I had this service out to remove four trees from our backyard. They were prompt, professional, reasonable, and cleaned up so well, you could not
tell that there had been trees there! Definitely would use them again!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. First of all, the guy tried to argue with me about whether or not a tree could be removed if it was inside a fence in someone's back yard. He said it couldn't, I know it could. That was my first clue that these clowns didn't know a lot about tree removal. Finally he said he'd come out to give me an estimate and that he'd call when he was on his way. I waited, and waited, took time off work, and waited some more....but he never called and never showed up. 6 months later, today, I ran into them at a friends house. I told this guy with an eye patch that I had called about having a tree removed and no one ever called me back. He said, "whatever" and then turned his back on me. These people could care less about customer service and their clients. I would hire a monkey with a chain saw before I'd hire them. I finally found a professional tree service to take care of my tree...one who respects their customers. I would steer clear of Sweat Brothers at all costs.

Great Team! Sweat Bros. just did lots of trimming and took down a Mimosa Tree. Excellent work, and wanted to know if all was ok before they left. Cleaned up my yard in fine fashion. Totally satisfied.

Week of 10/13/19, call phone number multiple times no answer, no ability to leave message. Submit request for estimate through website and wait couple days with no reply. One star Not having ability to contact company. Definitely is concern for what other areas of their job performance are below average.

My husband and I had an AWFUL experience with Sweat Brothers. We called them for an estimate to remove some large dead limbs from our big trees before Hurricane Irene, as we had just moved into a new house and our new trees had been neglected. I was told someone would come by the next morning to give us a quote, and would call when he was on his way. The next day, when 5pm rolled around and we hadn't heard anything from Sweat Brothers, we figured they weren't coming and offered the job to another contractor (there was, after all, a hurricane coming). The other guys were able to come out at 6pm and get started. No problem.

But then the gentleman from Sweat Brothers showed up at 6:30pm (without calling ahead as promised, or we would have told him that we had given up on him), and started cursing at my husband and telling the other company's workers that he hoped they fell out of the tree and died.

By far the most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have interacted with in recent memory. I can't say how good a job they would have done or at what cost, but their behavior was bad enough that I will never, ever call this company again.

Had a massive tree top fall in front yard yesterday. Guys showed up today and did a amazing job in clearing it out and clean up was done so well. Amazing group of guys. Work so well together and super nice. Highly recommend these guys for any work needed.

Sweat Brothers came highly recommended from more than one source. I recently purchased a home with enormous pines on the lot that I knew I would have to have removed sooner than later. Paul Sweat came by the day after we spoke and assessed the job and nicely provided me a quote by phone as I was at work at the time. Once I received the quote that I requested I asked that he quote some additional work as well. Why? Because the quote was completely within reason and the quote I requested was very conservative since I was not sure what to expect.
Mr. Sweat came right back out that afternoon and gave me a written quote for the entire project.
Due to a heavy storm one of our trees fell over without any damage and to avoid any potential problems called to see if they could come right away...they could. They squeezed our two day job in at the end of the same week!
The job was completed on time despite rain delays. The yard was cleaned after the first days work and was cleaned and graded after the work was complete. I could not be more pleased!

Do you need a tree or stump ground up? Sweat Brothers Tree Surgery, is who you need to call! I can't say enough about Mr. Sweat and his crew, I have to say these guys are consummate professionals.

They showed up this morning and cut down two very large trees and stump ground the roots they even topped a tree I requested they went above and beyond the scope of the job they were hired for, Mr. Sweat had contacted me ahead of time stating, that they were on their way and will be arriving at my home in thirty minutes, they arrived on time as stated.

They got right to work and were mindful of not making big ruts in my yard whit the heavy equipment, their customer service is bar none, the best I’ve encountered in quite a while. Mr. Sweat and his crew made sure to put the needs of the customer first.

Starting from initial contact, their introduction, delivery, and performance of their job as promised, after cutting the trees down and stump grinding they made sure they cleaned as they worked, and after the job was done they did a final clean, as though they were never here.
