WT Anderson is an outstanding company. I initially reached out looking for a roofing quote in late 2022. They provided an on-site assessment of my property and patiently went over options that I could choose from and provided a quote. I elected not to proceed at that time. This last fall, I recognized I really needed to get the roof on my home replaced. WT Anderson sent someone back to my house and we proceeded with the roof replacement. They did an outstanding job on the roof. I was confident in their work, and I subsequently had new siding installed on the front of my home with a new large front window, as well as trim wrap, new soffits, and new gutters. I am very pleased with their work.

WT Anderson did two jobs for me and did a fantastic job. The main job was a roof replacement which they knocked out within a day. The workers came out right before Thanksgiving and did great. It's a great company. They keep you posted and let you know if there are any delays. Always keep you in the loop. Also the initial sales person was very well spoken and explained everything in detail. Happy with their work. Definitely a company to work with. Pictures show before and after.

This Company did an awesome job on my roof and shed. The communications and team worked really hard together. The pricing was by far the best in the area after 7 quotes. This was more than what my expectations were. Awesome Job team A+

I am VERY surprised at the level of customer service I received today. Hector is the best project manager I have ever dealt with on any project I had done in my home. He kept me informed from the beginning of the project until the end, sending me pictures and text messages to keep me in the loop while I was working. He took time to explain the process to me and made me feel really comfortable with it. Thank you Hector!!! I will be telling all of my friends about your amazing customer service. Even the workers are nice and friendly.

W.T. Anderson replaced roof shingles on my porch, and cedar shake siding above the porch. Everything about this project was first class. The Estimator, Mr. Richardson, was knowledgeable and helpful. Jasmine, the project coordinator made sure everything went smoothly. The installers, Adolfo, Omar, & Wilmer were professional, efficient, and extremely courteous. The materials used were all excellent quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend W.T. Anderson to my friends.

I did not hesitate to give 5 stars for this review! From the initial estimate the team at WT Anderson has been amazing. We had our roof replaced, fascia wrapped, and are currently waiting for the gutters at the end of the week. They have been open and honest through what can be a stressful process with not knowing what they are going to find one they start pulling off the old material. We did have damaged plywood and fascia boards which we were expecting based off the condition before we started. No hidden cost that surprised us like you normally hear about. Highly recommend!

We had the team replace our roof, soffits, fascia, and gutters. They were FANTASTIC!!! Every step of the way there was clear, prompt communication with everyone involved from the office staff to the onsite project manager. No matter who was at the house, they were on time, professional, and polite. No one tried to up sell us on anything but took the time to clearly explain the options and differences. When it came time for the install, crews showed up first thing in the morning. They worked safely and methodically all day, making sure they protected the landscaping and HVAC units. The crews cleaned up throughout the day as well as the end of each day. They paid attention to details to make sure everything was right. Jazmine, our project manager, really made this a top tier experience. She always made sure to check in along the way to share progress, concerns the crews found, and the plan to remedy. These conversations always included pictures to make sure we truly understood both the existing problems and how they were solved. We even had a situation where the driver dropping off the dumpster ran over our grass and a few sprinkler heads. Jazmine made sure we took pictures and video of everything along with testing it to see what the real damage was. Fortunately nothing was broken and it was easy to reset. But she was ready to get it fixed had there been an issue.

I would recommend this company to anyone redoing their roof and/or roofline

After researching local contractors for roof and gutter replacement, I called WT Anderson for an estimate. Jonathan arrived on the scheduled date, inspected the roof, and identified several issues. He gave an estimate to replace it as well as the gutters and existing guards.He answered all my questions and provided a great package covering all the materials to be used. After getting other estimates I decided on WT and I’m happy I did. Their office was very responsive and professional. After an unfortunate rain delay the crew arrived on the second promised day. They prepped the yard and landscaping to avoid damage and got to work. Hector the Project Mgr came to check on the progress and followed up at completion to insure everything was satisfactory (even sent photos). They completed the roof earlier than expected by working late to avoid another rain delay. They did a great job cleaning up after. Marci made sure the gutter crew came quickly to accommodate my request for an expedited date.
Everything went smoothly and all of their personnel were professional and helpful. I highly recommend WT Anderson and will continue to use them for any future needs.

I'm writing this review for my mom, as well as myself. Four years ago, we had our roof replaced by WT Anderson and was impressed with the professionalism of their staff, from the sales rep, Hector, to the actual workers. We were pleased to recommend a reputable company to my mom, (who is elderly) to handle a stressful situation & make her feel at ease. Again, Hector, as well as Jasmine, Lisa, Angie and everyone else we spoke to were phenomenal! They were transparent & kept us informed of additional issues and costs that arose. I'm glad there are still reputable companies out there. We will definitely recommend WT Anderson to anyone who needs roof replacement or other services

WT Anderson straight-up delivered on my whole exterior overhaul: siding, gutters, roof, and every inch of trim. Pricing was honest, no surprises, and their team's been nothing but upfront and kind from quote to cleanup. The quality products they used have increased my home's comfort, look, and value. I recently had my 40+ year old siding, trim, soffits and gutters replaced. Of all the contractors I contacted for interviews and free estimates, I was most impressed with WTA’s representative, David Richardson. His no pressure and thorough presentation answered all my questions. He provided a folder detailing options, colors and lots of other information.

