Reviews of local pros in Midlothian, Virginia

They deliver superior quality labor, materials, and oversight

Thank you Kristian! Very professional, kind, right on time and very sharp. Really really appreciate you.

The team was fantastic. The home looks 110% better. One of the best investments I have ever made.

Great work at a very fair price. Owner was very involved in my project and crew was professional and courteous.

Exterior Source has handled a number of jobs for me at different locations with expert care and quality. They are the best!

Exterior Source replaced the metal roof on our 130 year old home. The job started on time, finished on time, came in on budget, and the new steel roof looks great. The crew did a great job overcoming the surprises found when working on an old house, installing the roof, and cleaning up each day and at the end of the job.

I met Kristian when he was providing a 60 second commerical about his business, Exterior Source, to a group of business owners. His integrity and genuineness was immediately apparent....that's the kind of person I want to do business with because I knew it'd be done right and that I'd be taken care of! My mother needed new gutters on her house. He did a fabulous job of surveying the need (very tall trees in the yard) and recommending the proper gutter to not only handle the waterflow, but also guard against them getting clogged. From initial call to job completion was under 10 days. The experience was so good, I have had Kristian over to my house to take care of some of my needs. Highly recommend!!

Kristian and his team at Exterior Source resurfaced our 400 sq ft deck, and I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by him and his team!

The original deck was made out of wood; very old and a very big eye sore. Now, the surface is made out of Trex which if both visual pleasing and will stand the test of time for the foreseeable future for the future needs of our family!

One thing you can also expect from Kristian and his team is professionalism. From the interactions with Kristian and his team members to the services provided.

My experience didn’t come from using their services but from one of their employees on the road.
He/she, couldn’t tell had long hair and it was dark out. License plate ucs5397 was driving very crazy, tailgating me and other people. Abrupt lane changes with no signals. Then came up along side me in my lane like they were trying to run me off the road and when I looked over they were flipping me off out the window.

This doesn’t look good in a company vehicle at all. And I would never want this individual coming to do work at my house.

Kristian and his crew did a great job on my neighbors house. He came over and inspected our roof and found no issues. Gave us an honest report.

Kristian and the Exterior Source of Central team did a wonderful job replacing the roof on my mom’s house. What was a stressful situation after one of the big storms turned into a fabulous experience. Expert and courteous, the folks worked hard, were efficient and cleaned up afterwards every day. It is very good to know that companies and business owners like Kristian are here to provide services and peace of mind for older adults aging in place. We are grateful for his help and work.

Kristian and his team did an excellent job installing a new roof on my home. What began as a stressful situation after a major storm quickly became a smooth and positive experience. The team was knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, and consistently left the property clean at the end of each day. It’s reassuring to know there are professionals like Kristian who provide both quality workmanship and, and installed “jumbo gutters”. Exterior Source is definitely 5-stars.

This is our third experience with Exterior Source and it was great all 3 times. We appreciate the hands on supervision start to finish by owner Kristian Lindberg. This project replacing our roof was most efficient hard working crew. Mary in the office is always so pleasant and helpful.

I found myself in a tough situation when we discovered a leaking roof. I couldn’t believe our roof could be the problem since it had only been replaced six years ago. We had used Exterior Source in the past for our gutters and were extremely pleased, so we decided to call them again.

Kristian came out and took the time to explain—thoughtfully and thoroughly—what was going on. He provided detailed photos and showed incredible patience with my millions of questions. We learned our entire roof had been damaged and was installed improperly, but Kristian and the entire team made the process as smooth as possible.

From start to finish, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Communication was prompt, scheduling was quick, and the job was completed in just one day. They did an excellent job cleaning up the yard and getting our home back to tip-top shape.

We’re so thankful for their expertise, but even more for the trust they build through kindness, transparency, and quality work backed by a solid warranty. I would highly recommend Exterior Source to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Kristian and his team installing a new roof and gutters. The guys were meticulous and professional to the point that not a single roofing nail was left in my yard. Kristian made it a point to keep me informed of the progress throughout the project and stopped by both days to check on his team. The finished job looks better than I had imagined and Kristian was kind enough to recommend other professionals that he trusts to help with additional house projects that have been sitting on my to do list for way too long.

Kristian and his employees did an excellent job for us! The job was done with care and attention to detail with careful clean up at the end of each day. We had them add a window to our family room to match an existing window. It looks so good you’d think it was always there. They also added a storm door, built patio steps and rekeyed my door so they all the doors use the same key. Everything was done to perfection! I highly recommend Exterior Source!

Austin was very quick to return correspondence, and was even able to fit us in very soon. They were on time and reasonably priced, highly recommend and I’m sure I’ll be calling him next time we need gutter maintenance.

We’ve been using Pressure Point RVA for house washing and gutter cleaning since Austin started the business. He is professional, conscientious and thorough, and does excellent work.

Austin power washed my brick house and stone pathways and overall he did an amazing job - it doesn’t look like the same house! He was meticulous, diligent, and super kind. I would 100% recommend.

Austin was wonderful to work with! He power washed our whole house (brick and vinyl), along with our walkway and he also cleaned our gutters. He did a stellar job and was professional and thorough!

Third house that Austin with Pressure Point RVA has done. Another wonderful job power washing my house. He scheduled and communicated very well, was on time and did everything he promised.
