I reached out Hampton Home Services LLC for my deck to be sanded and stained. Harold was thorough and reliable from quote to doing the actual job. Even when weather was horrid he’d contact me and reschedule to ensure the deck would be completed in a timely manner. Hampton Home Services LLC is VERY well priced and reliable. My calls were always returned and I SINCERELY plan on using them for more projects around house.

I have used Hampton Home Services LLC for pressure washing, soft washing and gutter cleaning several times on both of my homes in Newport News VA. They are trustworthy, reliable and do a excellent job. I highly recommend their services!

I contacted them less than a week ago about a gutter of ours that was coming off the side of the house. Harold came out today and fixed it right up. He checked to make sure it was not due to rot and determined it was the hardware the builders used. We are happy that we finally found someone to come out and make this simple repair. We will be using him in the future for projects we don’t want to tackle.

Very pleased with services rendered. Harold, the owner did the work. He took after pictures of the gutters for us to see how clean they were. He even did a needed repair for us. I highly recommend this company. He will be our forever Gutter Guy.

Soft cleaned my vinyl siding, cleaned gutters and installed gutter guards. Professional, exceptional service and exceptional quality! House looks amazing, Harold is a consummate professional, he made absolutely sure I was very satisfied before leaving! Provided photos of the second story rain gutters, prior to cleaning, displaying the level of debris that needed removed. Provided post cleaning photos, all debris removed. I was impressed with his attention to detail, I had him come back and install a much better grade of gutter guard. You will not regret calling Hampton Home Services! I absolutely would recommend Hampton Home Services for any pressure washing needs or more! We had our house pressure washed along with the outer fence and our pool deck, pricing was better than I expected. Harold was wonderful to work with, he made the decision to use his company very easy, he is a stand up guy who really cares about his work. This is the best exterior wash / Pressure Washer in the area! He has cleaned my house twice now and he installed the great mesh gutter guards. I value his attention to detail and cares about the end product each time. Even wiping a window that had some left over residue as he was doing his final walk around.
I always share his number with my friends and people that I encounter needing a wash or the mesh gutter guards that he installed as well. Full stars all the time!

Harold did an absolutely incredible job power washing our house! From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The exterior looks brand new — he removed years of dirt and grime we didn’t even realize had built up. Harold took the time to explain the process and made sure every corner was spotless before wrapping up. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, care, and great customer service like this. 10/10, highly recommend!! Went with Hampton Home Services LLC for gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation as well as deck sanding and staining. Ashby was easy to communicate with and Harold did a fantastic job! Gutters were taken care of back in December and the weather delayed the deck until March (I am so sorry for the late review), but every step of the way they communicated and did their best to work around the weather. I am still incredibly happy when I see the beautiful state of the deck and it’s a relief to not see a waterfall coming out over clogged gutters anymore. Their work has held up so well. Will definitely return to them for any future services needed.

P.S. Photos are the after pics, but if you look closely in the gutter pics you can see the state of the deck before. It was painted red and peeling all over. I am in love with the new stain and it has held up wonderfully.

Absolute professionals, no job too small, and fair prices for exceptional work. They were recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with the work they've done. I had them seal up the crawlspace and some critter access points around the attic to my house. We discovered a bigger void that the previous owner had left open between an addition and the original house. They prioritized that repair and even helped with some critter deterent methods. As a woman who isn't too familiar with home repair, I've felt so comfortable with their explanations and recommendations. Easy 5 stars.
