I went to rent a hammer drill and it was only 15 bucks for 4 hours a very helpful for the job I was working on

They gave me a quote over the phone for blinds then when I called back they gave me a different quote that had the price at $1,100 more and told me that's just how it is. Told me if I didn't have something in writing they were uninterested in discussing the original quote any further. Manager was condescending when I tried to explain to him that a quote is a quote and that it shouldn't be bouncing around. Manager didn't care and even accused me of asking for either the product or the install free (as in I was trying to scam HIM) when all I was trying to do is get my original quote honored and blinds insralled. Horrible service. Won't be going back and recommend you don't either except for maybe small fixed price items.

Ordered custom windows from this store and been told it is going to be 10 days. 3 weeks later called to check on status. They told me that track arriving next day and they will call me in day or so. Called them 3 days later and they told me to stop by next day and pick them up. I did and have been told that truck is not arriving till next week and they have no clue who said that windows are there already. Two weeks later finally they showed up. It took them 1.5 month instead of 10 days as they told me at time of ordering. What upset me the most is that they lied to me at least 2 times to keep me calm. Suggestion: order your windows somewhere else. Usually it takes no more than 2 weeks!

If I could give a negative star, I would. Ordered a storm door in Feb 2017 and needless to say they finally finished the installation in July 2017! After taking off work 12 times to have someone come out measure, fit , remeasure, refit, fix, etc... they finally got the door installed properly. It was the worst experience I have ever had and can say I will never shop at Home Depot again. Their subcontractors are 100% unrealible, the staff at Home Depot were very nice but only lipped service you and had no control over the subcontractors. The whole job was a complete mess and wish I just hired someone to come install the door. I would think real hard before hiring Home Depot to come install any door!

The tec was knowledgeable and efficient, reasonably priced and was able to come out next day. Would definitely use again.

Highly recommend Air Tek, prices are fair, very professional, they are on time, very clean and respectful of your home inside and out while installing the Ac units. They will take the time to explain any and everything you ask, they really care about the customer and the work they are doing, you can't ask for a better company!

The billing department is terrible. They were calling for payment before I got my invoice.

Airtek services was the perfect fit for what we wanted with our HVAC system. The owner Leonardo (Leo) came out the very next day after speaking to him on the phone. He explained different options to me, he didn't immediately request us getting a new hvac unit. I liked that a lot. We discussed options and prices there was no hidden agenda's everything was upfront. The technicians that did the actual work. David and Hassan listened to my concerns , answered my questions and was very respectful. Oh and the price was amazing considering what other companies are charging. The work was done quickly, quietly and professionally. I hardly knew the install team was there!

Leonardo was a very nice and polite young man. Answered my all my questions. His explanations were clear and understandable specially since I had very little knowledge of HVAC. I purchased a new HVAC system (Goodman Heat Pump) March of last year. This was to replace a 19-year old system I felt their price was fair, their employees well-trained and friendly, and their guarantee to respond within 24 hours in case of a problem hard to beat. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Leo made a good impression from the start. Came in let me know exactly what I needed to get replaced and explained everything to me. I’ve had this ongoing problem ever since I purchased my home some years ago. He Led me to a solution. Terribly unprofessional. I called and someone answered with a “hello?” I had to ask if I had the right number. I did. They sent someone out without informing me of any service fees. Then, when I refused service for lack of transparency, they texted me instead of calling me to complain. They do not know what they’re doing.

The work was done in a very professional manner. The technician took the time to answer all my questions. Very happy with the results.

They did work on my furnace prior to buying my home for the seller. They noted the kick back of flames from the furnace and did nothing about it. This is extremely careless and poor practice after learning what I have about the potential danger. They also noted that they serviced the outside unit but missed a large crack in my heat exchanger which technically should have condemned service. This company seems willing to sacrifice their integrity in the name of a job paid in my opinion.

Don’t use them to do an inspection of an HVAC bc they will clear it and less than thirty days, when it’s not working in 90 degree weather, tell you it’s old and needs to be replaced and the refrigerant is low and that’s why our pipes froze. And at the end of the day your now responsible for their incompetence inspecting something they said was fine and the same company telling you less than thirty days later the complete opposite and you’ll be charged for the repair which should have been caught and handled prior to closing on a property!

I simply had the very best experience working with Leo and his crew from start to finish. I received outstanding explanations and updates pertaining to my HVAC system that was installed in fabulous fashion.
I would HIGHLY recommend Air Tek and their highly professional staff for any of your HVAC or heating issues in your home.
