person was friendly and helpful. My cleaners showed up on time and were very thorough. This freed up so much of time to deal with other aspects of my move. I would definitely recommend Kathleen’s!

Absolute worst cleaners I've had. The cleaner came an hour late, stayed for 3 hours, and only did my bathroom and part of my kitchen. Nothing else. They still charged me $165 for this. If they had sent more than 1 cleaner, it might've been a better service... I don't understand why they thought one was enough, or how that one cleaner was so inefficient. Avoid them. When I ranted about this to my friends, they told me about other options in town that were cheaper.
