Terrible service would never work with them ever again, you would think that they would be competent but instead they are the most incompetent people in the world. Unbelievable, would never refer this business to anyone. This business is honestly a disgrace to its community.

I paid 275 dollars to fix an issue and tonight my system isn't working and I have SAME SYMPTOMS as day before. Can you please fix the issue????

Few years back , I had a fire at my house. I forget the representative that came over and helped me out with my unit. I called today because my unit was smoking. The rep that I talked to advised that it was a 100% normal, it would stop and not to worry. He was absolutely right. He did this over the phone for free. I had previously contacted (in error) the place that I had used before him, they were charging $125 just to come out and take a look at it.
Absolutely recommended, and I will never use anybody else. I'm just sadI couldn't remember the guy's name I talked to!

With the need for a new HVAC SYSTEM AIRTEC LLC came highly recommended. My husband and I met with the CEO Mr Leon who is a very pleasant young man Saturday 11/01/2025. He answered all our concerns which gave us peace of mind, that we were making the right decision.
The installation of our brand new unit was scheduled for 9:am, 11/03/2025 .
My husband and I woke up to a rainy Monday morning, we assumed that the installation was not happening with the rainy weather, hence we have to reschedule. At 8:05 the AIRTEC Technicians arrived. They put up their tent in no time and began working. I was in awe of this high level of professionalism. I was told that they would complete the installation within 5 hours. Our new unit was replace by 2 of the most efficient and respectful technician ever. These men clearly knew their job, was very well trained. Hence they carried out their task effortlessly. Kudos to you guys. We are very comfortable in a temperature controlled environment.

I called Air Tek as an emergency and they arrived quickly. They repaired my heater and also completed the service at the same time. The price was really fair and the whole experience was very professional. I highly recommend them—5 out of 5!

We called AirTek on a Friday because our heat went out before the snowstorm. They came out the same day and determined that we needed to replace our furnace which was from 1998, but that the rest of the system was intact. They were able to come Monday morning to install the new furnace and everything is working perfectly now. Couldn’t be more pleased with the fast response time and how communicative they were. Would recommend.
