Plumbing reviews in Reston, Virginia

We first called SirOne in December when one of our pipes froze; a visit wasn't necessary, but they took the time to give us some nice advice on what to do. Thankfully, there was no permanent damage!

Flash forward to this month; we decided to finally replace the 18-year old water heater in our home. Ali came by and gave us an estimate on replacing it and suggested some other work in our home as well. He actually offered to replace the water heater right then, but we weren't ready that day. We scheduled it for the following week and he showed up within the time window he had set and got the job done on his own in about 2 hours.

Very happy with his service and we'll be using SirOne again for future work needed in our home!

Thank you Ali for helping us fix our water heater! I called on Saturday to have someone look at the water heater & decided to talk to my husband first before making a decision. Ali was kind enough to take time out of his Sunday to come back & fix the issue the next day. He was quick & knowledgeable. Don’t hesitate to give him a call! Will definitely be contacting him if we have any other issues.

I've had two fantastic experiences with SirOne. Scheduling was easy, competitive price. Ali fully explained everything involved in replacing our water heater and its operation, completed the install and left the area better than how it started. I would recommend SirOne to anyone!

From the first moment we called this company about the leak under our kitchen sink, Allen was responsive and genuinely cared about our situation. He was knowledgeable and communicated what the situation entailed and what was needed. Cost was outlined clearly and there were no surprises. He offered us times which worked with our schedules & installed our new faucet efficiently and thoroughly. We highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

They came out the same day I called and were able to schedule additional work I had for them the next day. The plumber, Ali, was very friendly and offered great advice on future maintenance.

Our water heater started leaking water and they talked me through on the phone how to temporarily stop it, and then came out within an hour and fixed it within 1-2hrs. Professional, fast, and gave me options for how to repair. No complaints here!

After shopping around for quotes for a new water heater, I decided to go with SirOne Plumbing. I sent them clear pictures of what needed to be replaced, they provided a competitive price and were able to complete the job in a timely manner. It turned out that I had a small leak next to my newly installed water heater, but SirOne was able to fit in through the tight space and get it corrected (pic attached).

Ali was a lifesaver! When our main drain stack developed a crack and started leaking, most companies told us it would be days before anyone could come out. Ali arrived the same day, stayed into the evening, and even ran to the store mid-job to get the parts needed so everything could be handled in a single visit. We never felt left hanging, he went above and beyond so we didn’t have to wait another day with a major plumbing issue. Reliable, responsive, and genuinely committed to getting the job done right. Highly recommend!
