Horrible service and customer service . Came unprepared and did not finish because of a ‘broken vacuum ‘ I had this scheduled for three days because I had family visiting, and they were late as well as rude when explaining why they weren’t finishing. I tried to call the manager or person who answered the number and they would not picked up and then blocked me. No explanation or trying to reschedule. I think they were lazy and didn’t feel like finishing, horrible all around.

Zulma and her team are very reliable and professional. They communicate well and are flexible to work with your busy schedule. I highly recommend this company to everybody.

Called them one day before to help me finalize some cleaning before Christmas. Made it out next morning on Christmas Eve and did an amazing job. Did more than I would have expected. Great price for the work, might make this a more common thing!

Zulma’s maids are coming in a team to my house for cleaning on a regular basis, they do a perfect job, are absolutely reliable and fulfill extra tasks necessary once in a while ( furniture treatment, cupboards, terrace) as well willingly and with diligence, and they always have a cheerful smile. I absolutely recommend this business.

They’ve been cleaning my house since 2016! They always listen to our demands when it comes to some furniture cushions not wanting to be rearranged!! :) They leave the house smelling great too!

I’ve asked them to come on short notice, and they are willing to come! I won’t use another company and I’m. Dry picky. And the price they offer for services is reasonable.

Zulma's maid service provided exceptional service and professionalism during a move-out clean from my apartment. The staff came through and got right to work, moved quickly and ensured attention to detail. Their price was very reasonable compared to other providers, but the communication and quality of service excelled beyond any other maid providers.
