I can't say enough about Absolute Plumbing and Mechanical. A water heater went out during the holiday weekend and he was able to troubleshoot and replace on Saturday when no one else was able to take a look until Tuesday. Life saver! Very responsive and knowledgeable. Will be my 1st call for all Property Management clients!

I was without hot water and Absolute Plumbing was able to come out with same day service! Jerry identified the problem quickly, ordered the part, and came back to repair my hot water heater the same day. Professional, courteous and trustworthy. I've used Absolute Plumbing in the past and will use them again.

The professionals at Absolute Plumbing have done a great job for me a number of times over the past 22+ years, and I cannot thank them enough. I've recommended them every time I'm asked, including on social media. You can count on them to show up on time, and do the job right.

This was probably the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. They claim to send licensed plumbers but the guy they sent never had a license. My double sink was leaking by the dish washer and the guy did not install the drains correctly. He put the drain in the middle of the 2 sinks so one sink would fill with water when the other drained. When I ran the dish washer water leaked everywhere. I called them and was met with attitude by the gal answering the phone. Was supposed to get a call back. Never did. Ended up going with another company and they explained to me that whoever did that was not a professional. How they stay in business is beyond me. Avoid and go with a reputable company

We have used Absolute Plumbing for many many years now and have always been pleased with their service. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Jerry and his team (Rick, Brandon and Charles) for being so quick and efficient in helping us when our water heater broke down. They came out promptly and discussed all the options and suggested the best one. Then they came the next day and put in a new tankless system. Super friendly, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing and mechanical needs. They are our go to guys!

Wow. What a fantastic experience! I've been using Absolute Plumbing for years and their customer service and efficiency never cease to amaze me. Recently, I called Jerry and let him know of an issue that I was having in my kids' bathroom. He was on it and fit me into the schedule asap! The 2 technicians that came to my house were awesome! They were super kind and professional. They did a fantastic job! I am super grateful to have found this company. They truly work as a team and take care of their clients. I've always felt like I was in good hands and will continue to refer all of my friends and family to them. They have customer for life!

ABSOLUTE plumbing just serviced my home to replace toilet parts on (2) commodes and a shower head. Jerry Castelow and his crew are friendly, efficient, honest, and ABSOLUTELY professional in every way. The front desk staff is super responsive and the technicians are knowledgeable and experienced! I trust them implicitly and I know they will not recommend something you don't ABSOLUTELY need or request. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

No matter how desperate you feel, DO NOT hire this company. In my experience, they created more problems than they solved, they left a colossal mess behind, and they did not keep their commitments.

I hired them to replace a pump at a shared well. The day after their work, the pipes from the well to the homes served by that well had no water pressure. Absolute Plumbing told me that one of the pipes must have had a leak, but since they didn't know how to determine which one, they needed to replace all the pipes between the well and several houses for $25,000. Hmm, so two days prior, the pipes were fine, but then after Absolute replaced the pump, all the pipes had to be replaced? Isn't it suspicious that the pipes worked fine until Absolute showed up?

But I was desperate. My tenants could not live in their homes since there was no water, and I had moved them into hotels. I paid Absolute $25,000 for the project to replace the pipes. If they had performed average work, I would have no complaints. Instead, they recklessly maneuvered around my property, causing still more damage to the property infrastructure which they didn't fix, and they failed to answer simple questions about the work they did despite telling me they would do so.

I asked for a diagram of the pipes they had installed, and they told me they would provide it. After literally 14 documented requests by email and phone with the owner Jerry and other employees telling me again and again they would provide it, I finally got a scribbled picture accompanied by the words, "If you have any questions, let me know." Since the diagram was so crude, I asked questions. "I will look into this and get back to you," I was told. I followed up seven times, but never heard a word from them again. I filed a complaint with the seemingly illegitimate BBB in hopes that the company would finish its conversation with me, but that process did not result in any further answers from this toxic company.

