Our experience with Kefficient has been wonderful! Since downsizing and moving to a home with a crawl space, we researched companies who specialized in this within our area. Our prior home did not have a crawl space and this was somewhat new to us. However, upon meeting with Jacob, he answered all our questions and more ---as we would call him when we had additional ones! Jacob was knowledgeable and not pushy in his sales approach; yet confident in Kefficient and the quality of service they would deliver to us. We proceeded to have Kefficient take care of attic insulation, encapsulation, dryer vent cleaning, and duct cleaning for us and they did everything in a professional and thorough manner. Jeff and his team were great! We cannot believe the difference this has made so far. Thank you! Upon final inspection by the County (which is required in our area), the inspector noted this was one of the best encapsulations she had seen in her 30+ years. Even the gentleman who did our quarterly pest control was highly impressed (and he had seen many)! A very special HUGE shout out to Brandon, Damion, and Kaylin who demonstrated they truly value the relationships with their clients with their availability and prompt responses. You certainly demonstrated you are there for us and this is very comforting to know. This has meant a lot to us and we have already told several people of our positive experiences with Kefficient and will continue to do so!

We’ve owned this home for 30 years. The four crawl spaces and shoddy insulation have been a hot mess since day one. Not only was insulation falling out and upside down, there was mold and construction debris under the house. Finally we decided to fix it and finding the right company was critical. Selecting Kefficient was the best decision we could have made. From the very positive first interaction with Bradley Conner we knew we were going to be in good hands. He explained everything thoroughly and provided options that worked with our budget. The team leads did an excellent job of communicating and sent photos as things progressed. We couldn’t be more pleased. I never imagined those spaces could be this clean. Highly recommend.

First off, the results speak for themselves, we could feel the difference in the house almost immediately. The air feels cleaner, humidity is down, and overall comfort has noticeably improved.

What really set Kefficient apart, though, was their team and execution. They had an unexpected opening in their schedule and proactively reached out to start our project early, and to top it off, they finished ahead of schedule as well.

Our salesman, Brad, stayed in close communication throughout the process, making sure we were informed and comfortable every step of the way. On the production side, our foreman Darryl ran a tight ship and made sure the crawlspace met his high standards before calling the job complete. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in the finished product.

Kefficient did a full encapsulation of our large crawl space, and we could not be more pleased. The staff were very professional, clean and neat, every day they left with everything tidied up. The finished space is unbelievable next to what it looked like before hand! We had mold, wet insulation, and a dirty plastic cover on the ground. now everything is clean, neat and completely water tight!

I am a Superintendent for a large commercial general contractor, and I fully realize that I am extremely picky, detailed and have high expectations for companies that I hire to work on my personal home. When I was researching different companies to perform my crawlspace encapsulation, I first heard of Kefficient through my co-workers that share the same expectations of high-quality work. During this process, I met with 3 companies to review and discuss the encapsulation process, and I must say that Kefficient stood out immediately among the others as being far superior and professional. Brad Conner at Kefficient came out to my home, walked me through the process, we discussed expectations and pricing. The price that Brad showed me, which was not inexpensive, was far more reasonable and the most honest number presented to me from all three companies. Other companies started with extremely high numbers then worked their way down, sometimes they'd cut as high as $15k off the number to try and beat the next guy. Could I have given the job to another company for cheaper? Absolutely. Did I give it to the most honest company with an extremely positive track record of quality, craftsmanship and professionalism? I absolutely did and that is what first won me over during my work with Kefficient.

After about 2 months of permitting and an opening in Kefficient's schedule, Kefficient arrived on-site and began working. During the process I would go under my crawlspace each night after work to review their progress. Daryl, the crew foreman was also extremely professional and helpful by showing me through their process. During my visits, they had immense respect for my home, my yard, etc. by keeping it clean, organized and had minimal impact on my homelife. I would talk with Brad Conner every day, who by the way, was always available even if it was 9pm at night and I had a question or just wanted to go over the next day's plan to ease my anxiety of getting a project/home improvement of this size and cost completed to satisfaction.

Brad Conner was so confident in his and his crew's ability to successfully complete my project and go above and beyond my expectations that he even had Mark Keffer, the owner of Kefficient, come to my home and personally inspect my crawlspace encapsulation and give it his stamp of approval before I paid the full amount for the project. Mark was extremely helpful in answering questions and it meant a lot to me that the owner of a company would be willing to meet me, look at my crawlspace and give his approval before I paid my final balance.

I can't say enough good things about Kefficient and I am extremely happy with my newly encapsulated crawlspace. If it were just a bit taller, I'd have served Thanksgiving dinner down there it is so nicely done and clean!

I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding work KEFFICIENT did on our crawl space encapsulation project. From the initial consultation with Jacob to the final walk- through with Kyle, every aspect of the experience was professional and through. Jacob took the time to carefully assess our moisture issues and explained exactly what needed to be done and why. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the process. The installation crew led by Ramiro arrived 7:30 am, worked efficiently, and treated our home with great respect. They were meticulous in their work, ensuring every detail was handled correctly. The encapsulation itself is top- quality- the vapor barrier was installed perfectly, the seams are sealed tight, and the entire crawl space has been transformed. What was once damp space is now clean, dry and properly protected. The price was fair for the quality of work delivered, and the entire project stayed on schedule.
