I hired Michael Brock through Angi’s to fix my kitchen faucet and replace my garbage disposal. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Everything works perfectly now, and he left the area clean. Highly recommend—great service! Thanks Michael!

I got 2 estimates for fixing a water pressure problem in my house. The first company recommended a very expensive whole house filtration and softener system and said it would take a couple of months to see a difference. Michael came for the second estimate and was great! He was on time, friendly and very courteous. He found the problem immediately and had the repair scheduled and completed exactly as discussed for thousands of $$ less than the other company. He left the area totally cleaned and tidy. I will definitely use Michael Brock with Benjamin Franklin plumbing for all my future plumbing needs, and so should you!

Five Star is the only plumbing service I will call. I have called on them at least 5 times and every service is performed professionally and quickly and with a reasonable cost. I don't dread having to call them out. I trust this company completely.

Just got a bathroom reptile completed and I am pleased with the service and the work. They have financing options that helped me pay for the repair.

Matthew was great, explained what he was doing and why, prepped the area, and was tidy during the process.

Only reason not 5 stars is that my original quote for repair doubled in price and I felt a little blindsided.

I discovered the water line to the ice maker was leaking in my garage. Called at noon on Friday and Lisa assured me that a technician would be here before 4:00. Will and another technician (sorry I don’t remember his name) arrived. Being considerate of my floor, they laid a red rug. Will explained the repair of the waterline. He immediately got to work on the repair while the other technician went under the house. Fortunately, there wasn’t any water in that area. However, he noticed a puddle of water around the main waterline into the house and found the leak. I was able to approve that repair after viewing photos and listening to how the repair would be done. The best part was that leak was able to be repaired. No need to schedule a different appointment! Both men were professional and courteous. I’ll definitely be calling on Heinco for all my plumbing needs!

We had Hanrick replace all of our builder installed cheap shutoff valves with decent valves. Hanrick did a professional job and was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend using him for your plumbing needs.

Hanrick made two visits to diagnose and resolve our plumbing issue. Although it was a minor problem, it required some investigation to identify the root cause. Hanrick was very helpful and ensured the issue was resolved.

Will did a great job! We had a pipe burst because of freezing temps and Will was able to replace pipe within 4 hours of call! Fast, friendly, informative!

Heinco and Hanrick did a great job of cleaning up 25 years of miscues and mess. He re-did all the sink plumbing and installed the new disposal so that both sides will correctly drain now.

I had an outside faucet that froze and was leaking. I called Heinco Plumbing and they had someone out to fix it within an hour, very pleased with their fast response and excellent service. I recommend them highly.

Joe was professional and very attentive to all the details I gave him which helped to come to a resolution for my job. There was a leak coming from a shower which he found!! We both were excited!
