I accidentally drove through public street that was closed due to near by construction. The job site wasn’t barricaded off or posted closed. This is “Lee street” in downtown Suffolk , got a puncture from a pin (see photos) I tried to talk to their safety guy, Mike oler, after hearing what happen. He didn’t care and it didn’t matter to him if there was video showing show public access was open. All of this happen while I was following my uber gps and on a public street in downtown Suffolk with no clear signs that the otherwise public street was closed.

Needed a crane to hoist an airplane after an intentional wheels up landing. Worked with Paul to schedule the lift on short notice - he was professional and helpful, and arranged the right equipment, communicating in real-time to ensure everything went smoothly. Josh, the crane operator was outstanding! Professional, skilled, and helpful, he made the entire evolution safe and stress-free. I highly recommend the team at ET Gresham if you have a high value crane lift requirement!

I’ve been climbing trees for 10 years and usually Pete is our go-to operator (he’s great)! But yesterday chuck showed up with a 110 and did an AWESOME JOB! I’ve never felt so comfortable in the tree with an operator reaching that high that far. Everything was so smooth AND he gave me a 2-way radio which no other operator has ever done for me. Chuck is a great communicator and extremely easy to talk to, he’s just a good guy! I’d give him 6 stars but I’m limited at 5. Y’all need to give him a raise!!!

Was promised a 9:00 am arrival, Randall arrived 10 minutes early. He quickly and safely setup and completed a lift from the roof of CIV and a lift to the roof. Randall was friendly and professional, his truck was clean and organized.

We highly recommend Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads! Nelson and his crew did an outstanding job removing rotted wood on the exterior of our home and replacing it with vinyl wrapped soffits. This company was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. Nelson was excellent at responding in a timely manner to our phone calls and text messages. The work was done at a reasonable price and the crew showed up on time and cleaned up each day. The finished product looked perfect and the attention to detail by Nelson and his crew was outstanding. I had a stopped up kitchen sink and nothing I tried would clear it up. I put in a trouble call to my home warranty, but they would not do the work. Mr Nelson Peña’s name was given to me by my son who suggested I call him, I did and Mr Peña was at my home the following day. Mr Peña worked on the blocked sink with a drain auger (snake) tirelessly, but it didn’t work, he left and returned with a motorized drain auger and to my amazement, the blockage was cleared! Not only did he get that done, but he noticed my front door was slanted and not closing like it was supposed to, and said “I have the tools and only takes a couple of minutes, so why not!” And, he fixed the door! I told him he was sent by God! I highly recommend Mr Nelson Peña! Although he is a master roofer by profession, I think he can do almost any type of job in your home.

I struggled with a water leak for years until I called Matrix Construction of Hampton Roads, Inc. Nelson and his crew were professional, efficient, and completed all the work in only two days at a very reasonable price. It’s been a year and a half since the repair, and my roof is still watertight and looks fantastic. I couldn’t be happier with their service.

I attempted to get an estimate for a roof repair and it took over a week to get the estimate. This is poor customer service. By the time I received the estimate, a few days later it rained. 😒
I am updating this review, because I finally received the estimate. Really good price, but it takes a long time to get the estimate and even longer to schedule the repair, and since it is raining now, this took too long for my benefit. I had to go with another roofer that was able to give me an estimate within 2 days and repaired my roof Friday before it started raining on Saturday.
