The KEfficient team led by Darrell was excellent. Darrel was proficient, pretty friendly and most respectful of our home and our space. One can tell he takes pride in the work he does. I believe the work was done professionally and in accordance with what they proposed. The finished product looks excellent. I did have two additional LED lights and an outlet added to the electrical installation. I felt this cost was more than it should have been since the electrician was already on site and had to install a circuit for the dehumidifier, with lighting and a switch by the door. Over $400 for two additional lights and an outlet all in proximity to what was already being installed was excessive.

Kefficient is one of those companies I’ve actually enjoyed working with. They were prompt getting back to me and scheduling a visit. Brad came out listened to me and then explained to me exactly what they would do to mitigate the problem areas. I think I called Brad 12 times with questions and he was always happy to answer all of them. When their team arrived to work on my basement they covered all my belongings with plastic to protect it. The folks performing the actual work were also fantastic. These guys came in every day and swept up and cleaned before they left. Overall, it’s been a great experience working with the entire team.

Kefficient did a great job. The crew was simply wonderful. They were very professional, hard working, and great attitude. I had Kefficient encapsulate my crawl space, then sold the home. I bought a new home and had another company encapsulate at the new house. Boy do I regret changing companies. The quality of work that Kefficient did is far and away better than what this other company did. Kefficient is organized, professional, hard-working, and detail-oriented. Excellent crawlspace work.

They did a excellent job and we are pleased with their work. All the employees on the job were friendly and open to discussions . We would especially like to recognize Andrew and Will. They were awesome. One area I feel the company could improve on is communication, especially when timelines change .Overall we would recommend.

Kefficient took care of mold in our attic and replaced all of the insulation. They did an amazing job from start to finish and I would absolutely recommend them and would hire them again if ever needed. Connee answered all of my scheduling questions and exceeded expectations. The team is awesome.

Kefficient was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them! Having no knowledge of crawl spaces, I was very nervous about finding a company that I could trust. From my first conversation with Michael, I knew I could trust his recommendations. He explained everything thoroughly and helped me make the best choice for my crawl space. The crew, led by Eric, that did the work were great and again, explained everything they were doing and completed the work quickly. Brandon, who did the final inspection, answered all my questions and made it clear that they were there for any future issues or concerns. I had a rather nasty case of mold in my crawl space that was coming up into my home. After a couple of failed attempts with “maintenance men”, I researched with a few different companies to further inspect and quote the situation. All three companies had the same conclusions, I would need mold remediation, girder replacement, drain and drain tile with sump pump installed and a dehumidifier. Of course that would require all new vapor barrier and insulation. The quotes provided were near comparable at first glance, however Keifficient’s quote included full encapsulation, building permits and inspections for the work performed, including the girder replacement, electrical work for the sump pump and dehumidifier. They had provided an additional quote without the encapsulation as well. Though in the end, I chose encapsulation, and used one of their financing options available and I’m so pleased with the end result. Keifficient did an excellent job of getting rid of the mold in my crawl space with little interruption during the week they were working. Kyle, the project manager was very communicative throughout the entire process and would send me pictures of the work being completed each day. I also added cleaning my ductwork to the project and assist with the mold smell in my house. Keifficient was able to get that done for me within the following week. We can all breathe easier now that we’re mold free.

I had an excellent experience with Brad. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The inspection was thorough, and he didn’t rush or try to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated the detailed report and honest recommendations—it gave me confidence in understanding the condition of my home. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy crawl space inspection.

We had an excellent outcome with Kefficient. Brad Conner came to our house and went through the process with us. He gave us a quote and got us on the schedule. He was very professional. Eric Goodman and two others came as scheduled, were very respectful, did an excellent and cleaned up after themselves. We were very happy with the finished product.

The entire process with Kefficient from start to finish was positive! The staff are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and accommodating. They were even able to complete our project well ahead of schedule! We had several quotes for repairs to our foundation and full encapsulation and Kefficient was a perfect balance between affordability and not having to compromise on quality. We especially appreciated the open communication from our project manager, Kyle. He really went the extra mile for us and we are so grateful for his support. We’d also like to thank the crew: Ricardo, Eddie, and Frank! Everyone did an amazing job and we’re so thrilled with the results!!

Kefficient just finished incapsulating our crawl space. They also put in a new sump pump and dehumidifier. My husband and I are so happy with the job that was done. Brandon, who was the manager, kept in touch with us and was very helpful. I did call him once to see if we could extend the drain pipe for the dehumidifier; he got back to us very quickly with the answer of a YES. Ernesto was the on the job supervisor. He and his crew always arrived on time and their work was commendable. Their work performed was very hard work as my crawl space entrance was not easy to get through. When we started looking for a company to do this, Sean Yeatts came out and spent a couple hours inspecting our crawl space and took pictures of it to show us what we needed done. There was no pressure from him at all. This is a 5 star business and we highly recommend them. This company also gives a senior discount.

