These ladies are top notch, their attention to detail is unmatched, and I've never felt more confident in a cleaning service. I look forward to this every clean. With 2 babies it's hard for me to keep up and they make it effortless and I'm able to spend more time with my littles. 5 star!!

I was able to schedule a move in clean at the last minute, and the cleaning team arrived on time and did a thorough job. It was great to have the cleaning done in time for us to move in! I plan to set up routine cleaning as well!

Omg, y’all should have seen this place after my kids had a birthday party and when I say wrecked it, like think about that post apocalyptic mad max-esq destruction- ye it looked like that. Like how did they get cake on the ceiling?
Anyway, we had you’ve got maids over the next day and my house has never been this clean- like ever. When they were done, I was like we can just throw out the table because it is now clean enough to eat off the floor.

And guess what? We ordered sushi and went classic Japanese style and ate off the floor. Long story short, the kids are never having another party here and shoes will never again be allowed in the house.

Side note, my house no longer smells like my dog lives here- another huge win!!!

You've Got Maids were amazing and did a fantastic job with a deeper cleaning than I expected for a move out service. The ladies were thorough, so professional, and an absolute delight!

I gave them high praise and recommendation to the property owner, and I will definitely look to use their services again when I return to Richmond!

We were using a maid service that was coming in by-weekly cleaning our house. Having them come a clean gave my wife some peace of mind. But, I was noticing that the house wasn't really getting clean, yea cleaning the floors, the rugs, etc. So then we had an incident, which forced us to make a change. Of course my wife got on the enternet and started searching. She found this company, Youve Got Maids and I agreed to meet with the owner for the evaluation of the house and pricing. Right away the enviroment was much better, and his team of maids came in and cleaned . What a difference, a real cleaning up and down. The best cleaning ever, our house looked better than it had for years. I can only recommend Youve Got Maids for the best cleaning service you will ever get.

Would rate 0 stars but 1 is the lowest rating Google will allow you to give. Don't let the 4.9 rating fool you, the boss of this company and owner(s) are despicable people. Go to reviews and read 'Jason Perrish's review, it tells you everything you need to know. Boss refuses to help maids clean and in turn teams have to return to residents' homes. (Again, has nothing to do with the maids, management is the number 1 issue) If anyone has ever wondered why your appointment was randomly canceled it is because the boss is unwilling to help out her maids and clean herself. Don't give this company your money, there are many many other maids services that do in fact treat their employees like actual humans.

I've been getting a monthly house clean from this company since early summer 2022 and they have been always fabulous. The cleaners are kind, professional, and thorough. The owner has also been stellar with working with my schedule and is quick to respond to any questions.

I can't say enough. In an era when lackluster customer service is the standard, this business SHINES! I contacted 4 companies when I was looking for cleaners, and they were the first to call me back. Two others didn't call at all, and the last one called after YGM had already completed TWO cleanings! You get confirmation and reminder emails, a schedule commitment, company update emails, and they go ahead and fit you in on another day if your scheduled day falls on a holiday that they're closed. They are super responsive and friendly.

I am a working mom of two, and I just was sick of fighting over my family trashing the house and spending my weekends cleaning it. I am picky. I like things done a certain way, especially if I'm paying for it. I have had 3 other cleaning services that I discontinued b/c I kept finding things they missed. This company is on their game! I got the deep clean for my first cleaning, and I highly recommend having them include your fridge and oven interiors. I honestly almost cried over how clean everything was and that I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT. Blinds, baseboards, fans, the whole kit and kaboodle. I immediately enlisted them for bi-weekly service. They do an EXCELLENT job.

This is a professional company who takes their business and their customers' satisfaction seriously.

I needed a house moving clean and was having trouble getting other companies to respond. I called You've Got Maids of RVA and spoke to Pete, who was great! To my surprise, they were available to clean the house the following day! They knocked it out and did a wonderful job for a reasonable price on such short notice. Many thanks!

I wanted to take a second to commend the crew who cleaned our house today. My wife said one woman was April and the other woman she did not get her name. One had dark/possibly red hair and the other one had blonde hair. They did an astounding job! At one point I walked into a bathroom and the blonde was on her hands and knees cleaning the bathtub faucet with a toothbrush. I do not think I have seen that close attention to detail from anyone so far. But it wasn’t just the bathtub faucet. It seemed like more attention to detail was placed on everything. I think this is the cleanest/best our house has ever looked!!

You’ve Got Maids RVA has been a game changer in my life. I am busy working mom and keeping up with everything was stressful and exhausting. Taking the endless hours of cleaning off my plate has literally improved my quality of life (and my family’s). They arrive on time, they are professional and accommodating (kids, dogs and a husband who works from home), and do a fantastic job. They seem to have some sort of secret cycle that enables them to get to everything just as it is needing to be cleaned such as blinds, and couch cushions while also being able to shampoo carpets. I just love coming home after You’ve Got Maids RVA has been to my house.

First cleaning with You’ve Got Maids and seriously blown away. Came home to an IMMACULATE house on a Friday evening and can’t wait to continue with their team on an ongoing basis. Pete is super responsive and the company cares enough to call and ask how to prioritize your house. 10/10 recommend!

This company was amazing. When they came for an estimate they were so nice and explained the vision, their pricing, and what to expect. So when the ladies came, I knew what they were going to do. When they left, the supervisor came back to check behind them. I must say, I was extremely pleased with the services. They were professional, quick, and efficient. 10 out of 10, I recommend.
