This company, although small, has a system that rivals even its largest competitors. Not only does it have an exceptional team, but it also possesses all the necessary tools and resources to handle any type of job. Their prices are fair, and they offer payment options by card or check. Overall, it is a company I can confidently recommend, as I have used their services multiple times, and they have always proven to be 100% reliable.

Bernardo and his team were able to quickly respond to an issue over the weekend. I contacted him late Friday and they were there on Saturday afternoon. His communication was fantastic and his team did great work. Definite recommend.

Just had a truck pull up at my neighborhood and the 2 workers hopped out by the trash cans and took a piss with me walking my child. I don’t know what kind of people they hire but that is absolutely filthy and disgusting. License plate TCP3389 they got back in the truck and sped away

We had a basement drain backing up while hosting friends for the weekend, after calling many companies, service manager Bernardo was incredibly kind to take my Saturday morning call and get us scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Our service technician Moises was on time, professional, and assessed the situation quickly. A short time later, everything was flowing smoothly and we are good to go!

I have worked with Jerry Castelow and Absolute Plumbing on many of our jobs. He and his crew have done a professional, clean and thorough job. They are actually working a kitchen and bathroom job right. I would highly recommend them.

I was sent an UNlicensed plumber who did not install my toilet correctly .It does not flush like it should ( only a 1/4 of water of the tank would empty)and the handle is loose.I spoke to the owner/supervisor who asked me to schedule him to come out . It was scheduled for Monday 8-12PM . Monday came : NO calls NO shows. I wasted 4 hrs waiting . It would be nice if this company respects your time. I called and was told it was because I provided the toilet , it was the toilet that is faulty !!!! The toilet is fine .It is not leaking. It is the Installation process that was not correct . I spoke to Gerber before I called the plumber ' and Vamac as well . After talking to Tammy a couple of times ,and I provided the toilet make and model number AND the manufacturer's phone number ,Tammy told me that they would call me today and let me know what they are going to do. No phone calls were received today! So as of now it is 100% failure on their part to follow through with their words. Stay tuned...

My pipes burst! I had another plumbing company come out and quote me almost 5k to resolve my issue. Rick was excellent, he called me before arriving, talked with my partner at home as I was at work still. Once I arrived the issue was almost resolved, we went over what work he performed and came up with a game plan. I have water again, he capped off the bad section, and recommended that I replace the pipes after the frost was no longer an issue. I was pleasantly surprised at my bill for services rendered today, under $500. He also ball parked the other services that we will be performing come Spring which will be under $2,000. I am so pleased! Yesterday after getting the figure of close to 5 grand I had my first migraine in years - today you can't stop the smile on my face!

I had a horrible experience with Absolute Plumbing, and if my experience is common, I have no idea how they have such a good review on here.

I purchased a home a couple months ago that had Polybutylene pipes (that are supposed to leak). Absolute was supposed to replace all plumbing in the home before closing. When I had my home inspector come back to reinspect the house, the upstairs sink was leaking. We called Absolute to come and fix it. They said they fixed it, and I proceeded through closing. After closing, the same thing happened two other times, and I called Absolute to come fix the leaky sink. So ultimately, it took them three attempts to fix the leaky sink.

Later, I was replacing the bath hardware in the upstairs bathroom, and I found out that they had not replaced all of the Poly piping in the house. Rather than fixing this like I felt they should, they charged me approximately $400 to fix that, doing extensive drywall damage in the process, which I had to pay someone else to fix. They also broke the upstairs sink to the point it leaked worse than ever, which I had to pay someone else to fix, again. Also, during this process, they acted like I was an inconvenience to them, and I was left wondering if the extensive drywall damage and leaking sink was their attempt at "getting even" for me having them return to fix these issues.

Later, I was replacing the washer and dryer, and when I moved the washer, I found extensive drywall damage and improperly installed pipes that I again had to pay someone else to fix.

The work done by Absolute was not done to my standards or expectations, and I cannot recommend them under any circumstance. I will unfortunately have to find another plumber.

Can't thank this company and the owner Jerry enough for coming out yesterday and taking care of my plumbing problems. Professional, considerate, and quality work. Everything you expect and want from a pumbing business. Thank you so much.

Had a major clog in my master bath sink and a running toilet.and they cam out immediately and took care of it. They did such a great job that I had them do an install for a new dishwasher at work. Always professional and always clean up after themselves. Would highly recommend them to everyone.

Found Absolute in Angie's List ad. My third plumber and hopefully final stab to get a leaking shower faucet fixed. He showed me why both other attempts failed and even tightened another piece without asking. This was my second plumber called to get a leaky ceiling pipe fixed. First one said he needed to get a light fixture out of the way. Not so as evidenced today. So far, all is fixed with great cost-saving recommendations for a hot water heater adjustment and potential disaster lurking in another shower. I waited a week for an appt. but it was worth it. I will invite them back when I take those recommendations.

Sold my house when I went overseas to support the military. My agent overpaid my invoice and Absolute Plumbing does not respond to my emails. I will keep support our war fighters to keep America free, but do not recommend absolute plumbing.
Also, do not be surprised when the estimate doubles during the course of the work, standard practice for some contractors.
