I am completely satisfied with hiring Kefficient to encapsulate our crawlspace. We have a 1950's ranch that had standing water in the crawlspace, so we got quotes from a number of RVA encapsulation companies. Keffiecient was the least expensive of them all and proposed a much more complete scope of work than the other companies that offered less expensive quotes.

The work was top-notch. Brad was communicative about the status of everything. They even planned their work around our summer travel. They also coordinate great financing options that other companies did not offer. Even the inspector pointed out the quality of the encapsulation work.

The thing that I was most impressed with is this: Despite the encapsulation being done very well, the insulated crawlspace door was initially not made well and there was some damage to our brickwork. In the final walk-through, I mentioned that the door wasn't up to par. They totally agreed. They had people come back without me needing to pester them (thank you William Lee!) that did a great job re-making the door and repairing our brickwork. I had already paid and everything at this point, so they could have ghosted me. I think this really reflects their commitment to quality work.

I recently had significant mold, moisture, foundation and wood rot damage in the crawl space and basement area of my 41 year old home. I received 4 different evaluations and quotes for services. After evaluating, I chose Kefficient because I felt they were the most thorough, detailed, knowledgeable and professional with their quotation and explanation of services. I felt secure with their plan of execution. They were not the least expensive but were competitive and I felt worth the extra expense. I was correct, and am VERY pleased. From the crawl space crew, encapsulation crew, the water drainage crew and Klaly and the duct cleaning crew, I could not have been more pleased with the quality of work, attention to detail, daily and final cleanup. The supervision and daily update provided by my Project Manager, Kyle, was superb. I even had a visit to my home to explain the repair process from the General Manager, Damien and owner Mark who cleared up a minor misunderstanding on my part. But, they came personally to insure I was completely satisfied. I was. I would recommend Kefficient to anyone who needs their type of services. I'm comfortable with their quality of work and long term warranty and services.

Stay away from JES and go with Kefficient instead!!!

Brad was great to work with on going over what Kefficient could offer with its products and solutions by encapsulating my crawl space. They delivered on time as promised with encapsulating.

Project Manager Kyle was an absolute pleasure to work with. He kept me updated with communication every step of the way on the progress of the project. He was very thorough and sent over pictures as well. You can tell he truly cared about the outcome of the project and my satisfaction as a customer, always ensuring no question or expectation was not prioritized.

Elmer’s crew did such a great job, please never get rid of a crew that works as hard as they do. I was amazed at everything they accomplished within only 3.5 days. As somebody who has had extensive experience training in MOPP gear in the Army, I know firsthand how hard it is to do all of the work those 2 guys had to do in all that gear. They weren’t just hard workers, you can tell they have true dedication in their craftsmanship. Their attention to detail on getting everything installed perfectly was impeccable.

It’s hard to get a great sales manager and project manager that takes pride in standing by their customers like they do. But even harder to ALSO have a crew doing the hard manual labor that take pride in their craftsmanship to the level these guys do.

I hope nothing but the best for everybody on my project. My last request as a customer is for them all to get special recognition for their dedication to providing the best product possible.

I was incredibly impressed with the services provided by Kefficent! My 25 year old crawlspace had mold. They cleaned the crawlspace so well it looks new. The encapsulation was quick and painless. We had them back a week later to clean the ducts and the attention to detail was top notch! The best part, however, was team that came both times Brandon, Darryl, and the whole crew were unfailingly polite and professional.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. This process is expensive and the horror stories I've heard from others made me very nervous but Kefficent was amazing from the first call to the follow up after.

We hired KEfficient to encapsulate our crawl space, and they did an outstanding job. The space is only about 18 inches high, but the crew handled it with skill and professionalism. They worked hard, cleaned up daily, and were always respectful of our home.

Brandon, the project manager, kept everything on track and addressed our questions promptly, and Jeff took extra time to explain things clearly — both went above and beyond.

Kefficient just finished encapsulating my crawl space. The process went smoothly. Before the team started, Kyle (lead tech) gave me a thorough overview of the project. Each day, Kyle covered the day’s plans. He recapped at each day’s end, following up with photos. His team, Fabricio and Randy worked tirelessly, professionally and thoroughly. The result is neat, clean and, as contracted.

We bought a massive fixer upper that needed waterproofing and a lot of TLC. Kefficient was certainly a competitive price, but most of all, they listened, showed up on time, and OVER DELIVERED - and the communication every step of the way was spot on - even in this crazy snow/ice storm. Our project manager was Brandon, and I would go over to the house the check on the project and Brandon was always there to discuss what was going on and his energy and excitement about our project got me excited. I hired Kefficient to install a perimeter drain in my crawl space and also complete a full encapsulation. I received multiple quotes for the project. All were around the same amount, but Kefficient provided the most complete scope of work. Brad and Brandon did a great job of keeping me informed on the project, and Daryl the foreman executed the project flawlessly. Daryl and the crew were very professional and respectful of our home. For any foundation work I would recommend Kefficient 100%.

Kefficient is an easy company to do business with. We needed to have work done on our crawl space as it had a moisture problem. It was easy to schedule an appointment and Daniel Breed, an inspector, arrived promptly on the scene. He did a thorough examination of our crawl space and came up with a repair plan. He answered all of our questions and I felt very confident that his company could do the job for us. He also put me in touch with
Joseph Torres who followed up with me to help schedule the work, to explain payment plans and to answer any additional questions that i might have had. The stellar crew that came to my house was led by Ricardo Centeno and also included Khalil and Adiel. They came and worked in spite of the snow and freezing rain. They were diligent, polite, punctual in arriving as scheduled and worked extraordinarily well as a team. I couldnt be happier with their work. And….they cleaned up after themselves. Connie in the office made sure that everything was on track particularly with the awful weather we have been having. She kept us well informed. Kyle was the young man who came and did the final walk through. He too was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. It was a pleasure doing business with Kefficient and every one of the employees I had the pleasure of dealing with deserves all the accolades i can heap upon them. Mack with Kefficient provided a detailed assessment of our crawl space with a number of pictures, I was impressed with the detailed contract agreement that was provided. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up the work site each day. Kefficient has been a joy to work with. Their work and customer service have been excellent. They re-encapsulated our crawl space. Their work, customer service was light years ahead of the former company. We had fine dust that would get on surfaces inside the house. On porcelain it would rub off as a white dust. I am sure it was dust mites. Now with the new encapsulation that problem is gone. Kefficient not only encapsulated but ended a problem that we have been dealing with for many years. I am so thankful for the work, service, efficiency and pleasant customer service that Kefficient gave to us. Their lead technician was so very thorough to do everything right. It looks so very good down there now. Everything is truly sealed. He even took the time to flatten the floor surface out. Excellent work and excellent technician. The door he installed is beautiful. I did not know a crawl space door could look so good. I love it. It makes our house look very nice in and of itself. Kefficient is one of the best companies I have ever had to do work on our home. Our entire experience with Kefficient from Jacob performing the estimate, to Christian and his crew performing the work in one day and over a month earlier than previously scheduled, to Taylor handling any of our questions immediately, and Kyle being on-site to test the sump pump was beyond any of our expectations!
