I cannot even start to explain how thankful I am for the help I got from y'all. I'd been to Home Depot and Lowes twice each and every time sent away with the wrong parts I needed to fix my shower knobs (who knew the stems were so complicated and come in so many sizes?!) Thankfully after being recommended your place, the guys on the counter were able to get me right in no time. Super knowledgeable, super friendly and super helpful, it really went a long way to turning a stressful 48 hours around for me. When I got home with the set that they sold me the job was finished in less than ten minutes.

They didn't have the part that I needed (out of stock because it was so old) but they had a pretty good idea as to who would and directed me to them. I've since ordered an extra with them as well as every other part of needed for my aged plumbing fixtures!

I had a great experience with Mr. Rooter. Their service and commitment to putting the customer first never waivered, even in a time consuming job. It required multiple trips out to our home (including one on a holiday weekend) to determine and resolve our issue, but they were determined to find the root* cause and get our home back in working order. Highly recommend their services and know we will definitely be calling them in the future if/when our old home needs additional plumbing services.

Mitchell, Evan and Rob were the most professional and knowledgeable plumbers with whom I have worked. We had a difficult sewage situation on an old building in the Fan on the New Years Eve afternoon... and they came out right away. They were able to diagnose and take care of it in less than a couple of hours. They even cleaned up the nasty mess that was not from their work. Our plumber Mark Iannitto was fantastic - he arrived early in the window we were given by the coordinator who scheduled the appointment over the phone.
Mark diagnosed the issues, showing me first hand what was going on, and sharing what he would do to resolve it. The total expected time and price ended up being way less than I expected. The scheduling, service, and payment were simple and easy. I found my reliable plumber!

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with this company from start to finish. They always answer the phone and schedule someone to come out within a day or so and the technicians are very courteous, on time and seems honest about the work. We had Paul come help remove and install a bathroom vanity and once he removed the original one, found that there was a big hole underneath to the crawlspace. He and his team worked to repair that hole - which i never would’ve even known was there- before installing the new sink. I could go on about the extra details he included. Everything was above and beyond and I’m extremely impressed and satisfied

Robert A arrived on time and he was very courteous and respectful. He was thorough. He took extra time to explain what he was doing and what his findings were. Our kitchen sinks, two side-by-side, backed up, and the water started leaking into the cabinet below. I do a lot of my own home repairs so I took apart all of the plumbing under the sink, cleaned everything out and reassembled it, but it did not solve the problem so I called Mr. Rooter.

The technician arrived on time and was respectful of property. He told me what he was going to do, had me sign the authorizations and went to work.

Within about an hour, he had the problem fixed. I checked it out, and thanked him. he was friendly and professional, and did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished.

Rob did a great job, left everything clean and in working condition.
