I have used Zulma’s maid service several times for cleaning my bathrooms . They do a great job and the work is done thoroughly. They are very friendly and personable and easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend them for any kind of cleaning you need done, they are fantastic !

Giovanni and team are so wonderful! They cleaned my home for the first time - and were like a cleaning machine!

1- They are fast. He brought a team of 4 people so they were able to tackle it all in less than 2 hours.

2- They dust even high places which haven’t been touched in years! So helpful.

3- They went above and beyond to clean inside my bathroom cabinets since my place was smaller than they expected.

4- They clean the details that others miss (like inside the toaster!).

5- They are kind and professional and wear masks the entire time

Support this company, especially in this covid-19 era when their business has suffered.

I was out on my overseas assignment for 6 months. So, when I came back home it needed some good cleaning. I contacted this company and they sent Three nice ladies who did a perfect cleaning job of my house within one day. Many thanks. Very satisfied. Recommended!

Cleaned my 2 bathrooms in about 30 minutes, they were in and out. I had to run to tip them before they were out the door, that’s how quick the job was done. I also was able to get them to come out in less than 24 hours. Very thorough clean, you can communicate via text which is super convenient, and the guy who works the phone lets you know they want to make sure the customer is satisfied. Great service!

Zulma's Maid service is exceptional. They are timely, efficient and do an amazing job. I also thought their pricing was spot on and liked that I was supporting a local business over large more corporate businesses. I would definitely recommend their services and will use them again when we are back in the area.

We have been using Zulma’s Maid Service for over 2 years now. The first thing you will notice when they arrive is how well there appearance is and how friendly and respectful they are. We have had about 4 different cleaning services over the last 20 years and Zulma’s is the best by far. We are always extremely pleased with the work that they have done after they leave. I have two little dogs, one of which always wants whoever comes into the house to play with him. I admit he can get annoying but everyone at Zulma’s knows Cooper and they always take the time to say hi to him and it doesn’t seem to bother them when he follows them around the house inspecting their work. Another nice thing is that they always text you a couple of days before they are due to come and confirm the time that they will be there. It’s those extra little things that make them special.

Anyway, besides all of that I highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for someone to clean your house. Even if you already have a cleaning service. If you are unhappy with them at all I would contact Zulma’s and have them come out and show you what they can do. You won’t be disappointed that you did!!

We used Zulma's to clean our condo when we moved out. They did a fantastic job and are super friendly. It is amazing how good the place looks. The stainless steel appliances look brand new. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and plan to use them again before a move out.

Zulma and her team were fantastic!! I was able to schedule her last minute and she worked around our schedule. She was on time, fast and efficient!! They went above and beyond and even took care of our dishes in the sink, in which we didn't expect or ask for, and was a nice surprise! Her prices are very reasonable compared to others. They adhered to COVID precautions as well. They were very thorough and thoughtful! I definitely recommend her and will use again!!

I highly, highly recommend Zulma, Giovanni and their entire team. They consistently do a very detailed and thorough cleaning. They are honest and responsible. I feel completely comfortable leaving my home with them. We have had a few cleaners over the years. I was very nervous about finding someone after we lost my parents’ cleaner whom I’ve known for 25 years. Through google reviews I found Zulma. They had much better pricing than a local, larger competitor and offered much more services. They have never complained about dealing with our 5 dogs. They are super nice and friendly. I really am incredibly grateful to have found them.

It’s been few months that I have been using their services and I must say the crew does a good job. I’m really happy I got someone who are very good at what they do and add on I don’t need to keep on tell them what they have to do. Just tell them once and it’s done. Even though it was not our responsibility to contact you about a missed scheduled cleaning, we reached out to you via the phone number from which you contacted us, there was no response for several days and there was no voice message about contacting the office because you were "out of the country". Once we left a review you contacted us and asked us to take down the review (2 months ago), but what you didn't do was try to reschedule or rectify the situation or even appologize.

I stand by my comment that Zulmas Main blew us off because we made a report of damage. They did not contact us multiple times as claimed either. We had no contact from their office or a secretary at all, even though they set up the appointment that was missed.

Thank you for the response however we have moved on to another cleaning company.

We had a good experience with this company up until we found a damaged blind, see picture, string retied and blades of blind not straight. The owner "Giovani" emphatically denied the damage however we know the blind was not in this condition before the last cleaning. After discussion Giovani offered to replace the blind and came a few days later and replaced it. We thought this was great and nice he went out of his way to take care of it. Where things went wrong is the company did not show up for the next scheduled cleaning and is no longer replying to our texts. Essentially they are now totally incognito after replacing the damaged blind. As a previous reviewer reported this company blocked them and ignored them as well after an incident. This demostrates a lack of problem solving ability and lack of professionalisim.

If Zulma's Maid no longer wants to clean our home, then why not just say so? Being ignored like this is very strange and not something we've expereienced, especially after the damaged blind was replaced.

We're left scrambling to find a new service and left wondering why they won't reply, perhaps this review will let them know that simple communication and clarity goes a long way rather than blowing us off which is childish at best.

So happy we found Zulma’s! We have used them twice now and both times have been so pleased with the results. The team is thorough, friendly, my kids love the blanket bows they leave once they’re done - and the prices are highly competitive. Call them - you won’t be disappointed!
