Had main line drain cleaning. Was charged way more than the average going rate in the RVA area. Plus had to come by twice and paid twice. Very nice professional and polite technicians both times! Just wished the charges had been more reasonable.

I had lots of company coming and needed a bathroom sink faucet repaired pronto. The office staff said they would schedule me if they could. I was really relieved when they did just that. Much appreciated and I'm calling RLH the next time there's a plumbing need

01/2025 - just had RLH install a Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in our home and was super happy with the entire process. After getting some off the wall quotes from 5 other places that wanted to overcomplicate the install... RLH came in and provided a reasonable price with a fast/professional turnaround! They coordinated everything from install/to electric. Couldn't be happier with the entire process.
