Triangle Plumbing was great! TJ and Mike were prompt and very professional. TJ took the time to explain what caused my issue and how to avoid it in the future. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. I will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumbing repair. Thank you so much.

Really respect and appreciate Triangle's business model and the quality of their professionals. My parents had a water heater that starting leaking late on a Friday. Most shops are closed on the weekends or charge extra for coming out. No Triangle. Despite never have done business with them before, they were able to have a technician (Doug) dispatched within 1.5 hours to provide a free estimate. Doug was friendly and knowledgeable. He spent about 20 minutes walking us through everything he was seeing and what potential options were, which we really appreciated since this was a free visit and taking time out of his day. At no point did the process feel rushed or like Doug was just trying to make a sale. We will definitely be using Triangle for our plumbing needs in the future!

With all of the plumbing issues that I’ve had, I’ve pretty much used every plumber in Richmond over the last 5 years. Without a doubt, Triangle has been the best company I’ve worked with. They were incredibly accommodating and rearranged their schedule to make sure our issue was resolved quickly. Their quote for the service was at least 10% lower than other companies in the area and the work was outstanding. They explained everything that was going on and answered all of my questions. They really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for service in the area!

4/2/24. I had a broken leaking toilet and had another company come out for repair yesterday. I was quoted $1300 to repair the toilet as well as my main water value which they said was broken. I was devastated and did not authorize the service. Today I called Triangle at 1:30p and on the same day just a couple of hours later, Nick appeared. He reviewed everything I’d been told by the “other company” and literally said, I’ll be right back I need to get something from my truck. All I needed was a new little gasket and an adjustment inside the tank and voila! Nick fixed it in under 10 minutes! He then showed me the proper way to shut off the main water line. Thank God for hard working and honest people like Nick AND for Triangle plumbing! A very service oriented and ethical company! A customer and fan from this day forward! Excellent service. Got a call from Boston Joe an hour before the scheduled service window saying he could be out at my house in 20 to 25 minutes. He showed up at the time like he said, and was friendly and expertly knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the items I needed fixing. He walked me through exactly what was causing the leaks, and why those leaks happened and promptly repaired everything I needed repaired in around an hours time. Signed up for Triangle's advantage plan due to how excellent the service I received today, and how he explained pricing for everything is. Definitely will be using Triangle for any plumbing needs that I will have with my house from here forward.

We’ve only ever had great experiences with this business. Each time we’ve called, they’ve sent out someone same day. All the employees are very kind, and take the time to answer our questions and provide a lot of detail w/ photos surrounding the diagnostic and work done. This time we had the pleasure to work with Joe - he was very friendly and incredibly considerate of our sleeping 1 year old. I had a very large ($25k) sewer issue that I entrusted Triangle with. OMG, am I so happy that I did. Nick (one of the
owners) personally addressed and was involved in every aspect of the technical and logistics of the repairs. He interceded on my behalf with the City of Petersburg, taking his own personal time, and proved they were ‘wrong’ and pointed them to City Code that forced them to share in the solution. I, and three other homeowners, would have had to bear the cost of a $150k repair without him. Can’t say enough.
Highly recommended and the work they did was perfect too. They provided both interim and finalized solutions. He also worked with me on the bill, and ‘ate’ several charges given the overall situation.
I will say it again, highly recommend.

Have had two good experiences with Triangle. First was leak in inherited home that turned up just before putting on market. Called Triangle on recommendation of Realtor. Got a quick response and very good advice on all the considerations.

Now, our 1961 home has developed an upstairs in-wall leak that resulted in water dripping through kitchen ceiling. Nick was here the next morning, which was amazing enough. Then we got some demolition and a repair on the same day. Also very good advice on restoration services and insurance considerations. Highly recommended.

When the main drain in my house had a major clog and water and sewage backed up in the house, another company came but could not snake our the clog. Triangle came out the next day and did the job. They removed the clog and then a few days later dug up and replaced part of the pipe outside to prevent future clogs. Lee and Nick are skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. They explained the whole process, answered all my questions, and referred me to a water damage mitigation company. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

I called Triangle for help with a leak because I was afraid to touch our polybutylene pipes. I never realized having our whole system removed and replaced would be an option but Triangle made this obtainable and affordable for us, and got the job done fast! We have so much more peace of mind now that all the polybutylene is gone and replaced with pex piping and high quality fixtures! Nick was so genuine, personable and easy to communicate with. He took time to educate us and responded to all my requests. I would recommend Triangle Plumbing to my friends and family and be happy to work with them again!

A family man can only take so much grief from his teens over having no cold water. A man can only stomach so much run around and on hold music from warranty companies. A guy can only watch so many DIY videos and still feel uncertain he can accomplish the task and live. If this was a D&D encounter - we were about to be party wiped and Nick swooped in as a paladin of plumbing and rolled a nat 20. If this was Robin Hood Men in Tights - Nick would be the locksmith we call to unlock the….5 stars.

I have used Triangle Plumbing twice now, and they have delivered service above and beyond both times! My home is more than 100 years old, and the folks at Triangle consistently bring experience, expertise, professionalism and patience to my often frustrating projects. And all of this at a price more reasonable than any other plumber (or contractor!) I have worked with in the Richmond area. I cannot recommend them highly enough!!!!
