Servpro Contents Project Manager John "Ziggy" Romano Champion!!! He was absolutely incredible throughout our restoration process! From the moment he arrived, he showed uplifting encouragement, compassion, professionalism, and complete dedication to making sure everything was handled with care. He kept us informed every step of the way, treated our belongings like his own, and went above and beyond to make a stressful experience so much easier. I can’t thank Ziggy enough for his kindness, positive reinforcement, and motivational expertise — he truly turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. SERVPRO is lucky to have someone like him!

Total waste of time and delay! A snowstorm in mid December caused water to leak through the roof oven vent and into our kitchen cabinet above our gas range. The moisture buckled the wood in the cabinet. Our insurance agent came out and wrote up a repair estimate and set us up an appointment to have Servpro come out and handle the repairs. The first Servpro rep came out, told us they could handle the replacement of the damaged cabinet and ceiling within a couple of days. He approved the estimate provided by our insurance rep and said another Servpro rep would need to come out and see the damage, check for moisture content, and begin scheduling the work. It took a week for the second rep to come out. By the time he came, the heat from using our gas range had dried out all the moisture. I then received an estimate for $1430.00 for the "moisture mitigation" (bear in mind they were REMOVING the previously wet cabinet and ceiling drywall, which had already dried out due to the delay). I equally began recieving a "Service Order" they wanted me to sign for $3400.00. There were no figure breakdowns on either the estimate of the Service Order, just a "Total Estimate" figure. As soon as I began questioning the lack of need for the moisture mitigation and other items listed on the estimate (without any assigned indiviual cost), they were suddenly "too busy" to do the work, claiming they were "3 weeks out". When I voluntarily agreed to wait 3 (or even 4 weeks), they completely stopped responding. Apparently they "pad" their moisture mitigation fees, and when that's no longer necessary, even due to THEIR delay, they are no longer interested in doing needed work they previously approved. Very disappointing and a waste of time!

Three carpets and two hall runners needed cleaning due to cat urine. Katie and Abigail did the job I needed. They were thorough, and efficient. They listened and understood what I wanted. Katie explained how they were planning to work. Abigail listened to Katie’s instruction and followed through with dispatch. Katie did not leave me with soggy carpets, but extracted as much water as she could. Thanks for the good work. I also appreciate the company scheduling my appointment in the short time span I had. Nancy and Manuel were absolutely wonderful to work with. Manuel was there every time I had to come by with a smile on his face and making sure all my questions were answered and updates given. I would not hesitate to refer this group to anyone in need of their services.

Project Manager for Mitigation, Hampton, from the Chesterfield SERVPRO office, is my hero! He did an outstanding job managing and mitigating the moisture damage in our home caused by major flooding. He made sure every part of the process, from start to finish, was handled efficiently, thoroughly, and on time. Hampton excelled in planning and ensured his team responded quickly to coordinate the delivery of PODS, dumpsters, fans, dehumidifiers, movers, demolition crews, air purifiers, and cleanup teams—each of whom performed their duties with professionalism and care.

Hampton and his team, including the wonderful ladies in the office and dispatch, maintained excellent communication and were incredibly accommodating to my schedule, despite their busy workload assisting other customers. Hampton is, without a doubt, an expert Project Manager who demonstrates precision, efficiency, and exceptional cross-functional leadership.

Andres, the field coordinator was very professional, courteous, and respectful during the process of mitigating and restoring the damage in and outside of my home, caused by a water heater that burst in an attached shed. I would recommend Servpro to anyone who is looking for reliable and trustworthy repair and restoration.

I always think of Servpro first for our needs at my properties, should they arise. Lee is always kind and friendly. They respond promptly to emergencies and are great about following up and ensuring we know the next steps. I highly recommend them.

Bethany is awesome!!! As the Crew Chief responding to our emergency water damage call, she was impressive to see working. Once she ensured the situation was stable, she immediately and decisively directed the crew through exposing all affected areas to start the drying process, taking point position the whole way. Her ability to be so decisive and efficient, while simultaneously talking us through the entire process and answering our questions was seriously impressive. Bethany works like a machine, but communicates with a human touch. THANK YOU BETHANY AND THE WHOLE TEAM. Special shout out to Kyle as well for the sense of humor during a really rough time. 💚

JJ & Antonio did a great job with the second visit to continue fixing the ceiling from a washing machine leak a few days prior. They didn’t leave a mess, were very polite and the set up of the fan was very fast. I’ll edit this review further when the whole job is complete. As for right now, Servpro is doing a great job with this issue, especially right before Christmas!

Nancy, JJ, Connor and the whole team so far has been wonderful to work with. We had an asbestos scare and the team made sure there was immediate testing and sealed the area even before any major demo was done. They have been super responsive and thorough, the first team was there within 2 hours.

I called ServPro about a leak in our crawl space that soaked multiple layers of flooring in our kitchen and dining room. Aaron, Manuel and Wilbur were incredibly professional, knowledgable and friendly every step of the way. They kept everything so clean and tidy, even when tearing up multiple layers of flooring and cabinets. They were thorough with their findings to insurance and their communication with us was stellar. We greatly appreciate how they made a difficult/inconvenient situation much easier to deal with. Thank You!!!!!

Everyone at Servpro has been superb! Nancy, John, Donovan, everyone!! I have never dealt with a company that is this punctual. And they return phone calls in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about them! I hope i never need them again, but if i do i will call them first.

JJ and Paula were both very nice and worked quickly to get the wet carpet pulled back and removed the padding to spray nontoxic mold prevention on the area. They were quick to accommodate any requests I had. Still more to do once it is dry, but I recommend them highly.

Servpro did an amazing with the restoration of our hospital. Brooks lead his team well. Each member was respectable and professional. They were very thorough but quick with the completion of their work. Brook’s communication was clear and consistent. I appreciate all they did for us! They truly went above and beyond!!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Servpro. Every single person on the phone and in person was kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. This goes a long way when you find yourself in a stressful situation at your home. Everything from the beginning to the end was well explained and well executed. Evan, my Project Manager, Lamonte, my Crew Chief, and Johnathan and Ziddy, my Technicians, did an outstanding job helping me with a water leak from my attic into my ceiling, light fixture, flooring and walls. They arrived very quickly after being notified of my water issues. They remediated my situation and helped me to know the next steps in the process. Evan made sure to keep me in the loop about what was going on and was available to help me whenever I had questions or concerns. Wilber, Jean, and Evan were amazing. I was picturing day 1 being much more chaotic but they made sure everything went smoothly. They were kind and quick to answer any questions I had. My house was respected down to even putting plastic up and on the floors to not get my other spaces dirty. Evan has been super responsive and super helpful this whole time. I would highly recommend them. I know the problem is being taken care of the right way!

Wilber and Paola were very knowlegeable and professional. Having grown up in the construction business, and being a former project manager, I appreciated the efficient way they performed the work. The premises was left clean, with electric cords and associated equipment safely secured. I would recommend these individuals and ServPro to others. Nancy has continued to be patient with me and has been very responsive to questions with clear answers.
