Our garbage disposal was jammed. My husband and I tried everything but to no avail. Thank goodness Cody answered his phone. Great service at very reasonable price. Very professional and respectful. I definitely recommend!

Cody ( owner) was hostile. Angry. Accusatory. Belligerent. Unprofessional, had an employee quit the day he gave me a quote. Bad mouthing this employee to me, just a horrible man. In the same breath talking about being a family man/ church goer. Poor excuse of a man.
Awful experience. His guys were amazing, but I would NEVER recommend this guy to anyone’s worse enemy. He did nothing but bark, stomp around like a child, be rude, left my yard a disaster.
Never call him.
I work with contractors everyday, he’s the absolute worst human being I’ve dealt with in 13 years of working with contractors.

I happened to meet him (Cody)again today as he was digging right next to my kerosene tank. I wanted to make sure nothing is being damaged at my property. I didn’t not say a word to him and he just freaked out at me because I gave him one start in google review 2 years back. He was out of line. He needs to fix his attitude. I should give him a negative star.

I needed to change the hose on my dryer and clean the ducts. When I moved the dryer, I noticed the floor was wet and discovered that the pipe leading from my hot water heater was dripping. I called the company on a Sunday, they set my appointment on a Tuesday per my request. When Ryan, my technician, got here he immediately saw the problem and offered to do a free walk around if there were any other problems I had. The hallway (guest) bathroom has been causing me issues off and on for over a year. Different plumbers would come in and say they fixed it only for the problem to persist. Ryan located several key problems and fixed them, AND he also reconnected the hose to my dryer for me and put it back in place. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I've called in USA Pipe repair 3 times. They did a great job fixing a hose bib, coming out quickly for a water heater leak, and to replumb the house. Professional and courteous, always answer calls. Minimal sheetrock repair needed for the replumb, added a few nice extras such as relocating house shut off valves, toilet connections, frost proof hose bibs. No surprises with their bill and fair priced.

I worked with USA Piper Repair a few weeks ago regarding a sewer line issue at my house. During the process, I worked with multiple people, including technicians and office staff. We definitely had some bumps in the road related to estimates, timing, and work needed, but I will say this - USA Pipe Repair went out of their way to make things right. Tiffany assessed the situation, identified where some issues occurred, and absolutely corrected the situation. At the end of the day, it says a lot about a company that they were willing to admit some things could have been done differently and to go out of their way and make things better. Tiffany turned a somewhat sour situation into a positive one and I think that speaks volumes about the company. Thank you, Tiffany.

The associate Sean did an excellent job rerouting my kitchen sink drain. We have had several plumbers in the past, and they never bothered to inform us that the plumbing was not up to code.
I am very pleased with the fee we paid.
I felt that the company cares about their clients.

Recived a water bill that was way above my normal amount called the water company they found the leak on my side of the line. Called USA pipe repair they were out within one day and drilled in a new line with a small hole in my front yard gave me my invoice on the spot. Price was real reasonable! Gave me a tip to take my invoice to the water company and they may reduce my bill, with the reduction actually paid for most of the the waterline. 😊

I was referred to Cody by my plumber Bradley Mechanical, because my main water lines are under my driveway. I called Cody and within 90 min he was at my house, looked over the job and gave an estimate for a water leak that has saturated/puddled in our side yard. He said he could come out Wed morning to run new pipe, I was not expecting service so quickly. However, later in the day the office manager called to advise they had a postponed job this morning and could be here Tuesday at 8am, at 7:59 they pulled into the cul-de-sac ready to work. within 2 hours they were done, my leak is no more and my water pressure in the house is back to normal. They only had to dig a 2x2 hole near the meter fish the lines through and then clean it up. You cannot even see where they worked... I am very impressed and will surely tell everyone of the fast, professional and reliable service.
