We had Dwell install new canless LED lights in our living room and do some other electrical work in a bathroom. They did an amazing job and were really easy to work with from quote to project completion. The electrician Casey is great! He was very communicative, timely, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend him for any electrical needs!

Absolutely amazing experience with Casey. He came and tested all outlets which I was told by another electrician that all would have to be grounded and was quoted $1200. Turns out only one was needing to be grounded! He saved us a grand and explained everything to me in detail so i understood how he tested them and how the electrical grounds worked. He also ran wiring for a new hot water heater and added a dimmer and a few other things. He was on time, responsive and professional. We will be contacting Casey again for any future electrical projects!

We haven’t had our mailbox post light on for over a year thinking it stopped working. I called Dwell Home Services for their rates and the gentleman over the phone told me what was happening sounded like a simple problem. Casey provided excellent customer service, was professional, and communicative. He was easy to work with and most importantly did an outstanding job!!! 12 out of 10 stars!

He installed recessed lighting for us throughout our whole downstairs that looks and functions beautifully. We had a minor issue with the lights and Casey knew what the cause was and how to easily address it. He is skilled in his craft and knowledgeable about building code. He made a significant home improvement project quick, easy, and painless (and tidy!). I absolutely see why Casey was referred to us when we asked around about which electrician to hire. We were fortunate to have Dwell Home Services recommended to us by another contractor. We recently moved into a new home in Cumberland, VA and we were unable to get an electrician to come out, let alone call us back, for additional work we needed to get done.

We reached out to Dwell Home Services and they were responsive and were able to provide guidance remotely. We sent pictures and they were able to give us a quote pretty quickly. On the day of, Casey and his teammate arrived early. They were courteous and professional. They explained to us the process step by step to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied with the upgrades that were done.

At the end of their service, they took the time to clean up properly (rare for contractors) and double check their work. Not only would we recommend them to others, but we plan on using them again for us and family in the area.

Recently got a quote from Dwell Home Services to install a home surge protector and a generator inlet because we lose power a little more frequently than we'd like in our area. Highly recommended by my brother in law, we decided to give them a shot. We were not disappointed. The level of customer service was phenomenal. The installers, Casey and Jake were very courteous and professional throughout the install. I was called about 40 mins before they were going to arrive, when they did, Casey was informative of everything they were going be doing. Everything took about an 2hrs to complete. After they finished, they picked up all of their trash and vacuumed after themselves, very thoughtful. We then simulated a blackout, I was shown step by step what to do and what not to do. Casey, again, was very detailed when going over the process of how to hook up the generator and what breakers to keep off and what breakers can be turned on. He made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. If I forget or had any questions later, he said I could call anytime. Overall, I had a very, very good experience with this company and will recommend them anytime someone asks about electrical work

If you are looking for top notch electrical services look no further! Casey at Dwell Home Services was an answer to prayer. We had a large, whole house job that needed considerable expertise. Our house had an outdated Clipsal C-bus lighting system that no longer had parts available. After speaking with multiple electrical companies we were dismayed that none of them had a solution for us. Along came Casey and he very confidently recommended a solution for us by suggesting a Lutron smart home lighting system. Casey was able to dismantle the old system, analyze the best path forward and create a new system that is user friendly and consistent with updated technology. Casey and his assistant Jake were both professional, knowledgeable and courteous during the 3 day project. They worked around napping grandchildren and a blind dog without complaint and honored the fact that their workplace was an active home. Upon completing the work, Casey took the time and patience to program the Lutron app and show us how to use it and edit it as needed. He also made sure he left our house cleaner than he found it!
