"You've Got Maids" are an amazing company with an even better team of experienced workers. Everyone I met from the initial quote to the cleaning were very kind, informative, and professional. I really appreciated it all! Out of the whole apartment there were two minor things I had a question about. I gave Ron a call to bring to his attention and he ensured me that they would be taken care of on the next visit. I trust "You've Got Maids" and appreciate there work!

Omg! Veronica and her crew absolutely killed it. I personally spoke to Ron (the owner) on the phone when I called to schedule our first appointment and he was clear, thorough, and met every expectation I had. If you don't call them and book them to help you I promise you are missing out! Worth every penny to help this very active and time limited family!

We were blown away with the attention to detail from the maids. They got back to us quickly and explained the process from start to finish. On site manager April made sure we were fully satisfied with the cleaning of her team. I never have an issue with my payments being processed improperly. The General Manager Alyssa is phenomenal and always available for questions. Ownership calls in from time to time to check on the quality of the cleanings…. Not the cheapest housekeeper company in town, but surely not the most expensive. More than worth it every couple weeks of a few dollars more than the other maid services. And it made us comfortable knowing we could call the owner on his personal cell phone at any time. I highly recommend You’ve Got Maids RVA

Top notch professionals with a caring touch. We started over the Winter and are thrilled with how our home feels now. A couple of times we had last minute curve balls and they (Shelley!!!) handled them with grace. We'll be faithful customers for a long time!!

I've been using Hand-i-Maids to clean my house for over 25 years now. They have been nothing but honest and responsive. They are very professional yet friendly and helpful. If there's any hitch at all, their office has been very prompt in addressing it. Generally, the "clean" they give our house is quite adequate; if not, they respond immediately to remediate any areas of complaint. I can't say enough good things about this service!

I have been using Handimaids regularly for almost a year since they did a deep clean for me before an event. I typically have the same person, Kelly, each time and she does such a great job. If I have to call into the main office with a question or to make a change, Shelly is so sweet and helpful. They are very responsive. I will continue to use Handimaids and recommend them highly.
