It’s been a little while ago but I believe the name of the plumber that came by his name was Robert. And the service was great he helped us out a lot he really enjoyed his job and you could he was very knowledgeable .
He took time to explain different plumbing issues and ways we could fix the problems. The plumber also helped us order a part that was needed from a plumbing manufacturer with a big discount.
The lady at the office who helped me set the appointment was very friendly and professional as well.
Just a delight to interact with.
We have a couple of regular plumbing companies we always use and this company is definitely also going to be at the top of my list of plumbers to call when we have plumbing issues.

Excellent service. They replaced our old A/C with a heat pump, they installed an EV charging outlet, troubleshot some electrical issues and installed a gas range. Everything was done professionally and we have had great communication with their rep throughout. For the heat pump they added water leak detection systems and did good QC. They also replaced a Nest that was not cooperating with us, with a Honeywell thermostat. Thanks for all your efforts.

Came home from vacation to a clogged kitchen sink- was able to get a technician out in less than 24 hours - very polite, respectful and responsive!

The issue turned out to be bigger (due to our 96 year old house ) and their team devised a plan that worked for our family and we were able to get the issue resolved the right way!

We built a house about a year ago and since then we've had multiple HVAC and plumbing issues (on all brand new equipment). The company who initially installed the HVAC units and plumbing came out a few times to fix their mistakes, but shortly after one of the AC units wouldn't turn on. The company who installed it came out to do a diagnostic and said we needed a new thermostat (after only a year) and were going to charge me over $1,000 to fix it.

I called White Glove and they were at our house the same day. After performing a diagnostic they determined that the thermostat wasn't the issue. They fixed the problem and the HVAC system has been running perfectly ever since. The diagnostic that the other company had done was incorrect and they were going to overcharge me for something that wasn't even the problem. Fortunately, we called White Glove and they quickly fixed the problem. White Glove was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Nice to have someone doing the work who actually knows what they're doing.

I would recommend this company to anyone everytime they need a plumbing issue. I had an emergency over the weekend and they didn't hesitate to come out and help. Very polite friendly knowledgeable
upfront on pricing so I knew how much I was going to pay. I've had to used them twice and I will consistently use them for my plumbing needs whenever I need them. Great job white glove plumbing. We are forever grateful for you.

We have used White Glove Plumbing, Heating and Air on numerous occasions and we have been extremely satisfied with the results. Each time we were treated with extreme professionalism. The technicians were awesome, answering any and all of our questions. They have always backed up their work if it was a problem. What a great company, had a plumber come out for an estimate for a new toilet after reading all of these good reviews. We’re first time home owners and he not only stayed longer to answer all our questions, but went under our crawl space to look around to see if the rest of the plumbing system looked good as well (it did). Usually I do not take time to write reviews, however I thought it important to share my experiences with White Glove. If you find yourself in a situation where you need a plumbing company to address the issue, that company is White Glove! Recently I had a need to address a couple of problems which White Glove was my "Go To" company. Pete was so courteous, knowledgeable and practical. He addressed my problem and I was back and running (water) in a short period of time. Whoever owns the company should be proud to know that their techs are customer focused. Pete drove up in his beautifully maintatained service vehicle and proceeded to slip on Tyvek shoe covers and called me "sir" (even though that makes me feel older than I am). Pete went to crawlspace and informed me of the problem, and the solution. He went the extra mile in providing top notch service. (if other business/service companies ran like White Glove, your issue will be resolved with honesty, fair price, and high quality). I have a fair amount of technical knowledge, and it's important to consider that as HVAC and plumbing products continue to get more technical and advanced, the days of just replacing your filter is "behind the times". It's like as newer automobiles require specific levels of service and maintenance, so do the systems in the residence. Who would have thought that a heater or cooling unit would be running on computer boards??. Therefore, it's great to know that White Glove is the team that one can count on. Don't wait until that warning light comes on in your dashboard, but if it does, call White Glove. If I could post 6 stars I would certainly do it with confidence.

Josh and Jim came to my rescue! Quickly installed a water supply line under my house to under the sink so I could change my new refrigerator filter without having to pull fridge out of cabinet which I was unable to do. They installed a new garbage disposal and flushed out my water heater—all done efficiently and nothing to clean up! They did it all! Great guys! Great company! So glad I changed to them! If you have a plumbing problem White Glove can solve it!

