Guy came out checked everything out still have yet to get a receipt since they say email was entered in wrong on there part. Was supposed to be contacted by someone for next step still have yet to hear anything and that was last Wednesday when they came out. Almost seems like a scam since they had no problem charging my card but can't seem to handle anything else after. Yelp chat reached out guy said he called but left no Voicemail or anything to determine it was them even for a call back so hope other people have better luck

White Glove Plumbing is absolutely amazing! As a realtor, I am constantly asked for a referral for a great plumber, Tyler Pritchett is the man! He has taken excellent care of our clients and everyone is pleased with the job done. He is professional and shows up in time and gets things done in a timely manner. My husband and I have also used him and he did a fabulous job!

Nick Hix is amazing! Installed a new cold climate heat pump!!! It works like a charm and he is so knowledgeable and professional!! We have so much confidence in him and our home has never been so efficiently cooled!! Looking forward to a cozy winter with our new system!!

This was our first time using White Glove Plumbing and it was a great experience. We normally use Bradley Mechanical (even have a service agreement with them) and we had them out to provide a free estimate/quote for a water heater replacement. I emailed BM with some questions about the estimate (brand of heater, warranty, capacity, etc.) and they never responded. We thought their price may be a little high so we shopped around some.
Woodfin wanted to charge $$ to send someone out to provide an estimate. James River Air also wanted to charge $$ to send someone out to provide an estimate.
White Glove Plumbing worked with me. Rich offered to send someone out to look at the heater and provided an estimate. I declined and instead emailed him a handful of pictures, a description, and my concerns. He continued to exchanges messages through Yelp for a couple of weeks. Rich was able to provide an estimate and presented me with options and prices for those options, one of which was me providing the water heater and only having WGP perform the install. That last option is what I elected for. I provided the water heater and they furnished everything else for the quoted price. Their quoted prices were not high. They were competitive (and even a few hundred dollars cheaper than Bradley Mechanical).
They arrived on time and began working immediately. Jim, the plumber, was great. He answered all my questions, worked with me to install the water heater *exactly* where and how I wanted, and even talked me through how to perform proper annual maintenance. There was no sales pitch or attempt to upsell. On the contrary, Jim was comfortable with my choice to 'downgrade' part of the install.
Jim in a nutshell: professional, efficient, patient, polite, respectful of my requests. Excellent work.
After this experience, I need to reevaluate who I will go with for my next service contract, BM or WGP.

Nick was amazing! He was thorough, polite and educated us on our HVAC unit and how the new digital thermostat works. He also showed us how the wiring could be more efficient with proper low and high heat connections. The unit had been incorrectly wired when originally installed.
We greatly appreciated his knowledge.

The guy with brown hair and goatee in the picture displaying White Glove advantage has serious road rage issues. He decided it was a good idea to tail
gate me in the company truck, almost rammed into the back of me where my infant child was seated as traffic ahead of me was braking, and then proceeded to follow me after I changed lanes to get off at my exit and subsequently flicked me off; all because I signaled and proceeded to get over as he decided to speed up to disallow this despite a sizeable gap between him and the next car. If he was bold enough to do this in their company truck, I can only imagine his professionalism, customer service skills, alomg with the impact this had on other potential customers that watched this interaction. I cannot in good faith recommend this business to other customers needing HVAC and plumbing services.

Jim (white glove plumbing)installed our toilet and sink quickly and efficiently after he took care of all the issues that came with the incorrect products that had been delivered from the supplier. He knew we needed everything installed that day and secured the correct products and and got it done. I can’t say enough good things about Jim or this company, ( White Glove)they are the best!

White Glove installed my Champion HVAC unit two years ago. I have nothing but kind words to say. The ladies in the office were so helpful and kind. The crew that installed my unit were knowledgeable and efficient. It’s nice to have a company that responds so quickly. They come out every six months to service my unit to make sure it is working properly. They are very reasonable with their pricing. I truly recommend this company. 10/10.

Superb service and work ethic ALWAYS with White Glove. They handle both plumbing and electrical at our home. I always feel that I am in great hands with these people. During the coldest week of the year, I called Air Right because our HVAC system was not heating. The service call was $105. Jeremiah, a serviceman, discovered that the computer board was not working. He shared that the board was under warranty, but we had to pay for the labor, in the amount of $237. Because water had frozen in the pipes, he detached the PVC pipes to allow any thawed water to drip into a 5-gallon bucket. When Jeremiah returned, the computer board was installed, and we had heat.
He left the pipes detached so the water could continue dripping into the bucket. Several days later, Jeremiah returned, attached the pipes, and closed the crawl space. He presented us with another $237 bill, which we questioned. We should not have had to pay for the PVC pipes to be attached, which was part of the repair process. We paid the bill and later contacted Shane, management. I requested a refund of the second $237, which was denied. Shane insisted that the second $237 was for the trip to attach the pipes, and was oblivious to the fact that attaching the pipes encompassed completing the repair. Air Right company is more about the dollar than they are about good customer service, which has been echoed by previous workers. We will never use this company again.
