My showerhead started leaking, spraying water up to the ceiling. Michael and Mohammed dropped by. Mohammed checked for water damage, but there wasn’t any thankfully, and Michael did a great job identifying the issue and replacing the showerhead. Always impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Roto-Rooter’s technicians.

Tyler (5364) and his teammate were great! They showed up within 30 min of my call which was after hours on a Friday.
Fixed my drainage issue easily and explained everything.

Jaime Moreno and colleague did a good job replacing a burst pipe (cut dry wall, the pipe is connected to front faucet from the basement) due to extreme freezing weather. Great service, they were the first plumber that got back to me at 10:50pm and showed up the next morning 9:00am, about 3hrs of labor.

Rotorooter sent Jamie out to the house at 8 at night, stayed with us until 11:30. He isolated two issues in the home and heated pipes that had frozen going into the upstairs bathroom. He was extremely kind, informative, professional.

Jaime showed up super fast, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it very efficiently. He was also very friendly and did a great job of explaining the problem. I was very satisfied with his service!

He was thorough and explained every step so that I understood and I was very pleased with the service. The leak was repaired and no leaks followed after the repair! Shams Saalhi showed up on time and quickly did a check and discovered it was the angle stop instead. He quickly changed, did a thorough check for leaks and was done under an hour. Jaime Moreno was the best tech ever, he came late at night for an emergency and spent hours helping me track down the issue. He was patient and persistent in tracking down a ceiling leak during this cold snap. He found the source and diagnosed a secondary issue I hadn’t caught. We had a stubborn floor drain in our appliance room that was semi clogged which wanted to flood every time we did a load of laundry. RR came same day and right at the start time of the two hour window the gave me (since when does that happen??) Jaime Moreno was efficient and helpful in the hour he was here working in it. Glad to have my washing machine back in full working order, thanks to RR! It was pricey but we had gotten a similar quote from another vendor, so we went with RR for the free warranty.

Had a shower leak and Jamie Moreno took care of it fast. He showed up on time, explained what was going on, and fixed it without any hassle. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. Making the appointment was easy and they were able to get me in for the first appointment the next day. Jaime was extremely knowledgeable and diligent. He spent time calling the manufacturer of my sump pump to diagnose an uncommon issue and then resolved the problem. Other places probably would have just replaced my pump and moved on, but Jaime took the time to actually identify the problem and now my sump pump is operating at full capacity.

I highly recommend Roto Router!
