Mikel and his team helped us with several problematical landscape situations. They did an outstanding job. Mikel rapidly responded to our initial request for service. He was just as responsive to our needs in subsequent communications, polite and professional. Five of our trees needed pruning or trimming. Mikel heard what I wanted, and he delivered. He showed himself to be knowledgeable and willingly shared his knowledge as well, which was helpful. Mikel’s crew cleared a flower bed overgrown with bushes. They removed stumps as needed and hauled them away. His crew also removed a large tree, ground the stump and removed the debris. I have only one criticism. His crew did leave runners in our yard from the equipment they used. This would be something to clarify beforehand if you choose to hire Mikel. I was so thrilled, however, with the tree and yard work that I forgot to mention it to him. On the whole, I am very pleased with the work that was completed. I highly recommend Mikel for your tree and landscape needs.

This company did an amazing job clearing almost 2 feet of snow from my driveway in less than 30 minutes. The owner was very professional, stayed in communication until the job was done. He was responsible and respectful of my property. I highly recommend the company!!

Excellent customer service and follow-through. They the best price, then did excellent work, and went the extra mile to make sure all our needs were addressed. We had one large tree trimmed, and a dozen trees and bushes removed, with their stumps grinded. I would high recommend this company. They also have an arborist on staff, which is very helpful.

Despite it being relatively small, I was having a difficult time getting my job done before contacting True Gen. I called on a Monday, received a competitive estimate the same day and the job was done the following Monday. True Gen had the professional people and appropriate equipment to complete the job efficiently and neatly. I was totally satisfied.

Called for an estimate and they came out that same weekend with a reasonable offer and attention to detail about what exactly was wanted. An estimate document was sent promptly and when it was approved work was able to start the same week.
They arrived in the morning, set to work, and were done the same day. Debris was cleaned up thoroughly and everyone was very friendly. Payment was easy through an online invoice. Business was easy to communicate with throughout.

The team did an amazing job at cutting back a ton of branches from a rather old and large tree next to our garage. Mykel was so quick to respond and keep me updated on a timeline and cost. My neighbor and I are so thankful they were able to take care of this so quickly (less than a week turnaround). I would happily use them again or recommend them to others!

It was a very good experience having them to do the services, Mike is very professional and easy to deal with. His staff were all friendly and respectful. The price was the best out of the other quotes I got. They have done a great work cutting two of our trees. They cleaned after and left no traces of dirt. I had Mike and his team do a fantastic job with a large willow oak in my back yard. I called last Friday for an estimate and Mike came out later that afternoon and promptly emailed an estimate to remove 4 large branches that were over hanging my house and deck. Monday afternoon they were here to do the job. In less than 2 and 1/2 hours, the branches were gone, the yard was raked and even the street was swept where they had the tree grinder. I didn't have enough room to have a lift brought into the backyard so Mike (the other Mike, the Climber) used only ropes to get up in the tree for the job. No shoe spikes to damage the tree, pure skill with the ropes. I highly recommend True Gen Tree Service, great job, fair price, great people to work with.

True Gen was awesome! Mike and his team were respectful of my time and my property, and charged a very fair price. Although they were clearly safety-minded, they also made quick work of a fairly large job. I will definitely be calling them again in the future for any tree related services

I called True Gen Tree Service and they were able to come out 3 days after I called. I had a large branch over hanging my house that was starting to rub my roof. They brought in a piece of equipment that didn't tear up my yard at all. They cut the tree exactly as I asked, and cleaned up all the mess. I will be calling them again for future tree services.