Darryl was our site lead and he kept us informed each step of the way … very professional and the results look amazing!! They did a great job protecting the existing plumbing and duct work, sealed completely, insulated the gaps between joists at every edge (even under the edge at the garage!), walked me through the electrical that was done, and he led a really nice crew, too :)

Update 1/4/2026: We had programming, functionality, and instructions/owners manual unavailability issues with the original dehumidifier (Humidiguard wifi brand) installed. We requested a unit replacement with an AprilAire E100W (wifi) brand. Mike Andrews immediately acted upon our request and contacted Damon (General Manager) which in turn called me back immediately. A week later Brandon (awesome technician) showed up and we had our unit replacement installed as we requested. The new AprilAire unit is up, running great, and of course, we are completely satisfied with the replacement unit and customer service provided by Kefficient. This is what we call "An Awesome Customer Service". A big shout and "Kudos" to Mike (Estimator), Damon(Gen Mgr), and Brandon(Technician) for a monumental customer service. Look no further; We are extremely satisfied with Kefficient and highly, highly recommend the company. Call them and ask for Mike Andrews for an expert and honest crawl space assessment. Thank you, thank you!

11/15/2025: We are very happy with our home crawl space full encapsulation job by Kefficient. Mike Andrews (Home Inspector/Consultant) arrived promptly for our appointment and explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate to properly address the issues. Mike listened carefully to our needs, concerns, and preferences and provided expert guidance throughout the design of the work process. Mike and Kyle Shaw (Project Manager) kept us informed every step of the way and promptly addressed our questions or concerns. It was a pleasure to work with Mike, Kyle, and the work crew from the initial consultation through the completion of the project. They both also responded promptly to our texting and email questions and or concerns. The craftsmanship and attention to detail from the work crew, Andres, Ramiro, and Enel was second to none. The finished space is truly impressive. This work crew always went the extra mile to accommodate minor and extra request from me that were noticed as they were working. This work crew was just plain "Awesome". The finish product really exceeds our expectations, and we’re grateful to Mike, Kyle, Andres, Ramiro, and Enel for bringing our vision to life! Should you hire Kefficient for your crawl space work, I recommend you ask for this crew by name; you will not be disappointed. I would like to note that communication with the office personnel is very poor; they take forever to call or email back if they ever respond, Unfortunately, Do Not Waste Your Time! I learned quickly that is best to communicate with either your Home Inspector/Consultant and or your Field Project Manager if one is assigned; they both provided a great customer service. This is a 5 stars crew and Kudos for them! Money well invested. I highly recommend this crew.

We recently finalized an encapsulation project with Kefficient and can recommend them as a good company that takes care of its customers. The encapsulation looks great.

We ran into a few minor issues, but Kyle, Jerrell, and Damion were responsive and made sure we were taken care of and that the issues were addressed promptly.

We also had a Kefficient team (Klaly, Mia, and Katia) come out to do duct cleaning. They did a great job as well!

Wonderful to work with, and we developed a truly personal plan. The whole team kept me apprised at every step and they maintained an extremely clean work area. I did multiple bids and their proposal was detailed, presented clearly and very reasonably priced.

Kefficient did a fantastic job encapsulating our crawlspace and we are pleased with the job they did! We initially met with Brad who patiently answered our tons of questions regarding encapsulation in general. Kyle was the project manager and I appreciate him being easy to communicate with via phone and also offering several in-person drop-by's to answer questions and ensure the proper work was being performed. The installation team (Fabricio, Anthony, and Urbano) were very nice gentlemen who worked hard and happily! We did have an issue with our abnormally large crawlspace door not having an airtight seal, but Kyle heard our concerns and sent out another team member (William Lee) to properly fix the door. We appreciate Kefficient and the great job they did!

We had our crawl space encapsulated and our duct work cleaned. The crews were all very professional! Kyle was our project manager on site and he was FANTASTIC! Always kept us in the loop and expected top quality work from his crews. Wiiliam has been very helpful, informative, and kind as we navigate leaks and possible foundation issues. The Duct Cleaning crew was top notch! Klaly, Mia, Katia, and Devra worked extremely well together. The showed great care in cleaning EVERY air vent in the house. It was noisy but they worked quickly and had the job done in a few hours. Again, the team was informative and professional. I would recommend Kefficient to anyone needing work done in their home.