Several days later, after I had narrowed my choices and decided what I wanted, I received a detailed proposal. WTA also offers a Senior and a Military Discount. Later we agreed on price and a start date. I signed a detailed Contract laying out everything we agreed on.

From the beginning everything went smoothly. The installation crew, headed by Dennis, was a real pleasure to work with. They were punctual, efficient, respectful and very professional. Clean up at the end of the day was never neglected. Their workmanship was superb. I cannot say enough about this crew. I had some rotten wood under two of my exterior doors Dennis took great effort repairing this area in a professional manner. Lucas and Jasmine came by periodically to check on the site and to answer any questions I might have. Lisa and the office staff were quick to respond every time I called with a question.

Every interaction I had with WTA from beginning to finish was a pleasant experience.
WTA should be very proud of their entire crew/staff. I highly recommend WTA if you are in need of services they offer.

Great customer service and expert work - a "shout out" to the WT Anderson Roofing & Siding Co! They did high quality work and operated in a very safe manner, and were fastidious about cleaning the jobsite every night. Prior to the recent winter storm, they cleaned up and locked down late into Friday night to ensure no storm damage!

WT Anderson recently completed a roofing job for us and we couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and service experience. Hector did a great job setting expectations for us and Pedro communicated with us throughout the installation. They were timely and courteous. Once the job was completed, they double-checked all seams and cleaned up leftover building materials promptly. They’re a great company with excellent ownership and I will be recommending WT Anderson to everyone.

Bottom line up front, you will not find a better home exterior class A contractor in Hampton Roads period. We received 5 estimates for our siding, fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement and W.T Anderson stood out amongst the rest for their value, honesty, and professionalism. Save yourself time and money and make W. T. Anderson your first and only estimate.

W. T. Anderson was a class act from my initial interaction with their estimator Jonathon, to our visit to their showroom where Marcie helped us find our final design. Marcie was very kind and patient because we were ALL over the place with our design and she was a big help in giving us some design ideas. While Marcie was helping us on the computer, the owner’s wife, Mae, offered us drinks and my kiddos a snack. She even dropped what she was doing to hunt a sample of siding they didn’t have in their showroom from a storehouse of their’s down the road! Simply put, they all were very kind and professional.

Once we got the design finalized and we signed the contract, they provided a very detailed email that stated the exact start date and the no later than date the project would be finished and they delivered on both dates. Their installation crew led by Dennis was very professional, punctual, kind, and efficient. They did a thorough cleanup of their work area each day and upon project conclusion you would have never known they were there with how well they cleaned up after themselves. Their installation project manager Jasmine was attentive and informative and always kept us informed of the project progress from start to finish.

In closing, I’ve hired many contractors throughout my life for various projects, but I’ve never been as impressed as I am with W. T. Anderson. Literally, every interaction I had with this company from start to finish has been phenomenal. Their workmanship speaks for itself as demonstrated in the attached before and after photos.

WT Anderson Roofing & Siding is a Class Act Roofing Contractor. I looked them up on the BBB site, and I was pleased with what I read about them, I then contacted them to set up an in-person meeting for a free estimate. Mr. Hector Miranda, Project Manager, reached out to me and we established a meeting at my home. He introduced himself, told me a little about himself, the company, and all that they offer. Mr. Miranda then took his ladder off his truck and climbed up on the roof to take measurements and pictures. I also showed him the inside of my home while it was undergoing repairs from a fire that happened a year ago (we're renting a home until the house repairs are completed). He recommended some repair work and a complete roof replacement. He then took his time to explain the process, the various options, & features. He was very knowledgeable and thorough while walking me through the steps and provided me with a folder filled with colorful pages detailing all the option packages available for me and my wife to review and decide. After a few days, Mr. Miranda provided me with an invoice proposal. In addition, WT Anderson is Veteran and Active Duty Military friendly. Mr. Miranda is also a Navy Vet so he totally gets it. They offer a Military Discount as well as an additional rebate if we choose the GAF Warranty. It just so happens I am a Navy Vet, so it worked out well. My wife agreed with the proposal and we agreed on a date to start the work. It only took 2 days and they were done. Mr. Miranda reached out to me to call him anytime if I had questions or concerns. I stopped by my home the other day and checked out their handy work. I took some pictures and showed them to my wife. They did a superb job.
I recommend WT Anderson. They're fair, compassionate, and they deliver.

STS came and cleaned up a few trees for me, cut back a very overgrown tree, cleaned up a stump from another company, and hauled all the debris away. He was fast, courteous, affordable, and overall just a likable guy. Will be recommending him to my friends and family for any of their outdoor tree needs for sure!

Simple timber was an excellent tree trimming business to work with! Anthony was very prompt with his responses and flexible with his timeline. His pricing was very reasonable and he was a real pleasure to do business with. I would refer anyone to him for any tree trimming services.