Ethan is very educated about plumbing and did a great job of answering all our questions and we will definitely use him in the future.

I found this company on Yelp. ( Sorry Google). Nick responded to my inquiry and answered my questions fast and efficiently. He scheduled a technician for the next day which was wonderful. My HVAC was inspected and recommendations were offered. And no they didn't recommend that I replace the unit (like another company did). There is so much more to the story to justify the 5/5 rating. Just know, if you decide to use White Glove Plumbing, you are deciding to use a company who understands the importance of providing an outstanding customer experience. I highly recommend this company for ALL of your heating and plumbing needs. :-)

White Glove was very pleasant to work with. They had a quick turnaround time to respond to our home, very communicative, and cut us a great deal. The service guys were professional and friendly including to our dog. They resolved our issue quickly and we are very appreciative!

Their estimates are ridiculously high. I could not even believe how high they were for low to medium difficulty tasks. Never again will I call them!

I've used White Glove on 3 occasions, this time on the diagnosis of a failing heat pump and installation of a new one. They responded quickly on the diagnosis and gave me an honest assessment with my alternatives. For the installation of the new heat pump, the team was professional, courteous, and appeared to be quite competent and efficient. Everything was done well. They walked me through use of the smart thermostat. The service manager returned a month later to recheck the installation and to answer any questions. I highly recommend White Glove.

Sunday evening I discovered a leak coming from one of the pipes that serves as a supplemental heat. I needed to find a company knowledgeable with my unit that did Plumbing, Heating & Air, White Glove came early Monday, Jim the technician, stopped all of the leaks, for later on to do the water repairs needed. What made this experience unique to me was Jim's caring attitude, I am a Senior and it meant a lot to me. Definitely I highly recommend White Glove Plumbing, Heating & Air not only for the professionalism, but for the way they treat their customers.

During the first her wave of the season, our HVAC went out. White Glove was recommended and they responded quickly and gave us an evaluation of our system and provided options as our previous system had not been installed properly. They provided us with temporary cooling options and were very communicative throughout the process of replacing our system. They were professional, clean and respectful! Highly recommend!

TLDR; White Glove gave me so much more than relief from the heat today and I immediately signed up for their maintenance program.

Background: my AC had been dysfunctional for 2 weeks. I went through 3 other companies to get assessments/quotes before finding White Glove. 1st company looked at my unit and said nothing was wrong (I slept in 82 degree heat that night, so obviously the assessment was incorrect). 2nd company actually hooked up some kind of measurement system to the outdoor unit and said it was “freezing up” but will be fine if I just TURN IT OFF when the fan started going haywire (ah yes, I’ll just not have air at all when it gets too hot outside for me to run the system below 80 degrees…). But suggested if that didn’t work maybe it was a $1000 valve thing. Their sales person who came out the day after the tech said “oh it’s not a valve thing, it’s likely the coil” without even touching or looking at the unit. 😒 The 3rd company simply gave me a replacement quote.

Enter: Nick from White Glove. He hooked up a more complex looking measurement system and proceeded to explain to me what the numbers I saw meant in correlation to the recommended operation numbers on the unit label. He even gave me a quick technical (and easy to understand) explanation of how an HVAC system actually works. The issue was too much refrigerant due from some kind of repair before I purchased this home!! (the pressure was maxing at 550psi which was triggering the emergency fan shutoff so my unit didn’t explode. 😳 btw the 2nd company I mentioned above were the ones who installed the system for the previous home owner and likely did the repair 🤦‍♀️) Nick drained some refrigerant and showed me how it was causing the numbers to stabilize to the recommended amounts. Then he stayed for like 20 minutes longer to make sure the pressure remained stable and to make sure my house actually cooled AND checked all the temperatures manually to make sure the thermostat number matched.

Nick’s repair plus the visit fee cost me LESS than an assessment fee alone from any of the other companies. Not only was Nick incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but he saved me thousands of dollars and another miserable night in the heat. The only way I’ll ever stop hiring White Glove for any HVAC or plumbing is if I leave Virginia altogether. Highly, highly recommend this company.
