Constraction reviews in Richmond, Virginia

I was happy with the work they did. If you use this company be very specific about what you want done, for example sidewalks and sky lights were not included in a house power wash. Andy and Josue were friendly and efficient.

Aidan and his team did a thorough job cleaning our gutters and communicated very well throughout. We really appreciate it and will use them again!

I had the best experience with Capital City Painting and Power-washing! Tim was so friendly and he and his team got the outside of my house sparkling. They were quick and thorough and I would use them again!

Capital city
Painting and Power Washing did an excellent job and we could not have been more pleased with the results. They were very responsive and easy to work with. The individuals performing the services were very courteous and helpful in explaining what they would be doing. I highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in having their house power washed.

Since the reason for getting my gutters cleaned at this time of year was because downspouts seemed clogged and water was entering the house, I needed a quick response…Capital complied!

I was so satisfied with the service I got last June and the prior year (2024), that I returned to Capital once again, this time for standard maintenance of the gutters. Although the cost for service went up since last June (what hasn't recently), I felt the raise a reasonable one. Aiden and Israel arrived at the appointed time and immediately announced their presence. I was impressed when asked if I had any questions or concerns regarding the job; I did have one, Aiden smiled and replied "we can handle that for you!" They started the job promptly and worked consistently throughout. I liked that they notified me as to the job being finished and again asked if I had anything needing their attention before they leave. I noted that the area looked clean with no debris or leaves left for me to remove. Job well done!

Andy and the team were fantastic. Easy to book, great automated communications, payment options are also convenient. We've worked wtih CCP&P for a number of years and highly recommend them.

Tim and Chai did a fantastic job cleaning my house, shed, windows and all the pavers on my driveway and walkways. The guys were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend you call them for any kind of Power Washing or painting.

Gib and his partner did a great job of power washing my house, driveway, patio and walk way. Not only was he friendly but he kept me updated on progress and did a fabulous job on all areas. I would highly recommend.

Andy and Josue were our technicians. They were outstanding! Andy was knowledgable, answered my questions, and was very easy going. There were a couple of problem spots and both technicians were very helpful in taking care of them. I would highly recommend.

Aiden did a great job with our house power washing job. The team was thorough, friendly, quick and seemed to take extra care to get the tough spots.

Israel and the other young man (owners son) did a great job on our house. They took their time to ensure nothing was missed and were very courteous. We’ve used this company for years and have always been happy with the work. The prices have gone up noticeably in the last few years however.

Tim and his helper came out and washed my whole house including the roof. The place looks sooo much better. They were respectful of the property and very polite. The price was the best out of several quotes. I would recommend this service.

Tim Sampson and his assistant were top drawer, meticulous, very careful with their chemicals and our shrubs. Our roof and four chimneys now look two weeks old instead of 20 years old! We considered four contractors, selected Capital City, and are so glad we did!! Thanks, Tim for a great job!!

Andy and Josue were great! They were there on the scheduled date, came to the door to let us know they'd arrived, answered our questions, and got right to work cleaning the gutters. They look so much better now. They also blew the debris from the gutters off of our porch and walkway, which was a pleasant surprise! Would definitely recommend this company and Andy and Josue

Capital City did a terrific job cleaning my gutters. My house has a steep backyard with means the highest gutters are 4 stories up. They tackled with no problems. Andy was very friendly and professional

I contacted Tommy Morrison at Capital City Painting and Powerwashing about several jobs we needed done around the house, which included exterior painting in some high challenging places along our roof line. Capital City did an excellent job painting our front porch along with preparing and painting along the rain gutters. Tommy kept us posted on the schedule every step of the way, and the customer service was excellent. Great price too! Thanks for the great job!

Have used Capital City for home power washing, gutter cleaning, and recently had our deck cleaned and stained. Always on time, reliable, professional and do a nice job for a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Aiden and Israel cleaned the gutters at my house in January. They were excellent workers, kind did a wonderful job. Sorry I was so late getting to this , but I just got someone to show me how. Will definitely use this company again! Thanks.

Absolutely amazing work! I called for a quote and received it quickly and was on the schedule just a few days later ! They did an amazing job on my driveway removed all the black tire marks off the concrete and it looks good as new !!! Absolutely recommend them!

Capital City did an excellent job cleaning our house and painting trim/doors as needed. We are delighted with the quality of the work and how our house looked after the service was completed. The company is very reliable and there were no surprises. Tommy's and his team were professional and pleasant to work with. Very pleased, will hire again when needed.

Capital City Painting & Power Washing have been cleaning the gutters on the house for a while now and they do a great job and clean up after themselves. They come the day they are scheduled. I know in advance to have the vehicles out of the driveway, working outdoor faucet and all exterior lights off. This way I can take care of these things the night before and let them get in and get out. Great people to work with.
