I have been a customer of Mid-Atlantic for many years. I have found their services to be a good value and their company to be a good match for my family's needs, even as those needs have changed over the years. I want to especially recommend Kayla, who has started working there recently (as of July, 2019). On top of a cheery disposition and a warm personality, she works quickly, and is very thorough. I'd gladly have her back in my home at any time.

My parents used this cleaning service for 3 years. They were signed up as "premium" customers which meant they were scheduled for twice a month cleanings on a monthly basis. Unfortunately my father passed away and my mother no longer has the funds to keep the service up and running. She called the owner and asked to cancel the service and he (Todd) made her aware of the 30 day cancellation notice that is written into their contract which requires her to pay for two additional cleanings. My mother called me upset saying that Todd was very rude to her over the phone and she was nervous about the financial implications. So I gave Todd a call and very politely asked for him to work with us given the extenuating circumstances and find some sort of middle ground. We might have just caught Todd on a bad day but he is clearly a tightly wound, defensive person. Our 5 minute conversation quickly descended into him raising his voice, saying "these contracts are what I live by" and that "if I was in your parents situation I would never ask to break a contract". When I tried to calm him down, he interrupted me again, aggressively, yelled "I'll see you in court!" and then hung up the phone. From my understanding, the cleaners of this service really do great work, but it is a shame they are being employed by a person of this caliber. I would think twice about utilizing a service that ultimately lines the pockets of an individual lacking empathy & professional maturity.

I absolutely love the job Heather does cleaning my condo! She was recommended to me by a family member and I could not be happier. I love that the service provides all supplies and WOW their vacuum cleaners are amazing! I have a Dyson but theirs put mine to shame. Best birthday gift I ever gave myself was hiring Mid Atlantic Maid Service of Midlothian!

Worst company ever. Would not recommend to anyone their services.Had a bad experience with them .very rude staff and very poor customer service.Avoid avoid avoid if you care for your sanity

I called Todd on Wednesday afternoon and he kindly arranged to have Tina at my home the next morning. She was on time, friendly and did a great job. It was no small task, and I truly appreciate the hard work it took to complete.
Overall, a great experience. I plan to arrange a regular cleaning schedule for the future.

Heather is terrific. I have been using the cleaning services of Mid Atlantic Maid Service for a number of months. They communicate very well and remind me the day before they are coming. Everyone is pleasant. More importantly Heather does and outstanding job cleaning my home. I have recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.

I have been a client of this maid service now for over 5 years. Todd the manager is a joy to work with in rescheduling times that are not convenient for him or me. I have found the women who work here to be honest, dependable, hard working, and efficient. I am extremely happy with the way they clean my large house for me. If you want a value and no hassles with tax forms and/or having to collect FICA taxes, etc., then Mid Atlantic Maid Service is for you. Any disparaging remarks made by folks that do not want to live up to a contract should be totally discounted. Todd has always been very reasonable and professional with me, and I have had to rearrange my cleaning schedule for several illnesses in those 5 years.

This was our first time using this service. It was a pleasure to arrange with Todd. He was prompt in responding to our message and setting up the time and date. Lisa arrived on time with all her supplies ready to work. She asked if there where any special things to consider, walked the house and then jumped right in to get it all done as quickly as possible. She worked very hard and was very organized to be sure and get all the details done well. I am so glad I chose this firm!

I have used Mid-Atlantic for years, first at my home and now at my current apartment. The girls are always on time and very accommodating. Todd is very friendly and I love the reminders he sends out every month the day before his girls come to clean because if he didn't I would forget for sure 😂 I have one girl that comes to my place most often (I can't remember her name) and she is the absolute best

We have been a customer for over 20 years. All staff have been competent, professional, kind and compassionate. They get their work done and are very accommodating with our small dog and grandchildren. They are efficient and thorough and we appreciate their work so much! comes when scheduled and gets job done in manly time. house looks good. no major issues. I like that i am on a regular schedule and know when someone is coming.
Extra foot note: I like the way she vacuum's the carpet and it fells after she is done. thanks for using the special cleaning supplies for the bathroom.

I Would Definitely not recommend this service. They are not efficient at all! I have a 7 room apt and 1 maid Heather took 3 hours to clean my kitchen and bathroom and charged me $225. My Apartment only needed straitening for family arriving the next day. The place wasn't even filthy. I had to cancel my plans and do some of the work myself. This whole experience was a waist of time, money and ruined my whole day. The next day I had another cleaning service come in and clean the rest of the rooms fold/hang clothes and mop the floors for half the price in under 2 hours.
Heather cleaned well but was way to slow. The owner Todd is more concerned about contracting his services than efficient thorough house cleaning. I was fooled by 13 google reviews, I should've read the Yelp reviews first. These seem way more accurate!!! Heather also arrived late!

I have been using this service for over 20 years at 3different locations. Todd is like family to me - professional but friendly, accommodating and so easy to work with. He is committed to customer satisfaction and will do whatever is necessary to maintain excellent service levels. His team does a great job and they are a huge help to me. Recently Lisa was here and that lady is a working machine. I have never seen anyone clean like she did and I can assure you I have been well taken care of by Todd and his team. Highly recommend them.

I called Todd and he arranged for Bambi to come clean my apartment for a move out clean. They are awesome. Bambi is efficient and gets the job done. I am more than pleased and I recommend requesting Bambi.

Tosha cleaned for me today and did a wonderful job. She cleaned and vacuumed all the floor spaces not just the middle and wiped down and dusted thoroughly. I was very happy with what she did.

Oscar and Jaime did an amazing job! I own a large home and need some additional help now that I am retired.After they were done, my house looked

I have been using Maidpro since August and I am very pleased with the cleaning job done.
Jamie has been the one who has been here regularly and his professionalism and attention to detail is great. He knows I love lavender so when I get home from work the wonderful smell of lavender is in the air. He also is very tolerant of our dog. I definitely recommend this business.
