Absolute nightmare to work with. I paid $170, 2 1/2 months ago and still don't have the part. UPS says they delivered it to the wrong address, but they have an agreement with the vendor that the vendor handles lost package customer service. The vendor points at a third party company who handles shipping and says UPS marked it as "delivered". True. But it was delivered to the wrong address! Which UPS admits to. So there are now 3 companies all pointing a finger at each other, and I'm out $170 and lost a job over the delay. The customer got so frustrated that they just went to Amazon and ordered a different brand for half the price. Delivered the next day. Then gave the job to someone else.

Wow these guys are great. I called with a need for an interlock switch, generator inlet plug, and breaker. Not only did they have everything in stock day of but they even said just come with pictures and we will help you select the right equipment.

I was there 15 minutes later and sure enough they were awesome in helping choose all the appropriate materials.

I landed up not needed one of the items and they happily accepted a return later in the day.

Seriously if you have any need they can help you with never hesitate to go here as they are the BEST.
