Constraction reviews in Richmond, Virginia

A few days ago I had my kitchen repainted along with ceilings in kitchen living room halfway and bathroom to include 3 skylights. They did a very professional job repairing and then painting. They cleaned up everything extremely well. I would highly recommend this company for any of your power Washing and painting needs. I'm highly satisfied.

Great experience all around! Rilie and the power washers and painters were very professional and polite. The work quality easily met expectations. Would use again and again.

The owner of Capital Power Washing and I have been doing business together for years. His company has been cleaning gutters and washing all of our condo buildings expertly since 2020. They have been called back every year since then. Keeping 18 residents happy for 6 years must be worth something!

Tim and his crew were outstanding. Gutter cleaning was performed efficiently, professionally and at the quoted price. They were courteous and thorough and left all areas clean. Very satisfied with everything and we will definitely use them again.

Tim from Capital City did an excellent job cleaning my home. The vinyl siding looks like new! Amazing. Their team of painters made quick work of some hard to reach wood details and other areas on the house and were very careful to protect everything underneath where they were working. More than happy with the results. I'd happily recommend them. Thank you!

We are moving to the area and we’re lucky to have found Capital City Painting and Power-washing. They quickly provided a very competitive quote to paint the interior, pressure clean the exterior, and sealing our sidewalk. We needed the work done within a week and they were both happy and able to accommodate after installing new flooring. We are happy to report the interior painting was absolutely perfect. Full paint coverage, no drips or spatter anywhere, excellent cut-in, and caulking. Excellent job guys!

Capital City Painting & Powerwashing did an excellent job cleaning my gutters. Israel and his team showed up ready to go and very professional. The were fast and efficient leaving no mess behind. I highly recommend this company for any using any of the services. I will be using them in the future.

I love this company. I had my annual spring gutter cleaning and as always Capitol City did an outstanding job. They are a complete end to end service. From the first conversation with the rep to the complete cleanup afterwards. The biggest respectful smile and a very courteous Thank you. Refreshing customer service.

Capital City did a very good job. Came quickly to accommodate carpentry work. You could tell Tommy and Hanna were working to help with the timing of the work. I feel they really went beyond expectations. Guys doing work professional and personable. Very reasonable. House looked great too. Will use again no calls to other vendors.

Tim and his associate were professional and timely in washing my house. It had oxidation and they removed it. They work very well together, taking care of my plants and trees. I would highly recommend them.

Gib of Capital City Painting and Powerwashing did an amazing job on getting my windows spotless! They are glowing they look so clean! Gib is such a kind and professional young man and went out of his way to make sure my job was done in an A+ manner. I have been so impressed with this company. They have painted (indoor and outdoor), power washed, resanded our patio, cleaned our gutters, and now cleaned our windows. Is there any this company can’t do? They are amazing at it all and all of their staff is courteous, professional and as kind as can be. I’m so happy I have found them!

Excellent and timely communication. Great service. I called them on a Monday in mid February to get the job done and they scheduled the work for that same Wednesday. I hired them to clean my gutters and blow the pine needles off of our roof which was a long overdue project. We live on a wooded lot so it was pretty bad. They took the worry off me and showed up and did a flawless job when I wasn’t home. The roof looks a lot better now and it feels like one more stress was lifted. Now we get to start Spring with a clean roof and a clean slate. Fairly priced. Quality job. Will hire again come next Spring or sooner. 5/5 ⭐️

Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend!

We recently hired Capital City Painting and Powerwashing to powerwash and paint our office building, and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch.

A huge thank you to Tommy and his crew for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding workmanship. Tommy maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, keeping us updated and ensuring everything went smoothly. The building looks brand new – clean, fresh, and revitalized!

If you're looking for a reliable, efficient, and skilled team, we highly recommend Capital City Painting and Powerwashing. They truly went above and beyond. Thank you again, Tommy, for a job very well done!

Highly recommend! This was our first experience with them and couldn’t be happier with the results or service. For starters, they squeezed us in last minute so we could get the house power washed and windows cleaned ahead of a party we’re hosting. Both Israel and Gib were so kind, professional and skilled! Pictures speak for themselves, will 100% be using them moving forward!!

Highly recommend Capital City Painting & Powerwashing. To start, they were very easy to communicate with and set an appointment. I filled out a form online and they quickly emailed me a quote. I received a few reminder emails with what to do to prep my area for the powerwashing, which was great! On the day of, Aiden and his partner arrived and did an awesome job power washing our house and deck. They treated it with respect and did a thorough and complete job. 10/10 highly recommend. (Side note, when they showed up I made the comment after seeing their set-up, that those dinky power washers couldn’t do nearly the job they do!)

Roman is fantastic. He was here right on time and helped move furniture off the area rugs (I don’t think he needed my help but I felt better pitching in). He’s very nice and quite reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with the lead tech Zachary! Very informative, professional and didn’t mind us watching him do his work lol (we were curious). I’m hoping I will not need their services anytime soon, but if so this is definitely the company for the job.

Roman and his son Zachary were simply amazing. Customer service excellent. Zachary came 1st day and was very informative about what he was doing and what caused my problem. His dad came the next time with him to clean the carpet and I see where Zachary got his mannerism. I recommend this business to anyone. Great job guys.

Best roofing experience ever. Fast, professional, my roof looks amazing and the clean up afterwards was amazing. I highly recommend Valasquez Roofing.

Erin and his team were awesome! He was honest, flexible and had great communication. We would recommend Velasquez Roofing to anyone!

I called Tuesday about a leak. Erin was able to drop by the next day to give me a free estimate. He also made me aware of places where future leaks could form. He gave me a fair estimate to fix it all. The next day he fixed it all and provided me with before and after pictures. It rained Friday, and I’m happy to report, I no longer have a leak. God Bless you Sir.
