Will was so helpful and efficient in assisting me with my problem. I called Heinco in the morning and had a new toilet installed and ready to go before my baby’s nap time. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

I live in a very old building. My bathroom was the site of a leak impacting a number of peoples lives. I was warned that the bathroom would be completely dismantled for a few days and the water would be turned off as someone worked on it. James and Heinrick arrived and in one day they fixed the underlying issue and put my bathroom back together. They stayed into the evening to finish this job because they said, "we heard you have family coming in this weekend for the holidays." I am so appreciative of their thoughtfulness, and, of course, their skill.

Will came out to do a flush maintenance on my water heater and he was very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything to me! I will be calling Heinco Plumbing for all my plumbing needs in the future! Love this company and so glad I found them!

They were able to get out here the next day. Showed up on time, were clear to communicate and did a clean, efficient, repair for me. Joe was super easy to work with - very straightforward about options, what things would cost, and what to expect.

Had an issue with a previous plumber called Heinco which was recommended through my work. Joe came and took care of me, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Took the time to answer all my questions overall great experience need a plumber call these guys!

I had a very small window of time (15 minutes) for someone to diagnose my plumbing issue and order what was needed to replace my hot water heater. Hamrick arrived exactly on time and knew what was needed and had it ordered late Friday afternoon. He was again right on time Saturday morning with everything needed to install my new hot water heater. He was quick, knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and very kind. I would not hesitate to work with Hanrick and Heinco again.

Have used Heinco for a few years. I've needed them a lot recently. James did a great job replacing our water heater 2 weeks ago. Hanrick worked tirelessly to clear a clogged pipe yesterday. A couple months ago someone, I forgot their name, worked very hard on resolving shower issues. All were wonderful at explaining our options and never pressured us one way or another.
Not too happy about needing a water heater and other services so close together of course but glad they made it easy. However not happy about this Christmas card I got today with these specific coupons after that fact like an April fools joke 😅😅😆 or maybe you'll let me apply it since the service was so recent ? 😇

Our second time using Heinco and had the good fortune of having Will as our technician. Courteous, knowledgeable, and competed our repairs quickly and with the highest quality. Would use Heinco and Will the next time we need a plumber.

Plumber Joe Stewart responded to our SOS and was at our house around 30 minutes after I called about one toilet. He convinced us it should be replaced, and when I showed him some ceiling problems, it became apparent our 2 other toilets also needed to be replaced. All 3 new toilets were nicely installed by noon next day despite discovery of additional significant problems upon removal of 2 of the toilets. Good work by Joe. Only complaint is the quality of the installed toilets. I wasn't given the model numbers before purchase and would have selected better quality toilets.

I cannot say enough great things about Heinco Plumbing! Will was such a pleasure to deal with! He explained everything he was going to do and just made me feel at ease. I would recommend Heinco Plumbing for any needs you have!

We had a water heater burst late Sunday afternoon, and by Monday noon we had a brand-new tankless system neatly installed ready to use. Incredible service and professionalism from start to finish. Huge thanks to Will and Joe, the two skilled technicians who did an amazing job.

I had a slow leak coming from my bathtub faucet. Wanted to get it resolved before it ended up becoming a bigger problem. I requested Joe Stewart as he's helped me on multiple occasions. He explained everything as he always does. The whys, the hows, etc. It took him no time to replace the piece within the faucet and have everything working as normal. I'm very appreciative of Joe and will continue to call on him for future repairs. Thank you!

James came by on the same day that I made a service call. He was polite, very knowledgeable about our issue with the toilet, and efficiency corrected it. Thanks, James!

And this week Hanrick came by to help with another job! Heinco has technicians who are efficient, knowledgeable, prompt and polite. They will always be the first company I call for my plumbing needs.

Will Denius gave me outstanding, personable, and efficient service in an emergency. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Will was great!

Where do I start?! Hein and his merry crew of plumbers were amazing! Exceptional value and professionalism! Nick was outstanding and Hein showed up at the job to support his crew and answered all our questions. We had our ~20-year-old Polaris (aquatherm) water heater go out. The Ignitor was toast, and the tank was corroded and leaking. Within 24hours they were at our house removing the Polaris that had seen better years and replaced it. Hein and Nick explained everything about the functionality of our new system and were spotless in their clean up. Nothing but high praise from our family.

Joe was absolutely amazing!!! He came even though it was after hours, and got us back in shape with such ease (but I know it wasn't) He truly is a great plumber, great spokesman of the company, and an all around great guy! He's even a Bruins fan, and we are so tickled and impressed with his work. Quick, clean, and reasonable. Ask for Joe!!!

I had an issue with my exterior mounted tankless gas water heater. Fortunately Heinco Plumbing had availability for a same day appointment. James came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He was able to get us back up and running within 30 min.

Hanrick came out today in the cold. He was awesome. Very friendly. Checked our hot water heater and made a couple of recommendations. Made sure everything was working correctly again. Would definitely have him come out again.

Had a toilet leak which required extensive work. Hanrick was very thorough getting it done over several hours. And also very pleasant and cheerful. Would definitely use this company again in the ft.
