I am a real estate agent and do some property management. And no matter my need, when I call Leonardo, he and his crew are always right there to jump in and help anytime I need them. They are thorough and explain everything in detail. I really do trust them.

I asked realtor friends, Micah and Val Lee, for a referral to an HVAC company to replace my aging, 24 year old, moribund heat pump. Realtors deal with contractors all the time as they sometimes need to fix up properties to prepare them to be put on the market. The referral to a local company, Airtek Solutions, LLC, the HVAC company was a beneficial one. Leo, the owner of this company was quick to gather information about my current HVAC. Within 48 hours of my call to Leo at AIRTEK Solutions, my old system was evacuated and then removed, the new system was installed and up and running. The new system, a Goodman, the same brand of compressor/condenser that served me well for almost a quarter of a century, seems to have a stronger, quieter blower motor providing better distribution of heat and cooling. (It's Fall here, and we've used BOTH heat and A/C!).
Just as important as having a mechanically optimal HVAC equipment, the installation is just as important. Leo, the owner of AIRTEK Solutions, LLC sent 2 of his installers Cesar D., and Jonel U. to get the job done. These guys were pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable. And CLEAN. These guys worked as a team, and get this.....left my house cleaner than when they first arrived. I had blocked the gate access to the backyard with branches and tree trimmings, so the big backyard condenser had to come in through the house! Cesar and Jonel managed to get this unit in through the front door, down a narrow hallway, through a bedroom, then, finally, out the backdoor. Not a single scratch or ding on the walls or trim on the doorways.
Finally, yes I know this review is long, but I saved some important information for those who read through all of this.
AIRTEK Solutions, LLC was not the first HVAC company I called for estimates. I had 3 other companies with names you would immediately recognize come out and provide estimates for replacing my system. One estimate was for ......$22,000.00! For a 2 ton system in a 1080 square foot house! Leo, at AIRTEK Solutions, LLC came in at a price that was LESS THAN A THIRD OF THAT FIGURE!
In closing, do your due diligence and due vigilance because you owe that to your wallet. That's my review.

Leo was essy to work with. He is very quick and efficient. He did a great job of showing me all the model numbers for registering the units. Leo quickly diagnosed the problems with our heating unit. Highly recommend!

Update Wow they finally responded a year later with a generic response still haven't called me back.
Last year's work:They started off great and productive, completed my work, $6k later. Started to have an issue with my water line going to my fridge asked them to check to see if they damaged it while installing. Honest mistake. Came out said they didn’t see anything. Called my plumber they came out said it was damaged since it is near the work the Airtek did it could have been them. Hmmm. Ok I paid for that to get fixed. Then my thermostat after working for over 5yrs had an wiring issue ask Airtek to come out ignored my email and text. Then they finally responded that they would come out. No call no text back. I then paid for that to be fixed from another HVAC and they said it was damaged and since it was near the previous work one could only assume who did it. I don’t mind paying for work but you damage my waterline and thermostat wiring and you get paid good money and that’s how you treat your customers. I would never recommend them to anyone!!! Sad this is the quality of work in America!!!

Airtek LLC did a fantastic job replacing the air ducts in my home. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done right. I noticed an immediate improvement in airflow and comfort throughout the house. I would recommend AirTek 100%. I called for AC services and Vic made it a priority to come out the same day! He was very honest and upfront about everything. You can tell he cares and knows what he is doing.

One of the best experiences I have had with a local HVAC company. Called in a few issues at my house and an actual repair technician showed up! Not a salesman!!! The technician came out next day and diagnosed the issues. I was given the option to repair versus replace which is NOT what places like Worleys, Smiley’s, and Russell’s do. Finally!!!! A reputable company. Customer for life.

I highly recommend this business to first time homeowners who aren't familiar with HVAC like us. Leo is quickly accommodating by having one of his technicians come to our home the following/first thing in the morning on two different days. Victor was very thorough both times when he serviced our HVAC & taught/showed us what to look out for & upkeep our units. They're a great local business!

This company was amazing.. I am a property manager, and this was my first time using them... This week we're having a heat wave, and everyone was weeks out, these were able to squeeze me in the next day... The technician was one time as scheduled. Took care of the repair in a very short time.. I am now going to add them to my vendor this as a top vendor

We have had a really terrible experience with this company since buying our home in February 2025. We have a brand new gas furnace and air conditioner unit from Airtek. The gas furnace could not keep up in the cold so we called them for help. We had to pay $125 fee for them to tell us that the the ductwork they installed the unit onto is too small and is restricting the abilities of the furnace. They gave us a quote to replace our ductwork. It was a month or two after we received the quote that we called back wanting to move forward with the work. Several weeks after we requested this service I finally received a call from someone just verifying that we did want to proceed. I told them we did, it has been another 2 months and we have not heard a word. This week I came home from a trip to our air conditioner not working. I called the company and they would not answer but did respond with text messaging. I requested a specific time they would be available so I could ask off from my work. I took time off to be home Wednesday afternoon and had to reach back out to them to see if they were still coming. They said they were not able to come tonight and it would need to be tomorrow. We are reaching the point where we will be moving forward with another company regardless of the warranty that we still have on our brand new unit. I would definitely not choose to work with this company if given the choice.

The worst place possible to get any service done, I will never refer anyone to such a disgrace of a company. The service guy was not knowledgeable about what he was doing but was also rude. Couldn’t believe this kind of service.
