My husband googled plumbing and after talking to a few companies this was the first one that responded like they wanted our business. He had one deal breaker, they had to come that day as we had a bad shower leak. He said their response was basically, “no problem we can do it.”

Well Nick showed up in the time frame given. He was professional, pleasant and proficient. He explained things, provided options and moved things around so he could complete the job the next morning. Additionally, I now have brand new faucets in my kitchen and bathrooms. Toilets will be next.

This young man provided 5 star service from top to bottom and has a great personality.

I know several people needing plumbing services and am recommending Triangle to all of them.

I called Triangle Plumbing after spending over a week without water in certain areas of our home. From the moment I called, the customer service was great. I forgot who I spoke with on the phone but he was very nice & professional. They were able to have someone come out to take a look in less than 24 hours. TJ was great at explaining what was going on & the solution was a quick & easy fix. He was only here for about 10 minutes & provided my husband with more information about maintenance & other things that can be done to prevent the same thing from happening again. Thank you so much for all of your help, we truly appreciate it. I highly recommend this company.

We had a leak under our toilet and made a call to Triangle Plumbing on May 8. The next morning Nick came out and gave us a great price and fixed our problem. Great person, Great company, Great service.

I had a very good experience dealing with this company. Nick and Lee did an amazing job on installing a new sewer line. They had fair prices and were very knowledgeable, transparent and prepared. They also had all of the necessary equipment to find the problem and make the excavation and repair. I would hire them again for future jobs!

Lee at Triangle Plumbing Repair and Drain Cleaners did a phenomenal job. He was professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, and most of all, very personable. He quickly helped fix a busted hose bib and even replaced some other plumbing that I had mentioned needed to be replaced. He even took the time to show me what had happened to the plumbing. I was extremely happy with the service he provided and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues in the future. Great job, Lee!

Lee did an awesome job fixing our plumbing issue—super professional and efficient. He was also really great with my kids, which made the whole visit go even smoother. Just a really friendly, down-to-earth guy who clearly knows what he’s doing. Highly recommend!

My water heater started leaking and left us with no water. Nick came out and installed a premium product at an affordable price. While he was here he corrcted several issues from a previous install. He was very curtious and respectful of my home and my family. I will strongly recommend and use his services in the future.

Horrible experience. I called to request an appointment for someone to look at my water heater. The guy on the phone proceeds to ask me questions about the water heater such as the type, where the leak is coming from, whether it's a residential property and so forth. He then concludes by saying we don't service water heaters and we can't help you. If that's the case, why continue to ask questions about the water heater as if you could fix it???? Why does your website say you repair and replace water heaters????? Complete waste of time to ask questions about an issue you "supposedly" can't fix when I began the conversation by telling you what was needed.

I recommend this business to everyone. I was quoted an insane amount of money by F.H.Furr for an immediate replacement of my water heater in 2024. I called Triangle Plumbing to get a second opinion. The guy recommended me to not spend money at that time and asked me to wait another year to see if it actually stops malfunctioning. I was pleased that he didn’t try to convince me to hire them right away for my money.

Fast forward to August 2025. The water heater stopped working on a Sunday morning, I called their office and they sent Lee and Brian on Monday at noon. They installed a new heater within 3 hours at a reasonable price.

Nick visited our home to give us a service quote and he ended up giving us sooo much more in the form of his knowledge, professionalism, and kindness ! We will DEFINITELY be using his company for future needs/projects. I have used other companies recently and in hindsight, I wish we had come in contact with Triangle Plumbing before. We were truly impressed!
