Steamatic of Norfolk was dispatched to my home for a water damage. Renee and her team did a superb job getting the water removed from our home. She was thorough in her explanation of the process of what they had to do in order for us to get back to normal living again without the water in our home and how my insurance company would pay for the water damage. All the paperwork was signed and the work began. The team did a great job of removing water, setting up equipment, moving my furniture with care, and ensuring that everything was cleaned up before leaving. They were polite, caring, and knowledgeable of their job. They worked quickly and smoothly. A well organized team. Bravo Zulu to Renee and the team. Use them when you can for your emergency needs. Renee told me that they also clean up after a fire and do pack out as well.

I was very pleased with the the work Regis and his crew did on installing a roof on my back deck. They were professional, punctual and answered any questions I had.
