I was *almost* upset because I thought that the gentleman didn’t put the screens back into the windows…but then I realized that they actually were in the windows, but they were so clean I didn’t see them! Great work, friendly people. Will definitely use again.

I had Living Water Window Cleaning clean my windows again this year and again they did not disappoint. My windows are spotless inside and out. Ethan and Juan are great to work with. They are courteous and professional. Ethan manages the business side and Juan does the service calls. I will certainly continue to use them for my window cleaning.

Had Living Water Window Cleaning do several inside windows at the house yesterday! Highly recommend these guys. The difference blew me away with how clear they turned out. So much more light now.

These guys are excellent. We had to cancel so many times because of the rain but they protected my new carpet. The windows look wonderful and I’m so happy that I chose them. They are professional polite, and get right on the Job. If you have been putting off washing your windows, call them today. You’ll be glad you did .I Thank them so very Much for a job well done. Blair did an excellent job deep cleaning our house before the holidays. Kathleen's Cleaning Service was flexible and able to get us scheduled quickly.

My home, while not filthy, had not been deep cleaned in a very long time. Abigail and Bria did an excellent job with my cluttered mess and took a big load off my plate. The floors, baseboards, and cabinets and bathrooms are amazing and I'm thrilled with what they got done in the time allowed. Thank you ladies!

As for the company, there was some confusion about date and time and who was coming but it all worked out. It was hard to figure out who was in charge of what when talking to the management.

I recently hired Kathleen's cleaning service to for a "move out clean", and I must say that I am utterly disappointed with their services. Not only did they fail to complete all the items listed on the specific clean I requested, but they also completely disregarded their promise of a 24-hour satisfaction correction. Moreover, their lack of communication when I tried to address these issues was frustrating and unprofessional.

It was evident that corners were cut and shortcuts were taken, leaving me with an unsatisfactory and incomplete cleaning job. Part of the move out clean is a wipe down of all cabinets (inside and out), and a mopping of all the floors. Both things were very obviously not done. Which was frustrating but if the 24-Hour satisfaction guarantee was held up, it would have been okay if it was fixed.

To make matters worse, when I contacted Kathleen's Cleaning Service within the promised 24-hour satisfaction correction window to express my concerns and request a redo, they claimed to schedule something three days later and then told me they would try to get someone sooner, seeing I had a tenant coming in the next day. After that I never heard back. I sent multiple texts and made several phone calls, but it seemed as though they were deliberately avoiding me. This level of unresponsiveness and disregard for their customers' concerns is unacceptable and really frustrating.

As a paying customer, I expected a professional and reliable service that would deliver on their promises. Instead, I was left feeling cheated and frustrated. Not only did I waste my hard-earned money on an inadequate cleaning, but I also wasted my valuable time trying to rectify the situation.

I strongly advise against hiring Kathleen's cleaning service for any cleaning needs. They have shown a complete lack of professionalism, unreliability, and an utter disregard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and wasted money by seeking services elsewhere. I hired them off the great reviews but it makes me think if they are reviewing themselves to up the ratings. I will not be recommending them to anyone and definitely not using them again.

This is my second time using Kathleens’s cleaning service and both times I have been very impressed! I have used a few different companies in various areas and so far this one is hands-down, my favorite. Communication is excellent, and most importantly, the service is impeccable. I plan to stay with Kathleens as long as we live in their service area! Highly recommend.

Used their services for a few months before switching to another cleaning service. The difference is night and day - for almost the same price, the other service stays twice as long with more staff, moves every item and doesn’t just clean around furniture pieces, floor items, and rugs like we experienced with Kathleen’s, and cleans deeper (ex. grout in the shower) Additionally, the first time we used Kathleen’s there were several areas we did not feel were properly deep cleaned given the price we paid. When trying to get these areas addressed again as per their 24 hour guarantee, the owner was extremely argumentative and rude. I didn’t feel I got a professional clean with this company - it was on the level that I could do myself in a few hours which didn’t feel like it was worth the money. I’d try elsewhere.

We have been very happy with Kathleen's Cleaning Service. We have been using them regularly for about a year now. Every staff member from Kathleen's has been professional and friendly. During the pandemic, they have taken extra precautions in order to keep their staff and customers safe. Our most recent clean was done by Brenda - Brenda is always on time, friendly, and does a magnificent job cleaning our home! She cleans thoroughly and leaves the house smelling clean (without smelling like overly strong cleaner!).

Kathleen’s Cleaning is reasonably priced and each cleaner does a good job, overall. Cleaners are very responsive and respond in a professional manner when specific requests and reminders are given regarding the cleaning process. Kathleen’s is dependable and well worth the money.Jordan did a fabulous job on our home!

I was so impressed with my first service with Blair. She was so kind and sweet and everything looks spotless. Looking forward to continuing this service.

Erika did a fantastic job on our home. Our hardwood floors were beautiful and the house smelled so clean. She took the time to really clean well and her attention to detail is outstanding!

We scheduled a deep cleaning. I provided my own cleaning supplies – solutions and floor mops. We have a combination of hardwood and tile floors. Close to the end of the cleaning I did a check. We noticed dust balls under the bed, dust in corners, some baseboards still dusty, a couple of windowsills still had some dried bugs, some of the rugs still had bits of dirt/crumbs. We also noticed the hardwood floors weren't mopped well - dull and lacked the shine that I'd normally get when I'd mop with the Bona solution.

I use a separate cleaner for the tile floors and noticed that the microfiber pad for the tile floor was dry and never used. The tile floors in the bathrooms (stains on the master bath floor and shoe prints on the guest bath floor), laundry room and sunroom were not mopped. I also noticed that there was a tendency to go around small items on the floor rather than move them aside for more access.

Towards the end I asked about vacuuming certain areas and the response was a flustered, “I’m running late for another job.” That meant that my “deep cleaning” turned into a rush job. I had to redo the floors (mop & vacuum) myself and dust where needed. Regardless, I recognize Jennifer’s efforts as I know how hard it is to clean houses. I communicated with the manager about the issues. She offered 50% off for the next two cleanings which I politely declined but appreciated the attempt to make things right.

The most serious issue we had, however, was that the office repeatedly defaulted us into a recurring scheduling model even though we asked them twice not to do so. This, combined with only allocating 3 hours for a one-person deep cleaning, gave the impression that the office only cared about billing a maximum fee for minimum work.

Excellent experience once again with Kathleen’s Cleaning Service, thanks to Molly. She is hardworking, friendly, professional, and thorough. We are very pleased with her work, our home is spotless.
