Joe did a GREAT job! Our tankless water heater went out just in time for Christmas. They were able to order replacement and get it installed before New Years. Very happy with the price and quality work.

2 days before thanksgiving and we’re hosting and the hot water heater craps out 🤦‍♀️. Thankfully, Heinco was able to get us an appointment and installation the next day, saving the holiday. Hanrick is an amazing technician, he answered my many questions patiently and our new unit was installed within a few hours and I am back in Thanksgiving prep mode. I am so appreciative of Hanrick and Heinco, thank you both!

Heinco fixed an active leaking water line in our crawl space. They were available within the hour and the repair was fixed within 2 hours. Will was our serviceman and did a great job. He was very professional and knowledgeable able about our issue. He also went above and beyond by repairing the issue way better than it was previously - while also working in tough, cold, wet conditions.

Will provided outstanding service. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He answered all my questions, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. Top-notch customer service. I had a great experience with Heinco today. I called them yesterday to see about having a kitchen faucet replaced and another small job done and Joe came and did the work this morning. He explained everything that he was going to do and even pointed out some leaking that was occurring that I wasn't aware of. I appreciated all of the information he gave me and he was very clear about how much things were going to cost. He completed the job quickly and neatly, cleaning up after himself and leaving no trace that he'd been here except a brand new kitchen faucet and bathroom faucets that aren't leaking anymore. Hanrick came to my rescue today! Because of the cold weather and winter storm a pipe burst on the outside of my house. Water was starting to leak on the interior of the wall, so I completely shut my water off, which was not going to be sustainable.
I called Heinco Plumbing after finding them on Google. The representative on the phone was super polite, courteous, and helpful. She had someone out within a short timeframe given the circumstances. Hanrick was the technician who came to provide service. He was also extremely polite, and took time to explain the procedure necessary to be done. I was so grateful for the way he explained everything to me.
Hanrick worked efficiently, with expertise, and was even very neat and tidy! The work done by Hanrick = Exceptional!! The price quoted to me was extremely reasonable, given the emergency circumstance and short notice for needing service. I was excellently pleased with the work done today! Hanrick was very through, professional and timely. He made a special trip to get the jobs done quicker for us even though it meant adding on to an already long day for him. Will definitely have Heinco return for more work as we continue to up date our 1950’s plumbing and electric 😃

Mike is a fantastic plumber. He's fixed my garbage disposal and installed a new dishwasher (after troubleshooting the old one -- he confirmed that it was indeed completely hopeless) and has been prompt and super professional and the work has been top notch. Would highly recommend him!

I've used their services a couple of times and would again without hesitation. I dont have much reference on their pricing but pricing has always been up front, work has been performed AND tested thoroughly, and they've been extremely responsive in communication before, during and after the service. I have zero complaints and 100% will engage them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone in the surrounding areas in need of plumbing services.

Called Wilson Plumbing on Wednesday before July 4th and they arrived on Friday. Lauren was prompt, professional, and friendly. He replaced our kitchen faucet (which we had purchased) as well as tightened a bath faucet. Would call on Wilson Plumbing in the future.
