I was able to make an appointment online over the weekend and a plumber was at my house by 1 p.m. on Monday. And the work was done quickly and professionally. Mitchell explained everything clearly and was very professional.

I had well issues that turned to filtration and then my tank. After the initial visit from Mitchell Peyton (who shifted his whole day to complete the job… 11am - about 8pm), my 2nd toilet was not working so due to the upcoming snow/ice storm, we scheduled an appointment for 4 days later. THANKFULLY another contractor (Paul Proffitt and his assistant Scott Newsome - who also does Masonry) popped up the next day and took care of everything that may have also been needed to be done so that I could weather the storm!!!!

Based on the Google reviews, called Mr. Rooter to fix toilet flush issue in the bathroom. Service person named Mr. Ahmad diagnosed and informed that Kohler 3 in valve is not functioning and needs to be replaced. The cost of the valve is around $22 (Amazon, Lowes, Home depot etc) but they charged insane pricing of $546. When asked, he did not provide details of the cost of service or the replaced item. We had no choice but to pay the full amount. As a matter of fact, we received a quote of $175 for replacement from another company but decided to go with Mr. Rooters based on the reputation, which we regret. Please avoid!

Mr. Rooter plumbing was able to fix our plumbing issues in a quick and efficient manner. Ahmed was professional and polite throughout our service call. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised that they were available the same day. Mr. Paul Proffitt was the service technician, and he did a wonderful job fixing the broken handle on our upstairs bathtub. He was professional, efficient, and friendly throughout the process. Great service!

Mr. Rooter came out to inspect a long-standing issue with our main drainage pipe that had actually broken — and even started growing weeds inside it! It was causing a lot of problems and could’ve led to much worse down the road. From start to finish, they were everything you hope for in a company: honest, on time, communicative, and completely fair with their pricing.

We’d actually gotten a quote several years ago from another company that was so high it stopped us from moving forward at the time. Mr. Rooter’s team came in with a fair price, a clear plan, and total transparency every step of the way.

They even took video footage underground to show us exactly what was happening, which made it easy to understand the problem and the fix. The crew worked hard, got everything done quickly, and is even coming back to spread grass seed once the area settles from all the digging. We couldn’t be more impressed — truly top-notch service from start to finish!

I would highly recommend Mr. Rooter to anybody! Great company; I specifically wanna thank Mr. Robert Armstrong who came out to fix my hot water heater. He was very professional and courteous. He took his time and was very thorough with trouble shooting and fixing my hot water heater. They don't make plumbers like him anymore and ya'll need to give him a raise! All in all if I have any future issues I will be calling Mr. Rooter!

We had a garbage disposal replacement that was done with incredible care and professionalism by Adam. He went above and beyond and even added some additional electrical work to help make the unit safe and operable. Thank you, Adam!

Mr. Rooter service have been always been the go to people for our home for all plumbing needs. I really appreciate the work that they do and TOO ME they are always reasonable considering other companies. We will continue to use their services for ALL PLUMBING SERVICES. THANK YOU MR.. ROOTER.

New Review: Absolutely fabulous work on our bathroom remodel. They worked with us on scheduling and explained everything - even how to do a few small fixes ourselves.

Old Review: The work was good (though it took them about three times longer than they estimated) and they mostly cleaned up after themselves. Not the most organized business and it's been a nightmare to close out the job payment and get a receipt.

Mitchell did a great job fixing/repairing our shower faucet & cartridge, tank and valve. The first plumber who came (they said they're "near") suggested opening a hole behind the shower valve to replace it. It was a waste of time & money. I should have called Mr. Rooter and not that other "near" plumbing company . They gave us a nice price package for 3 different services. No opening of walls behind the shower valve. Good job, Mr. Rooter! Thank you, Mitchell!

Paul is incredible to work with. I drafted a basement renovation plan and proposed changes to the plumbing (relocating water heater, washer, dryer and other plumbing elements). Paul has completed the work with good craftsmanship and at a fair price. I will continue to use Mr. Rooter's services in the future.

I really appreciated Mr. Ahmad’s hard work to fix our water pipe line and the faucet. I bought this town house 6 months ago, but never noticed the from yard faucet didn’t work until last week, I thought it was easy fix, Mr Ahmad found the pipe line and replaced the control valve but it still didn’t work, then the neighbors said most of the housing here have issues with their water faucet outside, some neighbors showed us how theirs were fixed and they said it took them two days to fix it, another neighbor said the former owner couldn’t figure out how to fix it so they never fixed it. I thought Mr Ahmad was going to quit but he didn’t, today he came back early and continued fixing it and found a few bad pipe line areas and replaced them, now it’s working perfectly!! I appreciate Mr Ahmad’s hard work, his expertise experience and knowledge, he said everything was possible through the Christ!! That inspired me!!

Serenity Plumbing bent over backwards to rectify a plumbing issue related to a previous service visit. We have the highest respect for this company and recommend them for their customer support, professionalism, and quality of work. We don’t need a plumber often but will certainly call Serenity again when we need one.