And what did Absolute Plumbing leave me with at the property? 1. They cut septic lines with their equipment but buried these instead of reporting them. I only learned of these cuts when tenants reported septic issues, so it was harder to fix since I had to dig up the earth again. 2. They destroyed a french drain by a house even though the tenant had stood at the edge of the house to tell the person with the excavator, "There is a french drain here, so you need to dig this area by hand." 3. Most egregiously, they destroyed the pump house in multiple ways. For some reason they tore the siding off the wall and ripped down the insulation from between the studs on the side where the pipes exited the structure and they never put it back together, but worse, they hit the building with their excavator knocking its framing out of square. I had to pay about $3000 to another contractor to rebuild the pump house. 4. And of course, they left a pile of project garbage on the property.

Jerry, the owner, told me the worker who was sent to my property was subsequently fired by Absolute for doing such bad work. But even though that worker is gone, Jerry is still there. Jerry as owner is responsible for the disaster that they caused me. He is responsible for resolving problems caused by his employees' work. You cannot count on him. His approach remains a risk to every potential customer.

This company was my nightmare.

I provided the above text to Jerry before sharing this review. I also gave him a photo of the pump house wall that was just studs with insulation on the ground. He didn't dispute the facts. He says he helped me the best he could, his team worked after hours on the project, and that the pump house was in bad condition to begin with (uh, so you pull the wall down and leave it that way?).

Absolute Plumbing & Mechanical (recommended by a neighbor) have done a few jobs wonderfully at my house. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again should the need arise.

First they replaced some mechanism in the toilets to flush more efficiently and save on water and replaced the outside faucets to a much less leaky model, also to save on water. Both were done efficiently and well... and my water bill is much less scary!

Most recently they replaced an old water heater that started leaking gas with an outdoor tankless model, which took the better part of a day.

All of the plumbers that worked on these projects were efficient, knowledgable, and answered any and all questions I had about the work being done. Scheduling was easy, and getting quotes was a breeze.

I would recommend Absolute Plumbing, 100%.

The most recent job they performed for us was the largest to date. It involved a complete replacement of the water line that services our home. This was a major operation, but incredibly, this job was expertly handled start to finish the same day and at a cost that was more than fair.

Highly recommend! My husband and I recently moved into a flipped home that had no hot water due to a faulty water heater. We had been back and forth with the water tank manufacturer about getting repairs covered under our warranty. I wasn’t satisfied with the first plumber we used and called Absolute Plumbing & Mechanical. The owner, Jerry, reached out to me personally to hear what the issue was and even offered to help me work with the manufacturer on getting our existing warranty to cover repairs. We ended up deciding to replace the entire tank considering the manufacturer warranty only covered parts. Jerry found us the best option, and the tank was installed next day! The team was extremely helpful and professional and I really appreciate how quickly they were able to help!

We recently had the entire plumbing system in our house replaced by Absolute Plumbing, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. It was a major job involving complete pipe replacement, install new pipes and fittings, add new valves but Jerry Castelow, the business owner and his team handled it with incredible professionalism and skill.

Fantastic experience! I've been looking for several parts for both plumbing and lighting for a home restoration. They had one of the parts I needed and then wrote down where I could source the other parts. I had two people helping me and a manager also giving feedback (Vinny, Dave amd another gentleman). Wow, customer service was above and beyond. Also, easy on the eyes, couple of silver foxes in there ladies!

The shelves are all but empty. This is suppose to be a plumbing supply house and yet they have no galvenized fittings, barely any dwv fittings. Lol what a joke. Headed to lowes....

These people came to my home to repair the ac. I have no idea what reason the sales person went underneath the house and convinced my husband that we needed to replace our insulation that was underneath the house this summer! My entire downstairs has been sold as if I am outside. Cold air is constantly coming in my home threw the floors. I do not recommend these people keep these people from as far as possible for your home. If I could give them a negative zero I would.
