Meghan came all the way out here in the snow ❄️. While she could’ve used the bad weather as an excuse to rush through the job, she didn’t. A lot of care and effort went in to this cleaning, and now my wife can relax this holiday season without worrying about all the small detail cleaning that Meghan did for us!

This company is easy to work with and Meghan is an absolute professional. We’ll be using her again!

I have been using Kathleen's Cleaning Service for a couple of months now, and I'm pretty happy with them! There were a few small bumps with scheduling, but they've always been super flexible and willing to adjust, which I really appreciate.

Kandice has been incredibly thorough and reliable. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks fantastic. She has taken the time to learn my home and my preferences (and is super sweet to my dogs!). She's made a huge difference in my home, and I can't recommend her enough!

I hired KCS based on their positive reviews for a deep clean of my kitchen upon move-in, specifically because the previous owners had neglected to clean behind or inside the oven for quite some time.

Unfortunately, what I received was far from a deep clean. Showed up hours early, and yet the entire job was “completed” in around 30 minutes. The cleaner appeared unfamiliar with basic deep cleaning methods. She pointed out several areas and said she couldn’t seem to clean them properly, including the oven knobs so I provided gloves and cleaning supplies, and even placed the knobs in the sink with hot water and soap to make it easier for her to finish. Despite that, they were left untouched in the sink. I also moved the entire oven out myself so she could access the area behind and underneath. Despite going out of my way to make the job easier and more straightforward, the work still wasn’t completed.
The oven and the area behind it (key reasons for hiring a deep cleaning service) were still greasy and unchanged. The cleaner only performed surface-level wiping, which defeats the purpose of a DEEP clean. I didn’t hire a professional cleaning service to be told something couldn’t be cleaned simply due to a lack of knowledge, not because it was uncleanable.

After I contacted the company and shared photos, they apologized and sent another cleaner who did a good job cleaning inside the oven. However, they were only sent for that specific task not to address the full deep clean that was originally booked. While I appreciate the correction, the rest of the kitchen was never revisited. I ultimately chose not to continue following up because I was already overwhelmed with the move (hence hiring professionals) and had rearranged meetings and other obligations to accommodate the second visit. The first appointment had already disrupted my schedule when they arrived hours early.

Weeks later, while doing my own deep cleaning, I moved the oven and found the area behind it looked exactly as it did before hiring KCS. That confirmed what I had suspected: the deep clean I paid for simply wasn’t done. Instead of being a help, hiring this company ended up being more of a disruption and a waste of time and money.

At that point, I realized I hadn’t left a review and felt it was important to share my experience.

In summary: KCS may be suitable for surface-level or spot cleaning, but I cannot recommend them for deep cleaning services. I paid for a job that was not completed and ultimately had to complete myself. Had I known this would be the outcome, I would have just used that time and money on quality supplies and done it properly from the start or hire someone else.

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but this experience deserves a warning for others. I was quoted around $256 for a maintenance clean, yet they charged my card nearly $500 without notifying me.

The cleaning was terrible. They didn’t clean the sink, didn’t dust the fans, didn’t vacuum the bedrooms closets, and didn’t dust the shelves all things that were listed in the services they’re supposed to provide.

When I reached out about the issues, I received no response. They ignored my messages, didn’t deliver what they promised, and then overcharged me anyway.

Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

We couldn’t be happier with Kathleen’s. They do a phenomenal job on our home each time, and their team is incredible. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has gone above and beyond to make it the best experience possible.

The staff was on time, very friendly, and made us feel completely at ease having them in my home. What impressed us most was their attention to detail—every corner, surface, and little spot was cleaned so thoroughly. They went above and beyond to make the whole house shine. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely continue using their service!

Shelby has been wonderful. Very considerate, punctual, friendly, and her attention to detail is incredible. Everything was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously and she was very willing to put more effort into the little things I cared about. She even brought cleaning tools I had never seen before - a fur scraper for my sofas (I have two dogs!).

Communication was both clear and convenient throughout (I was able to organize everything via text), and scheduling was a breeze- they were even were able to fit me on very short notice. In addition, Shelby was wonderful - friendly, professional, and she really paid attention to every little detail—everything was cleaned to perfection.
