This was problem with our water heater that we wanted fixed right away and after a call to another business who advised us that they couldn't get anyone to help us until next week, Absolute Plumbing said they would be able to take care of us the next day. They gave us a time frame when they would come and after a 30 minute notice call they were even an hour early.
The water heater was in a really hard spot to access and was very difficult to change out but the technicians were extremely professional and knew exactly what to do. They immediately jumped into the job and within two hours we had a new water heater installed with plenty of hot water.
I can't say enough about how well this operation went without the least bit of aggravation. From the phone call to the finished job, this was a relief to have a no hassle experience with a business. Every employee was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and willing to do what is takes to make the customer satisfied.

Jerry and his team have worked on my house for years, we call them with all our plumbing needs and they’re fantastic. A+++!!

Called them on a Sunday and got a response within 10 minutes and set up an appointment for the next day for a hot water heater issue. They arrived promptly and installed a new hot water heater and got us hot water back. Very professional, quick and quality work. We will definitely use them again should we need any plumbing services.

I cannot express how thankful we are to Absolute Plumbing and Jerry for helping us! We thought we had a simple clogged drain but found out it was actually much bigger than that. But Jerry and his staff took great care of us and reassured us all would be fixed in no time! Will definitely use them again for all future plumbing needs!

These folks came to install a new drainpipe in my dishwasher. Initially, the service seemed great-- but the drain they installed ran under the dishwasher door so every time we opened the door, it pinched the pipe, leading to a hole in the pipe. So...every time our dishwasher drained, it drained onto and into the floor, causing water damage. I called to talk to the company about it, had someone take a message, and never heard from them again (and its been a couple weeks since that). I really hate to leave negative reviews, but the repair ended up costing me thousands without any accountability for the shoddy job that caused the damage.

After having had a toilet "repaired" twice by another company, I called Absolute. A Master Plumber and his Apprentice arrived on schedule, replaced various parts and made adjustments. Having been told I needed to invest in a new toilet, I was delighted to have this one working great. Professional, Covid-19 protected, and tidy. Highly recommend.

Absolute Plumbing took care of us when upgrading to a tankless water heater for our new combined family house. In addition we had plumbing and electrical run for a laundry station added in the garage for my in-laws. Jerry, the owner, was readily available for my questions, follow-ups. Great work and customer service!

We had a great experience. Late last night (a Friday), we noticed a pipe to our water heater leaking.
We called Absolute and Jerry called back. He talked us through getting the leak stopped by shutting off water to the house.
When the spraying from the pipe stopped, he told us he would see us at nine.
He showed up promptly at 9:00 this morning (Saturday) and and cut out the leaky pipes and connected new ones. He was very professional and friendly.
As our water heater is 16 years old and looks it, we will have Absolute replace it in a week or two.
We couldn't be happier.

The folks at Absolute Plumbing are real professionals and I highly recommend their company for all plumbing services. We needed to have our entire house re-piped due to defective materials that were used 20 years ago. Jerry the owner came and estimated our job, explaining all the work that would be involved. The plumbers who did the job were very conscientious and careful with our house, arriving on-time each day and staying until the job was finished. They minimized the amount of wall damage, and made sure we had running water when they stopped work for the day. Afterward, they sent a drywall repairman who worked miracles, patching the holes so well that we can't remember where they were. Everything about our experience with Absolute was first-class and we are 100% satisfied.

I absolutely recommend Absolute Plumbing! Had a couple of jobs for them, kitchen faucet and toilet rebuild, and they were great. Friendly, timely, professional, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again.

I gave Jerry a lot of business over a year period. He sent numerous unqualified and unsupervised folks out to my home (and sometimes complained about 'their' work - which is his work, right?). His team often ran plumbing outside of walls rather than in the framing because it was easier - meaning the basement can't be finished because the plumbing is in the way. He left a couple items unfinished and his team did damage to new appliances and cabinets. I think a big price tag should come with quality and service - Jerry and his team don't quite deliver.

They drive their trucks like they have an attitude that any other vehicle is on the roadway. Today I was almost hit by one of their technicians as he came into my lane on purpose to get me to crash. He seen me pull out onto hull street but decided to pull up next to me and while looking at me tried to run his truck Into my vehicle forcing my vehicle out of the lane. Luckily no other vehicles were beside me at the time but I know he did this on purpose. They need more responsible drivers.

Our kitchen sink drain got disconnected on New Years Day and Jerry was able to come out and fix it within 15 minutes. He worked quickly, but did a quality job. He left the drain pipes better than they were (it had been a DIY project so was ready to be upgraded) and was very kind and considerate in talking the details over with me about where I had gone wrong in doing it myself and what I had done right. Overall, very pleased and will be using them again!

We have been using Absolute Plumbing & Mechanical for over 2 years for a variety of plumbing issues including repairing garbage disposal, leaking shower pipe and leaking sink water pipe. And we have nothing but very positive to say about their plumber's work quality and professionalism. My wife likes the fact that they clean up everything after the work is done. I like the fact that once they fix the problem, the problem is gone. We have recommended the company to our friend and they too absolutely like their plumber's work. I would definitely recommend Absolute to anyone who needs their plumbing issues fixed.

We had multiple plumbers try to diagnose our long-term issue with no success and at high price tags. In just one visit, Jerry at Absolute Plumbing found what no one else had - a crack running the entire length of our main sewer pipe. They replaced it with PVC at a cost that was less than other local companies and it’s been fine for the first time in 5 years. We couldn’t be happier and they now have a customer for life in us.

Absolute did a great job extending the gas service to accommodate a new gas range. Jerry was very professional and provided a very reasonable estimate. He arrived on time and got the job done efficiently, handled everything necessary for the permit, and we now have a great new gas range. We are definitely fans of Jerry and Absolute Plumbing.

I needed a gas line installed for a new range. Absolute Plumbing came out and gave me the best estimate and scheduled my install at a time that worked well for my availability.

Most impressive was, not only, that the installers arrived on time but they also stayed after their job was complete to connect my new range for me.

I was referred to contact the Absolute Plumbing team and I was not disappointed. Jerry was extremely responsive and easy to work with through the process. I literally sent him a couple pictures of my small leak on a water pressure regulator, and he was there in an hour to replace the part. He came because the other techs were booked up for the day, and he replaced it himself in no time. Very knowledgable and helpful. This was my first time working with this group, and will not be the last time.
I highly recommend their work!
