I was ran off the road by one of their trucks so I called the company and of course I’m highly upset I drive a little car and to have that happen it was extremely scary so instead of Emily showing some compassion she’s telling me I don’t have to yell instead of understanding the severity of the situation. At that point I could tell Emily didn’t want to help so she says she sending the information to the manager and hangs up so I call back and ask to speak to a manager and was placed on hold and that’s it so after a third time I called back and spoke to a manager that you can just tell nothing would be done about this incident then says it takes a while to find out but they have gps trackers and they were told what street this happened on. If they have people operating their vehicles in that manner and then don’t even ask me my name my number no nothing just they they will look into it.

Steven Moore did an outstanding job on our house. Great plumbing services and customer service. 5/5 will recommend to all.

Tim came over to assess water damage after hours and helped us navigate how to handle a stressful situation. He was great!

Robinson’s was awesome. We had a toilet issue that I we needed fixing fast. I called them at 8am and they were out by 1pm the same day. Justin was great! It took no more than 15 min and the whole experience was just great. Highly recommend them!

We called Robinsons to install a faucet and connect a sink in our half bathroom. Incredibly, they came out the same day. The plumber arrived on time, put on shoe covers, and estimated 2 hours of labor. The plumber encountered several issues during the installation. He had to go out to his van several times. He did not take off his shoe covers and soiled our brand new floors as a result. At one point, he forgot to connect one of the hoses and water sprayed all over our bathroom. He asked us to provide rags and paper towels. He left the job with puddles of water underneath our vanity. The sealing work the plumber did was disappointing. You can see gaps in the counter top and spots where he smeared the sealant onto the wall.

We spent an hour afterward cleaning our floors, wiping up water, and trying to get the clear caulk off the wall. While we appreciated the responsiveness, I would not recommend Robinson’s based on this interaction.

THANKS FOR COMING THROUGH FOR ME!!! I discovered my main water valve spraying water in my crawl space on 1/24, the day we were expecting a blizzard. You guys made a really stressful and scary situation, into a happy ending. Out of about 10 places I called, only you could get to me the day of to fix my problem. A new valve was installed in under 3 hours from the time I made the call. Thank you again!

Robinson's Plumbing Service has provided exceptional after hour service from a plumber / person that was friendly (Reece), and knows his job really well... price was reasonable... I hope that I don't have to use them again, but if I do, Robinson's Plumbing Service is the way to go!

We had an emergency situation a gas leak the gas company turned off our gas and said we needed a plumber to replace the bad pipe going into the foundation under our house were the leak was detected. I called immediately was told someone would show up between 2 and 4 they called asked if they could come sooner we said yes. They showed up gave us an estimate did the work professionally and quickly. We would totally recommend them. Most importantly, they were nice to our dog Charlie!!

I had a water leak in a 100 year old property in the museum district. The technician was responsive and was able to assess the problem. But his proposal for resolving the issue was expensive and did not inspire confidence. I also felt their fees to assess the issue were high and not clearly explained at the time of service. They definitely know when they have you over a barrel. I imagine their services are adequate, if a little expensive, for basic jobs. But I went with someone else who seemed more adept at dealing with older homes.

We had a sewer smell in our office building. I had 3 other plumbers come through and they didn't fix the issue. I had pulled ceiling tiles where I could through the building. Located the area where the smell was coming from but couldn't pinpoint the source. Contacted these guys and they were able to smoke test the plumbing and find the source which was a hole in the vent pipe. Cut the wall and replaced the piping. Great guys to talk to and they genuinely listened to what I had to say about the smell and where it was coming from. The other groups didn't seem interested in what I had to say, nor did they want to go dig in as hard as these guys did. And they cost less. Will definitely contact these guys again for any home or office work I may need in the future.

Plumber caused multiple leaks installing a backflow preventer costing 2k, once done was still leaking, notified him personally as soon as I noticed, told me they’d charge me extra due to weekend, so I had to wait and after 4 days of a still noticeable leak in my restaurant they cancelled my appointment to reschedule another day pushing it back even longer. They wont send anybody else out to help do it right. Won’t be using this plumbing service again for any other service.

The response is a down right lie and nothing you said was true. This was also months ago, no reach out since to make sure everything has been okay. Just bad management trying to cover mistakes. The leak was not from a smashed pipe. The leak was from the back flow itself, I have pictures for proof, the ice machine was not installed by us or moved at all during the issue. It took us having that leak for over a week before you finally sent the original guy back out to fix. We asked to send someone else sooner but was told they couldn’t. Next time this company should reach out to see how we are doing or how to make it better instead of falsifying information. The original plumber sent out was very kind and polite I would use him again but not the company. Management may be the issue.

And claiming the restaurant is not up to code which we are by the county, Is falsified information and a serious legal issue.

Pete took my call at 11.00p.m. on 2/19/26 - near midnight, and promised to send a plumber. As promised, Derick came the next day and fixed my toilet tank leak very quickly and professionally. I am quite pleased with this Company and would use them again. Thank you Derick and Pete.

We experienced a main water line break in our basement closet early in the morning.

Derick from Robinson Plumbing arrived that very afternoon, promptly addressing the issue.

He not only completed the repair efficiently but also ran thorough tests to ensure everything was in perfect working order.

Derick was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain the likely cause and his repair approach.

It was a great experience during what could have been a stressful home emergency.

Even on the weekend Robinson's Plumbing is responsive and efficient. I chose an 8 - 10am window. Derick arrived at 8:30, checked out my Rinnai water heater and quickly fixed the problem.

We have now called on these folks three times and have signed up for their subscription because they are just amazing. Joseph has come to our house each time and has been absolutely amazing every visit. His attention to detail, promptness, communication, and honesty were second to none. I usually don’t like subscriptions, but this independently owned business will be keeping my business from here on out.

Dalton was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand some of the "nuances" of plumbing. He is very courteous and respectful. I can highly recommend Robinson's Plumbing.

Derick, the technician, came out to install a new garbage disposal for me. He was prompt after calling ahead to inform me of his arrival. His was very professional and courteous, wore protective shoe covers. He informed me of the cost prior to completing service, and cleaned up after service was completed. We came home to a puddle on the floor from a leak in our upstairs bathroom, with the ceiling drywall ready to collapse. A friendly person took the call and was able to dispatch someone within two hours. Derrick was great to work with. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and stop the leak. We have much work to get done from here, but the emergencies services were fantastic. This is the second plumbing emergency Robinson’s has handled for us. Highly recommend.

We called due to leaky faucet that caused water to drip down to the dining room downstairs. Called the dispatcher at 6:21 and was able to get help at 8:30am. Justin M. came and resolved our issues. He was very knowledgeable and got us up and running fairly quickly. Truly appreciate him.
