Paid them $10,000 to put in new floors only to find out they have a 40% mark up. I would never have used them. Now going forward, needed the floors fixed and wanted to charge me $900.
That is ridiculous and I am so sorry I used them

JOTS were hired to power wash my home, sidewalk and driveway. The crew arrived on time, behaved in a professional manner at all times and seemed to really care about the results of the work they were doing. The crew treated me and my home with respect and I would definitely hire them again in the future without hesitation.

We have now used Johnny On the Spot twice in three months for home projects. First was to powerwash our house. They gave us an excellent price, were very professional and the house looked fantatstic.

During the power wash they noticed some rotten boards on the house. We had them come back and tear our the rotten boards, cut, replace and paint. They did the job in one day and it looks perfect and they left zero debris.

I am now looking for other projects for them. So glad to have found this company and have told several of our friends about them. Contact them without hesitation.

Very professional! Especially Mr.Zachary he gave me tips on how to keep my yard looking great and the worker's that did the dirty work were very respective and honest. Top it all I got a lot of work done for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company for your landscaping services. Oh I forgot to mention that they do a lot more services such as carpentry, cleaning etc.

Hi, Walter Cardwell here. I have been working with Scott and everytime i ask about my estimate he apologizes, says its a complicated remodel and i will have an estimate for you by next week. it has now been several months of this. Michael came by at the beginning and gave great ideas on what could be done, but yet i cant get an estimate. if your company cant do the work, you should probably just say that at the beginning so a customer can move on and find a company that can do the work. At this point clearly I will be taking my business elsewhere. Poor Service Do NOT use this company. I clearly dogged a bullet, they would have probably started the work and not completed it.

JOS did a wonderful job on my home renovation! The guys were professional and very respectful. The communication was superb and they completed the job in a timely manner with no interruption of my daily routine. The renovations were high quality and exactly what I wanted. Thank you JOS!!!

I've used a lot of companies over the years for services and NONE have risen to the level of Johnny on the Spot! That's no exaggeration. Yes, it took a while to get on their schedule- but there's a reason for that. They are excellent. Their highly skilled trades people are courteous, professional, conscientious and did an extraordinary job- and it was a big job. I will definitely use them again without hesitation.

I hired JOTS to rebuild an outdoor staircase that a previous contractor did an exceptionally bad job at constructing and they did great. Everyone I dealt with was very professional; the estimator, office staff, and the crew that built the stairs. I hope to use them again when I get a chance to do more home repairs.

The guys who came out to my house named Chet and jay were awesome. Super professional and friendly didn’t mind when I checked in on them to offer drinks and always respectfully declined. Gave me an awesome step by step summary of what they did and kept me in the loop throughout the day about their progress. If you hire from here ask for Chet and jay and you will get good work with some laughs thrown in.

Everyone we interacted with at JOTS was a pleasure to work with. From the initial request for a bid to the completion of our project, they were always responsive and did great work. We had the railing on our front stairs rebuilt, brick repointed, and a staircase on our deck repaired and it all looks great. Just wish I had found them sooner as several other contractors either didn't return phone calls, didn't show up to provide a bid, or refused the work!
JOTS showed up when exactly they said they would, worked efficiently, and completed the project exactly as promised, all for a very reasonable price. I recommend them without reservation and plan to use them for other projects around the house in the future.

I wish to thank Chet and Jay for the professional job that they did in replacing our backyard deck that had deteriorated over the years. The gray composite that was used was of excellent quality and it added value to our house. It all started with Lead Estimator, Stephen Muller. He was very attentive to what services I wanted Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to perform for me. Mr. Mutter was friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable to have JOTS to perform the services. The appointment date was set, and the team led by Otis Wilkins, Senior Manager, adjusted their schedule to fit my schedule. Mr. Wilkins and two other guys arrived on time and showed respect for my property and each other as they worked on the granite flooring in my kitchen, dining room, laundry area, and bathroom. After the granite flooring in the kitchen had been completed, I noticed some flaws. I contacted the company (JOTS), and immediately two managers, Michael and Stephen arrived to assess my concern. They returned to the office, Mr. Johnny Johnson, the owner, called and asked if he could come to my home to do an assessment also. He came within 15 minutes and gave suggestions and solutions for the flaws. He left and said that he would contact me as to what could be done. Within 30 minutes, Mr. Johnson, Mr. Wilkins, and two other guys arrived, and they all worked diligently to correct the problem. I highly recommend Johnny On The Spot (JOTS) to perform any job you have. They were personal, professional, and respectful throughout this entire ordeal. I am thankful for this dedicated team of guys that made certain I was completely satisfied with their work.

We didn’t directly hire this company, they were hired by our HOA to install a front door in our condo. They were slow to come quote the project, it took weeks. They were a no show on the day they were supposed to come, then came late the next day. Installed the door which they could have finished in one day had they not been late and the kicker, they came in and asked to use our bathroom. Very disappointed in the entire ordeal. Asked for the itemized quote for over a month prior to install, didn’t get it, then asked after the installation and it took two more weeks to get the invoice. So I guess they will get paid when we feel like paying .
