Matthew was very sweet, very 'to the point'. Even my puppies loved him!!
While he couldnt directly fix the issue, he explained what needed to be done. He gave me a better temp' solution than the 1 I had going on.

He installed a beautiful new faucet quickly and efficiently. I’m very happy with all he did and the results are wonderful!

He was punctual and started his work before the appointed time. I liked his professionalism and he had a great disposition. We discussed the issues and prices to fix. Very pleasant young man.

The service fee was reasonable and less than other companies I had called. Doug came out to diagnose our grinder/pump unit the same day I reached out. Let me say, he is a genuinely nice guy that truly wanted to help. He's very knowledgeable and gave us scenarios and possible costs up front, while doing his best to save us from spending more than we needed to. We will be usi g them for any future plumbing needs and I highly recommend this company and especially Doug!

Sorry, cannot put a zero star for this company.
Their plumber, Walter Lincoln, came to diagnose my sewage issues.(According to the company policy, diagnosing is free of charge).
Mr. Walter said that he can not diagnose it for free. He stated that he needs to remove my toilette, and diagnose it from there. That could cost me $477. 00, and further diagnosing needed, which means some additional charges.
He estimated the cleaning cost of $1442. 00 but could be higher.

He rejected to work from my crawling space because he could get wet, he said.
He rejected to work from the lateral line in front of my house because he cannot open the plug of it. He said, even he did not try to open it. I proposed to open that for him, but he said he cannot work from it.

long story short.
This company is probably good for somebody who got no some common sense.
I'm going to rent the Drain Cleaner 100' from the Home Depot, which is $76/for 4 hr, and will do it myself.

Doug Hoffman Is The Best,Great Experience 😃 Very very informative and knowledgeable. Told me thinks that would actually save money and make my family safe. Highly recommend.

Doug was very personable and professional. He was able to. Diagnose the problem in our toilet and repaired it. He also drained my water tank did a great job. I was able to follow him around to see if I had any problems in any other areas in my house. He did a great job, and if I ever need another plumber to come from Benjamin Franklin I certainly will request him.

I was expecting a great experience and Matt delivered! He was on time, was polite, wore shoe covers (!), was very knowledgeable, explained everything he was going to do, did it, and cleaned up. We talked about replacing some very old pipes and he will be sending me an estimate on that soon. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again and ask for Matt!

You have a customer 4 life ! The technicians that have done work for us have been so professional and kind , we got our AC unit cleaned and ready for the summer months and now we had a clogged drain , both were resolved very quickly and very professionally. The service and the price were unbeatable, like I said you have a customer for life .

The technician that came out was very courteous and professional. Had a water stain on the ceiling and instead of just cutting into the drywall and charging for it, he offered a zero cost solution to try out to make sure it was still an ongoing issue or just a fluke. We’ll see if it is.

Doug was the technician that give me a quote on my plumbing. He was very honest and kind. Not to mention I trusted what he was saying to me because I had another plumber come before him. He tried to point me in different ways to help me with my home. Great guy. That's the guy you want to work in your home to fix you up.
