I've been using Hand-i-Maids to clean my house for over 25 years now. They have been nothing but honest and responsive. They are very professional yet friendly and helpful. If there's any hitch at all, their office has been very prompt in addressing it. Generally, the "clean" they give our house is quite adequate; if not, they respond immediately to remediate any areas of complaint. I can't say enough good things about this service!

I have been using Handimaids regularly for almost a year since they did a deep clean for me before an event. I typically have the same person, Kelly, each time and she does such a great job. If I have to call into the main office with a question or to make a change, Shelly is so sweet and helpful. They are very responsive. I will continue to use Handimaids and recommend them highly.

Wonderful customer service. A few things were missed with the first cleaning but, someone was sent back within 24 hrs and did a great job. Great communication.

Frances does a wonderful job every other week and really knows how we live and work, paying attention to the areas that mean the most to us.
